When i first played and bought coins, i loved it. Games were fun.. Gave me good payouts,bonuses. After that first great experience It's buy buy buy in order to even play. I spent 20 dollars, got maybe 7 min of play. So just like the other ones. They just want your money without giving you at least a fun time for what you pay to play.

Alert!!! This app uses 2.9 GB of space, the most of all my apps. Good games and I've played for years but still only reached level 20. It takes forever to level up, insanely expensive, low payout, very low daily bonuses. Time to let this one go.

When 3 or more people are playing, the games very slow. Over 3 takes over 40 seconds for a spin. 1 or 2 players, It spins normal. Made a complaint but never got a response. Love Take when the games work. Not complaining about losing... When I lose. Been playing for several years and in the past several months the issue has gotten worse.

I have this app five stars at first because it was a very exciting game that gave big payouts. But now the app keeps freezing, won't allow me to get to play. I lose spins,and money. I keep losing my free spins because the app closes out before I can play!! I've uninstalled it several times but it keeps happening! Please fix this problem.

I've been playing this game for a long time . Since the update the game has been glitching, cant collect treat tickets, cant give treat tickets and not able to accrue loyalty points. Seems as though the game is rigged and I'm tired of spending real money for fake coins that disappear faster than I can earn them at work. I'm deleting this application in 48 hours if the glitches and treat ticket issues are not resolved.

I love the casinos that don't expect you to rank up to play certain machines. (There are VERYFEW)I don't think it's fair. I don't spend allot of time on gaming so I want to be able to play good fun machines when I want to. You've got fun and good bonus games. I can't get the bonuses from friends because they don't like the notifications always in their feed. Keep up the great work.

Very controlled and somewhat predictable. Some great and fun games, but hard to ever get a 'big' win, especially when you pay money but can't win money. I just updated and purchased more coins. One month of play and then a major review of the games and the app on social media. Wow, all they want is money...and we can't win it!

I'm asking for a refund. $214. I wouldn't care if it was $5/$10 towards the slots. It took the money without authorization or password. I've " sent " an email regarding refund. this used to be my favorite casino app but I really can't afford to shell out money for digital perks in that amount. 1 star until refund request is granted. ill gladly sacrifice every benefit to for refund.

When playing jokester the trickster...either on phone or blustacks or mumu....when you win it boots you right out of the game, to main lobby....you can't get a screenshot as it happens so fast. it ruins the experience entirely. It's a bug and it has happened over 8 times now. You will lose customers of you don't fix this problem. It's not the phone, bluestacks, or mumu, it's take 5 period.

Original review: Love the gameplay, always treats and new games to try. Update: As the game has grown it is getting harder and harder to play, there's always a new game, more pushing for purchases, I have paid into the game but it's too much. These days it's glitching, theres less rewards and with every new game it's taking more & more storage space to play mobile, Update: I'm reinstalling again because it's freezing up all the while, the pop ups are overloading the game.

Hate to break the news to you but, your start-up little bit of credits are so much not enough. They are a very miniscule amount. I have never bought credits on any app because they aren't as.....hum, let's say tight! Your game isn't state of the art, it's so, so SO , that being said don't get plexed but in layman terms , GAME SUCKS!!

I used to love playing the games here, but since the new update it freezes up and locks me out. I have spent good money on here and for the most part was worth it. But I have been on here a long while and have never hit a jackpot and have spent alot of money for coins, but the winning is far less. I never had any trouble until this new update came along. It was 5 stars for a rating but now it's a 1 star.

When first installed this slot game, I was taken back. I was different in a fun way, and while playing I did not pay for coin at first, and noticed that I did hardly any free games while play. So i decide to try my hand and paid $4.99 and $10 and still the same thing and then tired $19 and $39.00. I'm very displease with you slot game. I would lose all the coins i have paid for so fast even though I take my time slowly for each spin. on this review only so much words [474/500] I have much to say

(good way to pass time. With 3 stars) was my previous review. I suppose nothing is truly free. The ads for free coins seemed like a welcome change at first. Not this game just plain sucks! The amount of times, during game play, that the ads for free coins pop up and interfere is completely ridiculous! How hard is it to be like other games and allow a link to free coins via video ads when you run out? The game now is horrible. Horrible. Two thumbs down!!!

Having way too many issues loading and being kicked off. Haven't been able to collect or send gifts for 3 days. Considering gifts received are only good for 72 hrs from time of issue, that's a problem. I've reinstalled 2x already and the problem continues. Really liked this game until this started happening and I'm ready to just uninstall for good. 8/13/21 You guys are getting worse! Let's see how long it takes you to respond to my inquiry and put my account back to the way it was.
