Good enough game. Good graphics. The characters operate about the same and the controls are sufficient but not much more. They have servers that dissappear and so will your characters. Do not purchase anything here in this game because of that and spread your characters over various servers.

It asks for storage options to be activated but there are none that i can see to activate. I was looking to do it manually but still after 30 min of trying and looking through all the settings on my phone couldn't find anything. Fix the damn game

I really enjoy the game but suddenly i cant open the game and i need to uninstall the app and reinstall it again. Please fix. This is such a waste. A good game but the if this issue continues, its really exhausting. Update : From 3 stars to 1 star. Sorry. I love the game and the graphics BUT the issue is still on going. What a waste of download and time. 😡

VIP 8 Player with nearly 2 years game time. 1. Terrible customer support that responds in broken English. 2. Day zero bugs and glitches never fixed. Guild has a count of over 200+ and counting. 3. Instead of fixing the game, Snail just pushes out new paid content often to replace broken mechanics. 4. Unbalanced classes so you see top players using same characters. 5. Pay to win game, even if you spent thousands. They update it often where what was purchased is no longer of value. 6. Server instability, you may have a great ISP and connection to every other website. But according to Snail, anything and everything wrong is the players fault. You'll get a generic response. 7. You literally have to be spend thousands to unlock features that should be standard. 8. You get the idea, this list could go on...

How to find your lost characters: your characters actually aren't lost you just have to change the server and you do that by canceling the "login screen" that pops up. Then you will be able to change the server to the one you had your character on. ( This is how I fixed mine and got back my level 81 dagger girl lol, enjoy!)

Great game. Only dislike is if you want to play competitively and wish to get ahead, then it's obvious you gotta spend that ca$h money. Basically a pay to win type of game, but I still enjoy it! Used to play all the time a few years back until I forgot what server I was in and well, that sucks because I've had to start over twice now because of that... Still give it 4 stars tho would get 5 if I didn't have that stupid server problem.

I've played this game for almost three years, And I urge u not to waste ur time on it, the game is pure EVIL as ofc u have to pay-to-play but no matter how much money u put on the game/grinding u won't be able to compete nor have fun. U can actually find better games out there that can be played for free or even invest a little money on it and still be able to compete.

This game is amazing I love the characters loot progression and the grind aspect of the game however it seems the servers and any bug fixes have become non existent and I'm always having server issues from simply replaying a level or upgrading (it'll take forever trying to connect to the server or will completely force close the app) and it sucks because I love this game that I've even bought a few in app purchases overall HIGHLY RECOMMEND it's an amazing game

UPDATE: NEW update it say allow internal storage.....I can't solve tried everything ...I can't get in the game. .....there are server issues. Not sure but looks like they merged servers and it mess up with the game and accounts. Iam NOT able to join my account. I don't want to start again from zero scratch, I paid money to my account. Solve the problem

i love it! been playing it for years! there's definitely room for improvement but its one of the few games i never got tired of and very entraining! exactly my type! I would like to know how can i change between my players! i have made two players however I don't know how to access thr other one. Sometimes i have to leave the game and log in again so i can play with the other player. Thank you~~~

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. It was a really good game....but I reinstalled and came to find out that all my progress was on a server that I can't join. 4 years of progress are gone because I'm forced to restart in stasis server EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do yourself a favor, don't play this game unless it's your entire life. As soon as you log off or reinstall game or change phones, it's all gone.

It's a good game, don't get me wrong, but I've sunk so much time and money into my account, only for it to say that it's inactive and I can't access it untill the developer sorts it out... I thought with the new update it would be fixed but ITS NOT! Now I've lost my account cause it won't let me log in, and I'm annoyed cause, as previously stated, I've spent money on that account that I really don't want to see go to waist. Fix the problem and I'll give more stars

MISLEADING! Your most recent update created an error in the Roulette/Christmas Goodies feature The new "Spend 100 Diamonds for 7 One Hundred VIP EXP" is incorrect and it doesn't work. I have spent 100s of diamonds and never got the guaranteed VIP EXP. It used to say 7000 Diamonds for the 7 VIP EXP cards and that used to work but I'm not sure what works after the update. Fix it please Update code to match new text in Roulette or change text back to match code I'll change app rating after fix

I would have given it a 3 and a half if possible, but 4 is close enough. The game is fun at first, but eventually it does get boring and sometimes annoying, like if you wanted wings in this game and can't pay money, you have to get these boxes with a slim chance of getting a "vip 10" sort of thing. You have to get 100 of those to just level up in vip for a pair of wings that don't even have good stats. I would just allow wings to be something you can earn through quests and not through paying.

Upon revisiting this game, (due to losing Everything I grinded for, nearly Three Years, due to sheer cuckery) because I did enjoy playng it, a lot; I've noticed a few things. The recovery of lost items/characters/account data is actually too common for it to be as playable, yet somehow it is. While that's apparent, I wish that there was a better system to fix player issues. Especially because they're mostly universally connected in a way, because then it'd bring back the fun aspect honestly

Amazing game, fun to play with friends, doesn't take too much time to get good at the game, there's lots of paid items but you don't need them to level up quickly. But they also haven't added any new servers in over 2 years, so every player has those couple years of grinding ahead of you which makes PvP useless. If you start it up, you'll get 1 tapped by everyone and do 0 damage to them. At that point, buying items won't even help you, those players reached the max strength awhile ago....
