This is a fake app, I took a subscription of one hundred rupees, they took money from me, but the package was not subscribed solve my issue as soon as possible if my problem solve i will come agian to give positive feedback

I choose 1 week plan last week. Now I want to renew it but it keep saying to upgrade it to monthly or yearly but I want weekly. Please add renew current plan button.

I wish I could give Zero ratings. Worst customer support experience. I had bought premium yearly subscription in Aug 23 only to watch English premier league. This year I wanted to renew the subscription only for premier league content. But unfortunately this year they are not showing premier league so I decided not to renew this year. This was in August 24. To my surprise today on 9 oct 24 they charged 2400. they should refund the money.

This is just bad. I had annual subscription. Which i fairly paid for. It was during the world cup which led to disappointment and i unsubscribed. However, i had fully paid for the year and should have been eligible to use the services for the year which is not the case here. It's just gone... Plain gone.... I mean, kind of feels like a scam... Disappointed very much

Worst experiance for a streaming service i have bought so far. First of all there is only bundesliga coverage no English premier league and laliga. And whenever there is a match (Champions league or any Pakistan cricket match) the app wont even load. I made a mistake of buying a one year subscription.

Worst of the worst experience with tapmad. They are total fraud and scammers. Do not link any bank account with them, as they will deduct amounts from your account without your acknowledgement and approvals. They are only scamming people and stealing money from bank accounts. Be aware!

Today live streaming is working well it's repeating or replaying every 5 or 10 sec scene..as am watching Australia vs India test match so I was trying to reach through helpline but nobody came to listen...over all it's good but help line and live streaming is nor working well so you guys need to work on it...ASAP. Thanks.

very bad my amount is dedacting regularly, while i am not subscribed you. i logined but not logined, said me to buy package, if i didn't buy your pkg why my amount is cutting down every month. plz help me to unsubscribe from your app while i am not a subscriber of your app. very very very very very very very very very very very poor, i contacted your customer service but no gain.... i called you, but said that plz call with subscription number when i have not subscribed. plz help in this regar

Beware, guys. They charge automatically without notice. Pathetic experience. I subscribed only for the week after that they are charging 200 per month without asking if I need it or not. Uninstalling this.

They are literally scammers or something I have never used this app just used it once to get the KFC voucher which I never got and now they are weekly trying to deduct PKR 400 from my account I tried to login to the app to cancel subscription but it's says you are not registered ther is no customer representative I can talk to when ever I call them the number is always busy worst scammers

I have been stuck on a same view for months now. I don't know what to do. It isn't allowing me to login/logout. I have tried all the YouTube hacks but none of them are working. I have emailed their customer support too but they haven't been active lately.

Pathetic service, pathetic ui, pathetically operating. Please do not waste your money as the app keeps crashing and fails to login several times. I feel so embarassed to even write this as i have never left a review for any app. Would prefer other apps such as tamasha over this poorly developed, full of bugs app. Feels like a scam!

I don't if its a bug or a fraud but I want my money back..I had a 399 version Subscription of Tapmad but I had problem loging in today so i tried again and again after changing password multiple times which i described in a previous review. But Now they charged me 2400 Rs from my Jazzcash today automatically but I was already subscribed to 399 Rs version of subscription. What the hell is this tapmad..

I have subscription but many movies and cartoons didn't run properly.. you can only watch live matches and sports without any problem otherwise this app need to fix so many bugs and problems

I pay you to watch sports, don't I? No proper commentary from the stadium. There's a guy doing external commentary with the stream. He is sipping coffee sometimes and I can hear it. The sound from the stands is weird. The stream sometimes stops even though my internet works fine. Please improve the quality of the stream and especially sound because you are charging me and everyone for it.

I paid for my package a week days ago and it was working fine but its been two days since it keeps saying stream not working due to technical error and sometimes due to slow internet even when my download speed is at 2.5 mbps and rest of internet is running fine. Really regret paying for it.
