There are some lacks in this app. When I am going to pay communal taxes like for gas, heater or hot and cold water, I didn't find any location which belongs to me. To describe, I tried to pay the taxes for gas and start searching for my region (Chilanzar). But it never ever seen on the app. I would be glad if developers of TBC fix this problem. Thanks!

This app is the poorest designed banking app I have ever seen in my life! They don't have the most basic information about your account. Like, a record of deposits made to the account by your employer. Or, a record of the fees charged to your account for using their ATM. Doing business with them is like a detective trying to solve a mystery. Don't even get me started about trying to pay bills or transfer US Dollars!

They take your money fraudulently. They offered loan with free interest rate but when I got the loan they started to charge interest. I didn't not know about it untill I paid the loan. At the end I paid loan and interest on that loan. They did not mention about those hidden costs in the contract. Very bad service. I recommend other apps such as Apelsin.

The slowest app in the market. Only low transaction fees attract. Today I cannot even use it. It says that there is a new version and asks to get updated. However there is no new version the Play market. I even re installed the app. It didn't help

Very poor app! It takes much time for authentication and app launch time is considerably huge. Overall performance of the app is way slower compared to other competitor apps like (Payme, Click, Apelsin, etc.) And one thing quite bothering that it asks for you to change the password after some time, it quite bothers clients and probably, this is called overengineering!

App is very slow, takes to much time to enter and other functions works slow as well. Developers should work on speed. And one problem is when i open my transactions, it doesnt show all my spendings at once ! It's annoying. It must show all +, - money and then there must be categorization. For example i got 20k sums from bankomat, it doesnt appear in transaction page. Please help

Nice app, new technologies! The app has great ambitions to make real in the future. There are some defects too: 1. Try to make menus and their animations more comfortable; 2. When I switched to dark mode, the area of the money amount in the main window was only white background, nothing more; I think the background color and text color, both are white; 3. Back buttons and swipes of the smartphones are not working properly. That is all for now, good luck)

After the last update the app doesn't work. They released an update without proper testing, and you may not be able to do anything with your money.

app is too bad for using I don't recommend to install the app. I have detected some breakdowns and weakness during my own experience, I suggest to install its alternatives instead of it, like CLICK or PAYNET, on top of that its transferring amount is similar with ordinary ATM machines,

Worst mobile banking application ever!!! You guys position as the fist digital bank in UZB, yet your mobile app is the worst I've seen. It's far from being user friendly and lags a lot. It takes forever to make transactions from card to card and it's very complicated to navigate through available options. Maybe you should hire a more competent software development team to get your mobile app improved,, (not to mention your customer service that keeps people on hold forever).
