Very bad experience. Support said, account was closed due to security reasons but didn't provide a link where I could read about this. I only wanted to transfer 10 Euros to a Nigerian bank account of someone I know personally, living in the same country in Europe like me and already met several times. But it worked fine with transfer go. So I recommend transfer go.

I rate it 1 star because I only use it twice but the time that I need it I can't event send used it.i think you should check your system about this problem not only me having a trouble about this tap tap application.i think it will be useful in the future if you really want too. This application will help people in a rush hour no need to go in any exchange store.

I discovered the support for this application to be exceptionally amazing. They promptly address concerns without subjecting you to a 30-minute wait, and their assistance is both courteous and swift, providing solutions almost instantly.

One of the worse money transfers App ever, poor customer service, if you had issues, the customers are very arrogant in finding solutions, my account was blocked, until now they failed to explain to me why instead they encouraged me to go other app that they can't reopen my account and they can't tell me reasons why they deactivate my account. If only I could upload the screenshot their rude conversation with me... Thank God I find a better app already with Good rate as well.

My first experience was great, I submitted the required documents and transaction was super fast(in less than a minute) through mobile money to Cameroon. I have given 4 stars for now and will make it 5 stars in my subsequent transactions should the transfers be smooth as stated.

DON'T USE THEM. I downloaded the app this month, & it is a disaster. I tried to send money & they asked for my ID. I uploaded the ID & had to take a selfie also to complete the verification process. Once I finished I was directed back to the home page to process my transaction which I did. I ended up getting 2 email confirmation with the same time stamp. I called them right away & the agent I spoke to asked me to allow 5-15 days. I just called them today, day 6 & was told my refund denied.

As of today, this app is the most economical way to send money to loved ones compared to many similar apps I have found. However, they could improve by increasing the low limit of C$999 to something more reasonable, like 2-3K. The interface is simple and straightforward, and I love this app. I have had no issues so far.

Worst app at all, don't waste your time, they blocked my account on first transaction for "security" reasons. Call center doesn't help you wirh anything, just take notes, pass it on and tell you they are going to contact thru email.

Address verification is a big drama at all... I send bank statements atill declined. They need more specific receipts that indicated your address which is most people dont have it. Find better app! This cant be use for any fast or emergency transactions.

Transfer very convenient and very fast service. Easy way and perfect to understand and also reliable for all but no service fee saying that is fault it take charge please include your charge if you taking don't make froud to people don't cheat us I use and found that its taking charge after transfer be fear with please. Thankyou.

Highly recommended this Apps. Fast and Reliable. Out of the five Apps that I tried, this is the only one that tells the truth in their advertisements, the exchange rate is ok, neither high nor low, and there is no transfer fee, unlike others, they say the exchange rate is high, but there is a fee for the transfer, they still deduct at the exchange rate.

Horrible Experience! You must use a debit card (no payment protection for fraud) and send digital images of passport or DL. This very much feels like being set up for identity theft. After going through the lengthy verification, they canceled the transfer, suspended my account and refused to elucidate WHY. I'll be monitoring my accounts and credit closely... 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the most unreliable and difficult to use app. Unlike other apps who can easily pull up the recipients name just from the account number. You actually have to have the person's first middle and last name in order to proceed. Sending to other countries where names may be difficult to spell and get right is frustrating. After many attempts I gave up and went to continue using other abroad money sending apps who's process is way easier use and no so frustrating. Uninstalled and moving on!!

TERRIBLE ! Awful! I registered for the app andprovided them with all of my ID and any assistance they needed including my bank accounts at any other financial information that they wanted to check up on if necessary. I did two transactions then I had a problem, I was told they were in the process of fixing it, then I was told that the account was fixed and everything was restored, and finally I was told that my account was being closed with no explanation. This TapTAP send app does not have customer service. they do not even pick calls. if you ever need help, don't waste your time looking for help from them. They have been reviewing my documents for two months to increase the send limit. Even sending them emails is not helping at all. if you ever make a mistake while you send money, consider it lost. how can you get it back without an active customer service. very poor service. great exchange rate acting as a bait!

I am having great difficulty typing in data to sign up and enter information needed for my first transaction. Whatever I type in keeps repeating, even word fragments repeat multiple times. It is very frustrating to deal with a glitch from my very first experience. When i finally got to the stage of entering my bank card information, the glitch continued, repeating fragments of what i was typing, filling the entire line with repeated letters and word fragments. I gave up. Response appreciated.

The WORST experience! I have used multiple apps and this is so far the worst of them all. Customer service is only available 8-5 Eastern time. I have called during those hours, kept on hold only to be told to call back later, and the call disconnected after being on hold for over 25 min. I've had a transaction pending transfer for over 2 days, and when I asked them to cancel, they ignored my request. They completed the transfer on day 3 after I had already sent via other means.

I got to know about the app not long and decided to try it. My second transaction took some hours to complete to my destination. Other than that, the app is very good. They do not charge for transactions and their rates when compared to others I know are better. The exchange rates at home when enquired are not too far from their rates. It's a very good app to use going by my experience.

Very user friendly and efficient service. It's really what it's called, you tap tap and it's sent viam... ✈️ ✈️ 🛫 🛫 ... In comparison to most negative reviews, I have always had great experiences with customer service personnel, I had a glitch from my account at one point and they were able to assist right away. Also my transactions have always been smooth as they were delivered in seconds. You guys set the bar high and I love it. The service is top notch!!

This app is very unreliable! Never use it in an urgent situation!!! Almost every time I send money to Bangladesh, it says "taking longer than usual due to technical issues with our partners". I called multiple times about this same issue and they cannot help. Even if the status shows it's in "progress" they cannot cancel it. Sometimes it took few days and multiple follow-up calls to clear. I'm not sure I will continuing to use this unreliable app, there are other much better apps.
