Customer cancel the order,still the driver wallet got deduct. Wow.. easy money ya, driver complaint? No matter, as long you guys make money. Who care about driver right? If there have zero star rate, i would give 0 star. Very worst apps for driver. Poor management.

new update features is bad..so bad..Please make the commission cut back to normal where it cut only after order complete not when we accept the order..do you have any idea how many fake order are they? and can you imagine how we driver can lost so much money on that..

Seriously Man, u should upgrade this App, ur rate is good for the customer, but INCREDIBLY sucks for the driver, u should consider the pick up point, the traffic, Rush Hour, high demand, and many more

Very bad apps for the driver to do the jobs. When costumer no show up after the driver take the costumer's order upon arrival the driver at costumer's location and the driver waited for a long time, the driver can cancel the order but end up the driver being violation the law in Maxim policy. It's really not fair law for the drivers maxim. Bad.

ill Give 3 star only after a few updates this apps become to strict for drivers , ducting to driver commission even if the driver was mistake or not willing to take costmer is to overkill .. hope near future that changes

The maxim app needs improvement, I already cancelled a client because he/she not there but when I cancelled it the take more 18 minutes to proceed I need to take another client but I cannot because the app still processing the canceling that I requested

No security for the rider,,anyone can book maxim ,because no i.d needed for verification for registering an account,.thats why there are lots of fake bookings and worst will happen criminals can pretend as customer and they will do hold up or carnapper

needs some improvement: 1. clients are able to book even without instructions, this is frustrating to drivers having to make a call and ask for it, and worse, some clients are not even responding which is an utter waste of time 2. auto assignment setting upon opening the app must be disabled mainly because there are a lot of nuisance bookings that only seek to disrupt drivers, this leaves us no choice but to cancel and face rating decrease. 3. provide penalty for incorrect pickup and destination

Can you explain why the order has been cancelled from the customer. Why the driver don't have the message from app. Who gonna respond for time, traffic and Gas. Is Funny for owner Maxim company know how to make 20% commission. Driver have to take lose. One day a list 3 time cancel. Unless Grab company respond to make sure customer not gonna cancel. Who order has be cancel need to pay amount to cover gas. From I know Taxsee Maxim nothing.

The customer support for this app delayed in making solution. It is not rider friendly. The rider's rating always compromise if the system error will occur. Like the recent system error regarding bike request.

in the latest update it's annoying because there are a lot of added features that are not announced, there are many violations that I didn't do, they give you a booking that you didn't even request, my outo assign is off so I'm wondering, I didn't like this latest update when I used the taxsee app,this is my first time I got a violation, I gave feedback to the headoffice, but it's like nothing because they can't get rid of the violations, it's useless! I can only give 0 stars.
