They messed up the order, The app prompted me to replace 3 items-out of stock items- and I was requested to pay the difference in price for them as cash by the delivery driver. However, the so-called replaced items weren't there! I WASN'T able to reach support to explain anything.

I've used multiple times and had no problems. Recently I received the wrong order. I discovered that there is no way to get a hold of customer service. As if they are receiving too many complaints and have decided not to do anything about it.... Update: someone eventually got back to me, but after several attempts from my side. I still think there should be a more direct way for customers to give their feedback, at any time.

I'm a pro member for long time now, every month, I have a problem with checking out during the order, many restaurants who have pro label, don't allow you to place an order with their inventory. Every month (again), some restaurants total price is (x) and Talabat charges you more than (x). Of course, not to mention that reaching the customer support agent here is just dream. Will cancel pro now, uninstall Talabat as well.

Very very bad experience. Favorited restaurants disappear, talabat requires a fee for the restaurants providing food which causes their prices to increase on the app, when an order is wrong the customer support service is not helpful enough and many issues that I am now looking for alternatives. They were good at first but like all others, with popularity comes the bad service

The worst app! What kind of IT team do you have?! Full of bugs! I was charged 4 times for the same order and its impossible raise the problem through the app because there is no direct way to open a ticket. Its always crashing, it doesn't let me use my saved addresses and shows restaurants that don't even deliver to my area even if they are down the road. Invest your profits in updating your app, and paying your delivery drivers well. Horrible experience.

Very bad app. Its very expensive the delivery charges. There is no free delivery in any of the closest restaurants too. Now they have services charges too and the Real amount of food it also not there its always pricey. Sometimes the app doesn't even properly work it comes with a glitch in which they say all the restaurants are closed.

Consistently Bad! Stay Away at all costs!! I almost fully relied on Talabat over the past few years for mart & fast food delivery. Recently every single order is a disasterwhether: It's either very late or cold or even missing items!! If your u order frozen products from Talabat Mart you will receive it melted & ruined. Note: Their Customer Service are useless!

User-friendly app, very easy to use. Accurate delivery times. Edit: In light of recent events, i no longer agree with some of my previous statement. I wanted to report a safety and health issue with the food and one of your drivers. But the app gave me an impossible time trying to do so. I reserved leaving a review for some time, but this issue was unacceptable. Please, I would like to get in touch with someone who can actually help. I've already spoken to three agents and filed two complaints.

God awful customer service from the app help center. Customer service chat never works unless they initiate it. Using "get help" brings up a short list of useless items and you cannot request to speak to an agent from there. Emailing their customer service help desk just generates an auto reply that redirects you to the same menu. Absolutely worthless customer service options.

Scammers, They describe items in a vague way & when you receive & try to return it they refuse to return it. Also another order, I tried to cancel less than 5 minutes after placing the order they refused. Basically don't ever pay them with credit card they will abuse you if you do. If my order was cash they would have been forced to cancel it. Keep everything cash with these scammers.

Ordering food was easy but ever time I ordered from the grocery store they are sending nearly expire items and it is very hard to reach for a customer support. Talabatcustomercare also direct you to the apps which you cannot find support. I wish also there is an option where you can edit your review with the merchant.

I have been using talabat for years now, and I don't remember when did the feature of talking to an agent disappear, but seriously I have been getting damaged goods and spilled food and I can't even place a complaint! It gives an error! And please understand that I don't need a refund sometimes I need the item to be replaced! The refund does not compensate me for the extra fees and delivery!!! Please fix this issue, this is very frustrating!

Talabat Mart transactions has been bugy for a full month now, getting money deducted from my account and orders are not excuted - Payements section in help is buggy and not working, couldn't upload images or files for the transactions - My refunds are missing same amount of money each which means they are miscalculating all their refunds in the same amount! I don't trust prepaying or adding my payement data to this app anymore!

I ordered food but my order was missing some stuff. There is no one you can call for the problem. If you report it they will only refund the price of the missing order in talabat credits. Not even compensating the time, the delivery fee and service fee. Been using this for 4 years and now I am very upset no customer service to talk to or complain. Horrible experience will start to look for other applications instead.

The app is probably the main food and grocery delivery service provider for Oman, but the UI and sometimes the server is full of bugs. I request the development team to look into this matter seriously else a competitor will likely rise into spotlight The pricing system also feels like a letdown sometimes. Regular customers especially those subscribed to Pro could make do with more rewards. Besides all this, I also came to know that the management treats it's employees with no dignity or respect.

I opened the app. to make an order, and suddenly I found that they blocked my account without any reason! although the last order was delivered successfully without any problem. I sent them a complaint, and they didn't give me a single reason for this block, they just kept saying read the whole terms & conditions. They even didn't refund me the amount that was in Talabat Credit. The application became very very bad!

In 2 weeks they did not refund a canceled order and they delivered an order with 2 missing items. Not contact point to their support. I already raised the issue in their no so friendly support using the app. After 2 days (only for the second order with missing item) they contacted me and the support said nothing they can do. This app is a scam. Not using it anymore. Already scammed me for around 200 dirham.

If your order gets canceled and you paid by card, they don't refund your card, but they give you credit which you can only use with Talabat, and it expires after 12 months!!! So my money expires if I don't use it in your app?! And I see no option to have the money back to my card. What's is worse, the app doesn't inform you that you might have credit and automatically deducts it, so you keep paying using your card until your credit expires.

They have been very good of late. Delivery is fast and customer service is very good. Upgrading to 5 stars as they now accept my US credit cards, and I'm loving the pro service. Downgrading my review because they have now made it impossible to reach customer support. If I have an issue with an item and try to get a refund, I get an error message with no option to chat with someone. I'm canceling my pro-subscription and switching to Snoonu.

This application is worsening in every aspect, particularly customer support. It's not user-friendly, and finding contact information or live chat support is challenging. Your new policies for canceling an order or changing an incorrectly entered address do not benefit us as customers. Rival apps are much better in this area. Great way to lose more customers.
