You have to uninstall the game every now and then in order to continue playing as the updates are not available

The game asked me to update.. And when I did... It removed from my phone and cannot setup it again after downloading it

Need to take the customer complaints more seriously. And eliminate the option of friend request during the competition to eliminate a cheating option.

App keep crashing...TECHNICAL support ask me to do step as ( force stop > clear dat....the question is DO I WILL LOSE MY ACCOUNT????and HOW to get my account back if i have to re_ install the app again with same level points elc.... Please i hope to hear an answer ASAP

Game will rip you of if you purchase coins. .if partner gets upset will put in 13 bids and you lose your coins. ..no compensation for iit..you may get a few wins but that's about it. ...played 5 games i n a row and managed a l possible 2 lots of tricks.took screen shot of each hand for evidence... game is rigged. good luck putting in a complaint its all in arabic..emailed them with no response. ..

This is the worst card game ever First thing playing with real players online makes the game so laggy and slow Second thing playing with AI players offline makes the game so bad and stupid because the AI players are the worst players ever Another problem is when the game is about to end extreamly bad cards are given to the player so I recommend thinking very much before downloading this terrible app

WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF THIS GAME IS........ IN THE LAST 15 COMPS LUCKY TO MAKE 2 TRICKS ON EACH GAME....I BELIEVE IT'S DONE ON PURPOSE TO MAKE YOU PURCHASE TOKENS... IF YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT YOU DON'T GET EMAILS BACK AND can't make complaints in THE GAME cause IT'S ALL IN ARABIC SO IT'S USELESS... BEST TO FIND A MORE FAIR SITE. I've seen all my friends screenshots.. there is no way that one person can have that many bad hands... it's a scam to steal peoples money

After a couple of days of asking me to update, and not being able to, the game stopped working all together, even when uninstalled and installed again. Also, it needs an offline mode.

English speaking people, beware, rampant racism by the users. Awesome app, everything for everyone, Many types of card games and some more. However, there is open cheating and you cannot do much about it, clubs are Arab dominated with open racism, all rules are in foreign language with terrible translation. If you are winning a game, somehow someone will restart it and kick you out without explanation. Overall, a nice app with terrible user base.

It is great experience and really enjoy the app. I think it can be improved by making players more motivated by giving away more free basha and have more reasonable offers every week. Also by making the competitions less like instead of 16 rounds to win maybe 10. Thank you

The App is amazing in general. Though the new update which was published in April 5, 2021 is confusing and not right. I uninstalled the App and downloaded it several times.I still can't proceed to the home page since I keep receiving the update notification as soon as I launch the App. Anything I can do to sort out this problem?

The game mechanics work perfectly. But the Bot AI is so poorly designed that it breaks its partner constantly. You can't call your hands because the bot holds their high hearts even after you flush them out, throws back cards the other team has aged 3 times so u miss a trump, I've literally called 5 for game while above 30 more than a Hundred times and even when the bot is above 20, it never makes the hand. Its such a shame, the social aspects work well but the bots kill it.

Good , but I got a banned and can't use it again . Resolve this problem so I can make a new account if I got banned
