I was mistreated by 102 bus driver on my way to work bus number is 74028 was asking me not to enter the buss because he doesn't want to see any African standing in front of the buss mean while the back is crowded and a lot space infront and that same driver is always like that shouting on pasengers and very rude and arogant and rascisim i hope u look into it by checking the camera it was around 5:42 17/05/24 i feel so bad because i know U.E.A is not a rascis countury Thank you.

I believe this app has great potential as a single portal to access all the information. Unfortunately there seems to be a system issue. I logged in using my Verified UAE PASS account. I'm still not able to view details related to me. The system prompted me upgrade using UAE PASS , which I already upgraded using a kiosks. If the issue is fixed it will be great. PS: Shall revisit to review again.

Worst app ever. -This app is converted modern age to stone age. -not easy to check traffic fine like Dubai police app. Just sucks time...🥵 -devloper mind is made of without plan 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬I am going to uninstall this waste from my phone...

In the prayers times widget, MUST BE removed TILL TO feature, replced with next prayer time. TILL feature running for a few hours.

I can't use Abu Dhabi police app to pay fines, because it says the service moved to tamm. and here I can't pay too, when I finish the payment proccess, it takes me to a page that says not found! When you are the only gateway to pay fines, errors like this should not happen.

This app is not showing how to check traffic fine through number plate am very very disappointed I was trying one week ago I find and I was check one by one option I was explored very option but they didn't so it's just for waisting time and make garbage mind this app not like abu dhabi police app so I want to go back and check in Abu dhabi police app. Thnku.

Slow, lags a lot, and so far I have around 10 apps for the same governmental services, I dont know which one should be used or which one is discontinued ti begin with.

Updated: I have the latest version of the app. I cannot get in to the app to register a comment as all I get is a spinning green circle. I cannot log in to this app to perform functions, functions that I am unable to perform via other means.

Worst app, i made a mistake of applying for a visa from this app and I have been suffering since 15 days because of a technical issue from their end, pathetic customer support, numerous bugs and unable to retrieve my form or raise support ticket. Technical support is non existent and no response can be expected from contact center as well. I request everybody to steer clear of this app. Worst app ever. Not even worth 1 star. Shame!

The app is good and has many services but it is slow and sometimes very slow. I have 3 cars undermy name but there is no option to know the total amount of the fines of each car separately. It takes time to open and close the fine.

Worst app I've ever used, it's not helpful for me. After I've settled all indicates fines but still I cannot renew my Vehicle Registration. It keeps showing that there is a Restrictions on Current Vehicle owner.
