Can not access the application. It tell me the risky apps below but not display any apps, can not do any action from this screen. Before that time, I use the application normal and NO download any apps before I receive the error.

I can't login when accessibility is enabled. It blocks all apps I need in accessibility. The rule is too strict. I have to use another banking app.

The app is refusing to launch because it says that the 1Password app is a "security concern". It's asking me to uninstall 1Password from my phone. I will switch banks before I switch password managers.

Originally rated 5 stars but I did the update yesterday and now it won't let me use the app at all with accessibility enabled for other apps. Too strict and unnecessary. Please correct this mistake as soon as possible

Can't print transactions or export history as pdf anymore, which s*cks. I know mobile is the fancy trend but when I log in on a PC, I expect to be able to manage my accounts in a "normal" way. I don't want and don't need a mobile interface when I use a PC. The old web interface, while not pretty, functioned perfectly. Why do you need to scrap it and replace it with something that lacks the most basic functionalities?

Pros: nice design, very colorful and sleek. Cons: the money transferring is complicated. can you turn it back into having all information in one step like the previous app? i have chosen the wrong account to transfer too many times because my focus is all over the place, and if i realize mistake i have to return 2 steps to fix it. not very convenient. please put the option to switch accounts to the top. also why i can't register my credit card even though i updated?

Suddenly cant access the app . It ask me to remove the LINK TO WINDOW app which is a default app on many SamSung phones. So I cant access my account to do some important banking activities. So annoying!!! Planed to change to other banking than change my phone .

I can't even sign up for an account. No matter how many times I try, it keeps saying my face image is not of good enough quality and makes me do it again. After a few tries, the app blocks me and tells me to try again after 24 hours. Absolute garbage app.

The app is fine but the procedure is very stupid. Im currently not in Vietnam and havent used the app for awhile, before it was Fast Mobile but from 30/4/2023 it switched to this new app. Now i need to do some transactions use Techcombank account but cant log in to my account. When i contact the support they said i have to go to the Techcombank branches with my ID to activate it with my signature? what is the point of switching to new app, new tech while electronic sign is not even applied?

Update: now it says that I have to either disable Bitwarden accessibility or uninstall the app. I understand this is for security reason but still not what I want, at least have some way for me to whitelist the app. After a recent update, the app now asks me to uninstall Bitwarden to be able to continue using it because of some security vulnerability. LOL :) I trust Bitwarden much more than banking apps like this one.

With the latest update, Techcombank doesnt allow me to access the app anymore since I have this specific app installed. I understand Techcombank considered it a potential risk, however whatever the f I installed in my phone is my business. Techcombank should at least provide the ability to ignore the "detected security risk".

Can't update my ID biometrics (required by the new regulation by SBV) on Google Pixel 8 (Android 14, May 2024 update): The function shows nowhere to proceed, no button to tap. Also need a feature search function.

Easy to use, simple and functional. The investment section should be moved to a separate tab for more accessible and reducing UI lag on main page.

5/5/2024: Another horrible update, again. It took forever to update and I can do nothing, so I end up here, reviewing the apps. I should change to another bank, seriously. An update Today this apps forced me to update, it kicked me out and prevented me from login. The update took forever, it said that "Can't update, please try again". I tried several times and end up here. Lucky me today wasn't the due day of my credit card since I couldn't even get a transaction done.
