Edit: thanks for the direction, it works. But why is "pay bills" on the home page different than "pay bills" under move money?? Still bad UX. You can't see your previous bill payments anymore. Awful. Can't filter transactions in your accounts by anything, no dates or types. Still no total balance amounts beside listed transactions. Terrible. Looks pretty but how are the fundamentals still not present in a BANKING app?

The old app had everything that a user needed, not the prettiest but usable. This new update since they've rolled out not long ago is pretty but not the easiest to navigate. It's missing one function that I use frequently, which is the billing tab where it shows list of bills you have paid or going to pay at a specific date. Was it something that was accidentally taken out or did TD think it wasn't useful or important in their opinion? I need that back.

I have had to continually go back and forth from the branch, to phone, to the app, and around again and again, with no one at TD being able to something as simple as update my phone number so that I can access the app, to make payments or deposits. TD customer service and the app, are completely useless, and more nothing but a headache. I recommend banking at another institution, as I started doing myself; save yourself the frustration, annoyance, and grey hair

Again, changes were made to the app, and they are not in the user interest. The menu that was on the top left corner was removed, I can't access previous pay bills history. Now there is just a big empty area on the top; what's the purpose? Are you going to push commercials soon? When deciding to change features in the app, check the usage of the feature, if it's used think options before just removing it. Not to mention the nightmare called Payment Plans, stay away from that!

The app is crashing, doesn't open at all using Google Pixel 7. I reinstalled the app but that didn't work either. The app worked before. Not sure what changed recently.

Why bother having the quick view option, if the app tries to get your to log in with your biometrics as soon as it's opened? removable that and it'll be back to bring great. oh, and add authenticator 2 factor. SMS is insecure

Rating 4 star because the app was crashing and I had to reinstall it. Since my last review they have added fingerprint support and support for google pay finally. The app looks great now. Unfortunately I already made the switch with my chequing and savings accounts and opened a new credit card with them so I could have google pay and now only have a credit card with TD I don't use very often.

Horrible. Changes have been made to the app and I can no longer manage upcoming scheduled bill payments . I rely on being able to adjust the dates and amounts. I have now been hit with 3 NSF fees as a result.

Basic banking app. You can't do anything (like prepayments) to your mortgage. TD is years behind other banks and I am starting to think they are being deliberately slow because if it's inconvenient you wont pay it off any sooner which means more interest for them. I have been moving money on to my Scotiabank mortgage from my Scotiabank account in the Scotiabank app for nearly a decade. But to do it on my TD I have to stop at the branch every time.

The app has gone through several improvements over the last couple of years. One thing still lacking is that credit cards in the app don't show what the interest rate is on the card. If you have a $0 balance for more than one month, there is no statement available to try and find it as a backup location to look. Please add this to the card summary page in an upcoming release. It would be super helpful and reduce the number of customers having to call in to find out this information.

Stop doing big changes every other week. If something is working well it doesn't need to be changed. Today a pop-up said now we can log in quicker aka biometrics is the first thing that pops up rather than having to click the word sign in or quick view. However it's caused more steps. To use quick view I have to click cancel which cancels out my biometrics so next time I log in I have to put the entire password then go into settings and turn back on by a metrics. You should have left it alone.

So far so good with TD, seamless online account opened. They seem to have everything covered and very user friendly and all services are easy to find and setup. Such as email transfer etc. Tino

Can't use biometrics with face recognition, the app keep sending you to the phone biometrics settings while face recognition is already set for the phone. I'm using Android on Samsung A70 phone. Other than that it is improved than before.

You make your update 500MB+ and require me to delete a bunch of apps to have enough space to download your update JUST so you can steal more of my information in exchange for not actually being able to use the app or check my balance??? Garbage. This is why I barely use your service anymore. Traditional banks are dead and they know it. Piss poor service and they charge you money for it on top of that. All im going to get is some prescripted PR response and no actual help, bet you anything.

This app used to be fine until the latest update. Now it won't log in. The only workaround is to change the password through the app every single time. Why change something that isn't broken? Also, are the proper software verification steps not being taken before release?

not a bank you want to do business with.. they did a hard credit check on me after I asked them not to. Really tried to damage my credit.. there has been thousands of dollars that has magically gone missing. Nobody is giving me answers.. I went elsewhere and opened up an account. No no worries no stress no automatic BS on my online profile. Just happy it's over with this company

all of a sudden the app has deleted from my galaxy s7 Edge. I've tried to re-install and it doesnt show in the play store so i went to install from the TD web page. It directed me to the store and the app, and i'm getting a message saying not compatible with this phone. I don't want to buy a new phone and I use this app everyday, including yesterday so why all of a sudden can i not install and use the app on this phone?

On par with what I expect from TD, mediocre. I've had to re enable the biometric log-in every few days because it somehow gets disabled. I have 2 accounts, 1 is for visa and it's fine for viewing the balance but no filtering or searching for transactions (same with the web version).

Overall it a great but I hate the fact that even after scanning your finger print, (using biometrics) it still asks you to verify with a code sending it in either call or text and it's rlly annoying since it only happens when I'm not at home. 😭

The app works well over wifi, but not over mobile network (Telus - 4G LTE) in Ontario. I'm using version 23.2.0 on Android version 13. From a quick glance at reviews, I see that many are suffering from the same issue. This must be a software bug! I cannot imagine that those who reported this issue have the same cell phone model. Please fix this bug ASAP. Not being able to do so only tells me that TD is incompetent and does NOT care about customers
