After giving order i received a call and they said they will send my order in 25 minutes but from last night 7 till now next day it's 12 i haven't received any order nor a call. The worst experience I've ever had. Thanks to Google because they have given feedback and rating option.

Worst customer service! Calls never answered. After hours of waiting, the order status becomes "delivered" but actually, it is never delivered. اسوء خدمة بعد ساعات من الانتظار تتحول حالة الطلب الى "تم التسليم" ولكن في الحقيقة الطلب لا يصل ولا يتم الرد على المكالمات ابدا

So bad. They literally canceled my first order and still counted it as the first order just so I won't be able to use the (first-order promo codes).

In Iraq mosul city, we have some unreal offers for example today we receive a note says that there is a promotion code with the word عيدية and when I tried to use it, its un real. In addition to an extra money paid under the name of talabaty service!!

You need to update the app.. Some prices aren't correct including the some food meals isn't exactly from the restaurant and you get end up paying double for such meal. Awful service with some of the customer agents and are very rude. I don't know who is the owner of such app but they should fire some of their customer agents who are rude on the phone. You can't expect to get more customers if you your agents are rude and very horrible when communicating with a customer. Very disappointing!!

It works great, I just wish the inapp gps system worked a little better, and there are drivers who don't know how to use the Gps location which is a bit annoying. Otherwise great service

From iraq/Mosul I used this app many times . In each time i got obsessed and decide to delete it... Last time i ordered but no one called me, i got no thing as they cancelled it without telling me..so it worth to be deleted.... In general the service is bad ..multiple numbers calling make u in shock as if u ordered a weapons... The delivary is too late and some times food is crushed l... Most of drivers not using GPS and keep u on call to lead him ..

Ordered a pizza, after waiting for an hour and a half the app showed that it was delivered even though I didn't get anything, I received no calls from the delivery driver or anyone, had to call customer service and ask what's happening, after calling the restaurant they said that they received no order to my address. They asked me if I'd want another one -that's another 40 minutes waiting- I refused cause it was already too late. Never using it again.

1. A button to report a restaurant for bad service is no where to be found 2. The delivery fee is high. 3. some restaurant prices are higher in the app than when yoy actually go there. 4. The food you get feels like microwaved and sent out

It's getting worst. Delivery guys want more money than the actual price in the app. The restaurants are not confirming order for +2 hours and I'm waiting. The food delivered is cold. The support center is not answering. I'm deleting the app right now. And i was a cunsomer for long time for this app. Totally unappreciated.

Do not use this app! I ordered from a restaurant i usually go to, usung this app, and I'm very familiar with their food but when i got the food it tasted different and it was really bad, it turned out that they bring the food from other restaurants that they have agreement with using the names of restaurants that people actually ordered from, tarnishing the reputation of the restaurants people actually ordered from, totally unethical and unprofessional

Worst supermarket at all: 1st, it takes a long time to prepare the ingredients; 2nd, they call me about three times cuz some of the ingredients have sold out; 3rd, they deliver the ingredients with a lot of deficiencies; and it says they will send a gift with every delivery, but there's nothing. Very bad service 👎🏽👎🏽 i'll never choos this app again

I heard that talabetey is very good and reliable food delivery service in Sudan, so i downloaded the app and did everything that the app wanted me to do and gave the app the permissions that it asked for.The use of application is very bad and it's a trash experience in sudan. It not working properly,i wrote a number but no message was sent to me,I spent hours trying to do that. Some of the places are open while in the app it says it is closed. Overall.... Very Bad EXPERIENCE

Fix the following please: 1. Stop calling repeatedly upon our orders if we don't pickup then it's for a good reason (busy in a meeting or call) you called me from 6 different numbers repeatedly this is a very bad customer experience. 2. Each time you open the app you're prompted with select your location menu, please save it from the first time and keep using it. [Another bad experience] 3. Add follow up or chat button. 4. Follow up number rejected my calls over phone.
