Overall, good! BUT It would be great to update UI/UX, The software design is pretty much old. One important thing for developers is that It would be great if you guys added an option for downloading Membership E-Statements.

overall good app but there are many things need to be done , it's shows error all the while it's working properly , you can not keep all records of transfer once you log out , there must be have an option to send the details of transfer money to WhatsApp or on an Email, overall good app

It only serves as to inquire balance and send money. So basically its all about money and profit. With regrds to service such as updating contacts or card expiry, service is very poor. I've been using this app bsically just to send money or bal inquiry but other than that, it's impossible. Try to make your service more humane and considerate.

It's the worst banking app. It shows errors every now and then. And sometimes doesn't accept the password, and when you select forget password option, you need to start registration again. Despite this, you won't register to it. It needs to be fixed.

it is very easy and useful for everyone in saudi arabia to send their remittances to their, But there is one deficient in the app, need to put a option for add money online through using Credit Card or from other account also, for this you have to find ATM with deposit options then you can add money physically, why can't bring a change method for add money online as well as through ATM. Thanks...

This is the shittiest banking app I have ever used in my life. I kept on coming back to their branch for how many days just to update a bloody phone number. As the moment, my number is not being displayed in the ATM machine and I am still getting the same errors in the app. It is very exhausting and annoying especially if you have works to do. A total waste of energy, time and money. A very poor customer service as well. Disappointed.

Its a bad application! Registering and using this application is a very bad experience in this platform... Its useless! Need to unsinstall the apps!!! And if You call the operator and they didn't knew anything could that could help your technical issues!!!!! Very very disappointed 😥 !!!!!

This is very helpful application and facilitates lot. Unfortunately since last one week system is not responding and can't open the application. Shows system error. I did reinstalling several times, but not successful. Appreciate support to correct the issue. Thanks

I recently used the bank app and unfortunately, I found it to be lacking in several areas. The app interface is not good and I was disappointed, and there is no mobile prepaid recharge option available through the app. This is a feature that many people rely on and it's surprising that it's not included. I hope that the developers can address these concerns in future updates to improve the user experience.

It's an awful experience for the past week, when ever login in an error occurs and the transaction list doesn't wants to appear. And today the OTP is not appearing on login. The most fun part is that I just updated the application on update alert. Such a great experience.

The below qouted remark has been rectified by the tech support and I really appreciate it. The app is now much better, however the option of adding money to the card is still not available which is available in the competetor apps like STC-PAY. Adding this feature would make this app really awesome and useful. "Unable to register as the app is giving error "invalid request" again and again and thus can not move forward. Tech support are requested to resolve the issue ASAP."

zero star. why - all I get is errors,it is supposed to be an easy application for any one specially for expat as we are the majority that using or sending money on a monthly basis. at least it could ease the our hectic schedule. Apparently this app is the best for waste your time., after using it for sometime, you can't log in again,even though all correct information are filled. The same as if you try to register again. You have fix this. ☹

I am fed up to use this app its always buffering while opening the app, i am not able to send money,now i am afraid my amount is safe or not, i can't check any thing because its not working properly, even i can't check the currency rate, i have added beneficiary and its showing you don't have any beneficiary its really surprising me.....please take a strick action and fix the app problem. We would really appreciate if the problem gets solve. Thank you.

The application took time before it opens,and most often it is not even opening at all, it always show that "system error, please close" Even the currency converter feature does not work properly.i have a strong internet connection yet it is not functioning well. I hope it will be fix. I will give 5 star for easy transaction for the e-remittance card, it is good that i do not have to fall in a crowded and long line on the remittance center, yet the mobile application sucks. I hope you can fix.

A new and convenient way to send money both locally and overseas. Has only cheap charges in sending money which is 13.00 SAR only. Instead of sending money over the counter, thru this app you can transfer money anywhere and anytime by your mobile phone. There are lots of features also included in this app for example seeing the currency exhange rate can be viewed here and a lot more.

Why does one of the renowned banks in the country lack e-banking? Every time I open there are some errors. Please update the app from time to time. It's upsetting when u have to face the same errors repeatedly. Since my last review, no response or improvements have been made. The last available update was on Sept 2022. If it does not matter then close the app.

Always error whenever you open the app, sometimes it very annoying because you have to tried several times before you can have access to what you want to do. At times you have to use it like that because it keeps on coming error. Please it been very long since problems started try and do something about it. If not it really helps and save your time using the app.
