I wanted to purchase 3 products and had applied a card offer but the card wasn't getting accepted. I contacted their support they said to wait 48 hours. I waited more than 48 hours but no resolution. Instead 2 of the 3 products got sold out and the price of the remaining one increased by 20%. Ridiculous and pathetic. Update: Followed your instructions there's no "Submit" button at the place you instructed.

Very bad experience with this portal. I think it is the worst platform for online shopping. The services are below satisfactory and the customer service is very poor.The return process is so unfair that once you buy anything, you won't be able to return because their return process is very typical. They decline your return request and the customer support is not able to help you in proper way for your genuine issues. I recommend everyone to stay away from buying through Tata cliq

Reminder: Rs. 150.0 in your CLiQ Cash Wallet expires in 11 days. Received above message but while trying to login and place order nothing is working. I revisited this app almost after 3 years after having pathetic experience in my first order. I think you have not at all improved in last 3 year. I would recommend to make some basic fix in your app before you restart your business else you will keep on losing trust.

This has been the worst experience at online shopping. Wrong product delivered and returning it is a nightmare, products are marked out for delivery and you don't get them for days. Customer care team is taught only one sentence.. we are very sorry for your problem, but we cannot do anything right now. Inefficient proceses and waste of time

The customer care number listed on their website is bogus, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer support. Moreover, they seem to have little control over their delivery partners, further complicating matters. I've wasted a significant amount of time searching for and ordering the product, only to have my money deducted without receiving the item. This experience has been a complete disappointment and a waste of my time and money

Pathetic app. They don't even provide you complete tracking details to you and keep on saying there is a technical error that's why no details shown. They gave you wrong details of courier and when you question them they asks you to wait and eventually you can't track your order and it's get delayed. You have to call and ask them continuously for order update. Never seen such pathetic service anywhere. Going to delete this app from my mobile and my friend's and family's mobile as well. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Have tried reinstalling the app, forced stop it, deleted data and cleared the cache. I have even restarted my phone twice. Can't even reach out to your helpdesk until I login but your app just stops working everytime I try to login. What kind of user experience is this ? Where is your customer care & Tech support staff? Do you expect your customers to follow your instructions all the time just to get an access to your app. Highly disappointed !!!

I ordered a watch on 3 May & was committed to be delivered by 7th May. Although, the price for the watch is charged more than the price offered for the same product on other platforms. The watch is not delivered yet and delivery is delayed. It's been a very poor experience on my first order with TATA cliq. I would recommend to avoid using this platform for fashion & electronics products.

Lots of issues with app. Applying coupon is of no use as it does not accept eligible cards. While chatting with support if you go back, it does not continue from where you left instead the main window appears. Even after raising a ticket they say they will contact you via call or mail but they never do. Hugely disappointed with the experience. Not confident if I should order something from this app.

I am facing trouble logging into the app since 3 days. It gives me the OTP, successfully validated it and then there is a never ending loop running and doesn't let me in. I am not able to place any order or wishlist any items due to this error. Have tried clearing cache, data, restarting, reinstalling etc..nothing works.

best brand and also luxurious items lookwise also meterialwise. if some one gowith other options or app they have many many options and there meterial and items looks are some random partten ,big big logos , some random stuff but this app is list minimum and well balance item not this or that. If you see something in it or good knowledge of outfits or etc you know when you use it.

Worst app. I ordered on 2nd may, a tiffin box, which was supposed to deliver today that is 5th May 2024, but it's not shipped yet, it's showing that it's packed. Why they give false delivery date when they are not going to deliver on given date , forget delivery it's just packed and not shipped yet. I tried to cancel it but I couldn't do it. Such worst app. It is my first order. And very disappointed with their service. Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart anytime better shopping app.

I am disappointed with my recent experience on Tata CLiQ. After waiting for 20 days for my order, it was abruptly cancelled with the first explanation that customer was unavailable however it was nothing like that and while contacting with them they changed their explaination by saying that the product got damaged. While I understand that accidents happen, the lack of timely communication and the time wasted is frustrating. I would suggest everyone not to waste time on Tata CLiQ😡😡

It takes so much of time to load when your remove any item from the bag or view an item from the bag! There's no exchange options for almost all the brands, only return option. Everything else seems okay.

This is the worst platform for shopping. Absolutely horrible experience. They take the orders and have a horrible logistics which just cannot deliver orders at time and then eventually damages and loses product. This is my first and perhaps last shopping with Tata cliq. Flipkart and Amazon are way better atleast they complete the order on time and have a decent logistics. Horrible experience!

Worst experience with Tata cliqu.They don't do prompt delivery at all. Don't rely on this app. The customer care also is not helpful. With my ordered fast track bag yesterday and today the delivery boy came. The package shown to me,Yesterday and today.But for sending the OTP this app require 3 working days. Such an absurd situation. And the courier service boy said, tomorrow they will return the product, if me promptly cancel the product l may get my cash back. Such a fake app it is.

Made an order using Tata Cliq for Aldo shoes. Received shoes in very bad packaging, the shoe box was torn at places , had also lost its shape , after opening the box , we could find the shoe had already been used , soles were dirty, rhe buckles were not of good quality. The shoe quality itself wasn't up to the mark, looks like the shoe pair itself was not original. Overall its very bad customer experience, so I have decided to not buy online stuff from this app going forward

Worst app ever don't waste your time , the size chart has absent rows , it would be a hassle to find the correct size , as soon as you put item in the cart , it's prize shoots up without any reason and the items gets out of stock suddenly and it does not get resolved after many attempts and there is inadequate description about the material of the apparel and clothing. I seriously got mad from the experience of app's interface . I am uninstalling this app on the same day I have installed it.

The app is simply not ready for all the traffic it's getting. They are spending loads of money on advertisements but not focusing on getting the basic app functionality right. You will get numorious blank screen and the notorious back button issue is still there. And to add their services are utterly unreliable, they cancel orders at their will. This is not Amazon. I wonder how they are still in business.

I downloaded tata cliq app just yesterday and found this super annoying. Everytime I exit the app, it logs me out, this way, i would have to login the app a 100 times! Once I login, the app does not redirect to home page or somewhere else, but stays there for a very long time, eventually making me exit the app.
