Withdrawn group video feed tab. You are just losing us viewers. Plus putting more and more restrictions on premium broadcast. Ultimately people will switch to other platform for this hirrible restrictions you are coming up with. Using this app for 4 years, now thinking of switching to something else 🤬🤬

I'm re-writing my review. You guys need to have a customer service number, not a useless ai. I want to talk to someone that I can actually communicate with, not the limited options you guys have as reasons for contacting you all. It's infuriating that you'll have microtransactions but no service number to talk to an actual person. Stop giving the AI service route and actually help your customers, ffs. I wish I could give this app less then 1 star.

Why can't you app creators leave well enough alone. These updates are never better. They always mess up a good thing. Now because of the latest update I can't access the same settings on privacy settings. I can't go private on my profile anymore. I can't enter chats as guest anymore. Please fix and maybe my stars will go back up. Until then. 1.

Very disappointing app . I have been using it since past 1 year every thing was good until recently I withdrawl my earning and tango send me a text regarding my payment that they have successfully transferred the money but it's been more than 1 week and I have still not received my payment yet..I have been trying to connect to tango customer service but they don't respond to any of my problems

Tango used to be good. But they changed some key things which in my opinion made it not as pleasant. They took away the city and state descriptions from the profiles. So now when you meet someone on Tango you don't know where they from it just tells the country. I liked it better in the past when it told not only the country but the state and city as well. They also took away the feature that you could use to find people in the same state as you. I wish there was features will come back

My mom, sisters and I have been using Tango for at least 6 years to group chat, send pictures and videos and has been great, but since the last update we no longer get notifications or messages for hours if at all. It also opens up to some sort of dating page with half dressed people on it. Hoping Tango can find a different home page and fix the the problems or we might have to look for a new app. 😒

I hate this new feature app Tango wants to do. Tango used to be finding new people around your area or chat with friends across state and country but now they turn into a live video broadcasting app. they remove search features which I have no idea why. all I get is people from the south American country, can i get a option of where I wanna stream like nearby my area or different regions. I have been on this app for almost 5years and this what the app wants to become.

Had to change my rating. This app used to be great for chatting and keeping in touch with people. However, the recent updates have made it a pain in the ass to use. Messages won't go through, I've had friends disappear off of my contacts list and in return have gotten messages from people I know have blocked. Fix it and perhaps my rating will go back up, but for now, it's garbage...

I've been on this app a while. Now for whatever reason some of my profile you can't see. I can't commit on people post. I will leave a like sent it then it delete my like. Can't open video calls. I've done EVERYTHING EVEN tried to contact customer service and NEVER GOT any feed back. I've emailed and called. NOTHING. Can you PLEASE tell me what wrong with my account. Before I delete the app.

This app definitely has potential, but i do have a few issues. The app refreshes every 2-5 seconds, and I always click the wrong show due to this. The biggest issue is unlocking private shows just to see absolutely nothing. I don't know why you removed the feature where we can see a blurred preview before unlocking the private shows. There would've been less scamming that way. Edit: The updated app isn't working at all, and premium is disabled in the web version for some reason.

Since the new update everything is horrible. It deleted months of conversation with people including pictures. Videos wont load half of the time that I want to go back and look at them. Now I'm not receiving any chat messages from people. It'll show they checked the message but I wont recieve their response. Even if you do receive a message it's way later then when sent it. Plus you think you sent a message it shows the check mark but when you open the app it shows it failed to send.

This app is fun to use, but there are some issues that need to be resolved. One of them is the overheating the device, there is an automatic moderator that you can't even say a simple hello without blocking words that are supposed to be offensive??? The app needs a lot of work not just by over draining your battery but when broadcasting shows low connection something that doesn't explain when im using Netflix and other apps that work just fine in that same location.

Update: bad to worst. They turned it into live.me. I can't do half the things I did b4. On top of that, all the old problems still exist! Uninstall & reinstall for years, still the same issues. Lots of data and battery usage! Always runs in background, forget a good video chat, calls are iffy & notification is weird. Can you do an update for friend locator. I don't know Where friends are from/at once I add them... Down to 2 from 3 stars now 1... Cannot name search unless it is from phone contacts, stupid. I have to freeze and unfreeze to use because it is a battery drainer. I have seen updates but none to assist with these issues. Slacking!

I'm editing my review after years of loving this app. A little more than a month ago my GF and I stopped receiving each other's video messages and figured it most just be a glitch. But even after updates, we're still not getting any messages (text or video). I don't know what's going on but it's very upsetting because it really helped up stay connected in our long distance relationship. Gonna try un- & reinstalling but otherwise looking for a replacement

Good but the UI is not simple and well-organized. The feature syncing automatically to my contact duplicates my ultimate contacts, which delay finding a real contact which has a phone number (not Tango contact). Adding many ads damage concentration on the app's core functions (call and text). That does not even include the redundant unhelpful feature the social network which shows sexual and inapproriately-aged persons to make friends. Most people use the app to contact their close people.

I've been using this app for many years. Ever since the update, it's become such garbage. It never notifies me or my friends/family anymore when a text is sent and the calls are always missed because the notifications don't work anymore. The live broadcasting is so gross seeing half naked people when I open the app just to get to my messages that I never got notified about. This used to be a great app. Not so much anymore. I would love to see big changes. Like disabling the live broadcasting.

I call Japan several times a month. The clarity/ video chat is very good. Even though I may lose a connection after 45 mins but, it's still great. Sometimes the slide doesn't move all the way to the right to make a call. It takes several attempts to to get a complete slide. I hope they fix this problem. Thank-you. it's difficult to move the slide to make a call
