Wanted to withdraw money to get some card around midnight and it tells me that service is unavailable would be better if It's fixed because night time usage of the app is also as important as daytime since there are many night shift jobs and so on.

Best App But, Why not work with wifi And even the data need to be with the phone number it is associated with. For security reasons I know but you can always use OTPs for this. Otherwise it is a good app with different features and use.

Decent interoperability and fairly low transaction fees but the super app update is a little too clumped and that kind of cheapens the experience and not to mention the pop-up ads prompting you to invite other people to download the app. It feels a little too cheap sometimes but not too bad overall.

Some mini apps doesn't work in this update. For example when I want to buy a package it keeps saying "The Mini program file is abnormal". If you fix this problem, it will be wonderful.

As a suggestion what if it serves as an international money transact or wallets? 2,why it works with mobile data only I. e shall with wifi also? 3,offline service? As a drawback the rate of fee that payed for the money transfer from bank account should be progressive I.e according to the amount of money. Thanks

It is really good but sometimes without happening anything like, you have enough balance, data is on, other apps are working, buttt... ...it says "connection failed" which is very disappointing. Its been two days since I couldn't use this app. I also reinstalled it but the same thing is happening. I did the app update, no option at all. Really, veryyy disappointing.

It was one of the best online payment apps till this "Super Update". Now it takes more time to perform simple tasks, session expires while in the middle of transaction and the UI isn't user friendly and there are too many ads. I don't recommend anyone to update to this version. Edit: they manage to ruine it even more. Can't sign in over Wi-Fi barely works with Data. I am tired of switching to sellular data every time I want to login. There should be an option to turn on wifi login

I love this App so much but The fact that everytime I wanna use it I'm required to turn my wifi off and turn on mobile data for the App to work is just stupid and unnecessary. The App has potential but they making it a total trash with every single update they make.

Telebirr is a great and user-friendly financial application. However, recently I've encountered difficulties accessing it when I activate biometric authentication. I haven't found a solution to this issue yet.

I updated to the latest version to test the Engage feature and l liked it. Wonderful interface and easy to use. Telebirr is progressing well! Only the Banks are pushing us away by charging a min of 10 birr for a transfer to Telebirr account. Especially CBE should have done better than the private Banks.

Telebirt is good application because it is digital financial service that play a siginificant role in the overall tranisformation and improvement of society and in addition to clear,fast and simple to work with and also it gives too many services. So i would like to appritiate telecom sector because it move with modern society accordinglly.But, as a comment i think that it is better if support WI-Fi rather than mobile data only during login because it will limit the number of users. Thsnk you.

The app doesn't work with Wi-Fi and only works with the data of the SIM associated with the telebirr account. This has completely ruined the app!. I personally have switched to Safaricom for internet services, But I still need to use telebirr for payments, And this "Security" feature has made it quite impossible for me. I don't necessarily need to have my physical sim card everywhere whenever i want to use the app Please, fix it and use other security measures to protect our account

Telebirr is a great app for paying, sending money, buying packages, and paying bills. But there's one important thing missing – the option to clear all notifications at once. It's annoying to see the notification number every day, and it's hard to click on each one to mark them as read. Adding this feature would greatly improve the user experience of Telebirr.
