This app is a deceptive app they use this pretending to help you as customer service they have a 1-800 number pretending to be cash app and Google customer support two different 1-800 numbers and they ask you to download an app once you do that they take remote access to your phone and steal your money they clicked on my cash app icon and sent my money to a lady named Eleanor and then you don't hear from them ever again their thieves and Google should wipe their app off of the play site..

Worked for a while, now it is useless on the Pixel 3 and 4 as of 15 September 2020. Cannot remote control anymore. Only get a blue finger guide. And yes, I have the universal QS addon installed.

It's very nice actually. But on my phone it keeps malfunction after sometimes. We need to unsinstall and install it again if we want to let others to get access to QS one. My phone: POCO X3 Pro - MIUI Global 12.5.1 Stable

This app was used by scammers to try and obtain my personal information and access my accounts. They said they were from Amazon and that someone had placed orders for 4 Xbox consoles. They said this app would help identify the culprits.

Controls nothing I've connected but just get a blank blue screen cannot do anything but send messages witch you don't need TeamViewer for that, needs to be more simple if I'm missing something lol anyway oppo CPH1851 android 8.1.0

Doesnt work well with poco x3. First time it look well but for second time only show screen you cant touch the icons or show pointer. Need imporovements.

It does work well with a Galaxy A20s, but be careful not to lock the screen remotely by mistake (for example by using the Accessibility assistant.

Scammed into sharing to clear up a fraudulent Facebook account someone created with my name. Claimed to be Facebook phone support) NO such thing!! I was scammed, but closed all accounts before that could take anything!!!insidious and HORRIBle app, wonderful for thieves who want to steal data!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm hoping the nightmare with end, but I'm not so sure

Prompted to download this add-on from within the Host app on Samsung A11, doesn't allow remote control, yet remote control works through the TeamViewer Quick Support App. Please fix this bug.

it is one of the most awaited add-on for xiomi phones. We are able to control Xiomi phones now using this but the navigation bar is not working. So we are kind of struck only..

It didn't work at all. It never transferred the code from the company to me. I used it so they could see through the phone camera. Didn't work. I installed it 3 times. Most useless thing I've ever used. It was very time consuming. It has a nice graphic.,

Says it's supposed to work with Android 7 or higher, but when try to install on Android 12 phone, it says it won't work. Need it to use quick support. Team viewer provides zero support unless you have a paid license. 🤬

Just installed and old W10 laptop and new W10 desktop to Android 10 and Android 11 phones. Desktop was faster. Mouse seemed better than touch pad. A10 worked cleanly from both PCs. A11 won't swipe properly. Just get a blue finger pointing. Not ideal but still workable.

Works, needs some first time configuration for permissions and I think another app install. I can get confusing and it may tell you such requirements once, if you forget about them, you will stay without a working experience unless you restart it and it gives you those requirements again. So its UX is kinda dull.

What a pain. Kept locking up and jad to restart the app on both ends. Then I couldn't remove it from floating on my home screen and I couldn't drag to remove LIKE EVERY OTHER APP. It wasn't in my listed apps either! Very intrusive and unconventional removal. Not really surprised after learning about their enterprise subscription practices.

Well, it DOES work but only after setting a vital permission which is not immediately obvious. After installing this add-on you must go to the Accessibility menu of your Android device and enable the Universal add-on Accessibility Service. A pop-up during installation does tell you to do that but tapping the blue ENABLE option on that pop-up appears to do nothing. Now you should be able to remote control the device, but the hand that appeared in "read only" mode now vanishes so the person looking at the device can no longer see your actions except through display changes. PS: My test device was a Xiaomi A2 Lite.

The add on works fine for a few times but after no use for a day or two, it stops working. Please fix this. EDIT- I found a fix for this. Every time the add on stops working, I just need to reinstall it. But this is a temporary fix as I'm not always present near the device I want to access and so it's not possible to reinstall the add on every time I want to access it. Also, only the swipe gets disabled. I can still double tap to wake my device (I'm using teamviewer host for unattended access).
