Not working after last update. After I use my fingerprint it says "Not recognised" and crashes You have more than 10 million downloads on Android, why is your support so bad?

Worst application ever and customer support who doesn't want to support, I'm Unable to login as I don't receive the otp in my international number (+971) eventhoug I receive any other application otp, messages and calls, and if try to use the update number feature the application doesn't accept the obtained otp and through a error message Moreover no help from the support as they just don't want to help they will ask any stupid information so that they can end the call

Hanged and Too much loaded application, whenever try to open it takes too long and close due to server error or maybe some other reasons, don't know. Unable to open my account, stucked and close, stuck and close.

Let me in the app even if there's a new update. I needed to show my ID and had to wait for the update to finish on slow connection, and even after it updated, a bug failed to detect that I updated and the app didn't let me use it.

Post last update there was a consistent launch issue. It worked after I un-install and reinstall the app back again.

New updated is really bad cuz fingerprint is must for login ad sometimes fingerprints is not working, Why not login like a abshar or other apps cuz I'm trying from two days and still not open cuz fingerprints. 😔

It is a great governmental application. For those who are unable to launch it after the last update, the fix that worked for me is to uninstall and reinstall again. Clearing cache and data did not fix the black screen.

The app is not working after the last update. When I attempt to open the app, I get the screen containing the app logo, and then a blank screen appears and nothing more. When I press the back button on my android, I receive a message that the app is not working with options of wait or close the app. Please fix this issue.

Bugs in the app. I just installed the app and trying to sign up as a visitor. It requires passport number, nationality, DOB, and phone number but the Nationality field is not allowing any input which is a mandatory field to move to next stage
