As my first time used, I'm quite impressed with this new ride-hailing. It is a game-changer in ride-hailing! The app is user-friendly, drivers are professional, and pricing is transparent. But it's hard to find the nearby driver especially in evening to the night. So I absolutely hope that numbers of TADA drivers will be getting more in the future.

Price are most of the time cheaper by abit but always encounter ride cancellation from driver. Also most of the time after driver cancellation I'm unable to get car for next 10~15 mins. Wasted my time trying again and again..

After using app screen flickering, caused my phone to totally hang up luckily managed to restart phone after some struggle ... my sis phone also had issues flickering screen when open this app...

Great alternative drive hail app in Singapore, usually cheaper than the competitors. Recently upgraded so we can use it also with Pets, make sure you select it in the car selection section.

Driver insisted on going through route that had $5 ERP. Refused to take alternative route which isn't much longer. Customer service supported driver. This wouldn't have happened with the other apps

Accuracy of the map 2/5, meaning you guys could've guide the driver a better route. Driver tend to get missing because of the map suggested route and end up not turning up at the right location.

1st time user it was very easy to use and easy to register for referral code from friend and got some discount too. The car I 1st for is a byd and very comfortable experience.

Get on car and then driver ask for my personal name, address this is right~? Never happen before that is scary to me. I tell him my last name and simply road name and he ask more detail, i was shocked speechless show him my phone about booking details. The Driver keep silent and he looked away, pretending to stare out of the window until i get out car cancel the book. That was crazy freak me out also NO record about canceled trip in app,

I really enjoy using this app. One hiccup, It seems that I can't change my destination. In the end, I asked the driver to help me adjust my destination, as I accidentally chose my home as the drop-off address.

The price is slightly cheaper than grab but the experience is so bad. I got cancelled twice and the waiting time plus map is super inaccurate. Waited for half an hour for my car to arrive. I might as well take bus.

GPS is poor. Only worth the cheaper fare if you are not in a rush. Otherwise, you are never sure where your driver is or they sometimes get lost because the tracking is absolutely horrendous, a joke. Recently, their fares are also consistently higher than others. Lousy.

Outdated map navigation system on its app, leading the driver to the wrong pick up places, penalises riders for being at the right place and for waiting because drivers cannot get to the right place. Worst of all, very poor customer service. Ignored my last email - I suppose they "resolved" and closed the ticket by issuing me TWO $2 voucher for a wrongly charged $4 waiting fee, yes that's right two vouchers that you can get on an almost weekly basis from their promotion.

I am glad that I have the experience of meeting many good, respectful and conscientious drivers w/TADA. However to serve both drivers and passengers better the GPS need to be updated as I had encountered some inconvenience when the GPS led the drivers to the wrong place and the order being cancelled due to this reason. Singapore is still progressing with new roads and building names too are being changed. Please update the GPS for the convenience of both drivers and passengers. Thank you.

My payment mode will change to cash after updating your app (save as credit card prior to update). This happened each time I update your app. Please check and make changes as this brings lots of inconvenience to the consumers

The app has a pay cash option, which was not clear otherwise I would not have chosen it, so I wasn't able to claim my airport code and had to use my cash, which I needed for other items, to pay for the ride. Would be great if this could be updated during the ride in case others make the same error.

The driver went to the wrong place for the pick-up. As the wrong pick-up spot is not very far away (but far enough to walk over), the app pop up a message box to ask us to confirm that the driver has arrived. I wanted to call or text the driver, but I could not do so unless I clicked 'confirmed' to close the pop-up. Why should I be forced to click 'Confirmed' when the driver did not arrive at the correct pick up spot?

Zero support and the worst cars and drivers in Singapore. Drivers regularly use the "I had an accident/breakdown" trick to avoid pickups they don't want without cancelling. Can't report such abuse as cancelled trips don't show in history. In top of that customer is punished with fewer free cancellations even when driver pulls this trick and asks us to cancel. I had one driver driving with no hands on the wheel and support wouldn't speak to him unless I recorded him. A fairer platform? For whom?

I've been a loyal TADA user, but lately, the app's GPS has become unreliable, with drivers' locations inaccurately shown and erratic ETA changes. This leads to confusion, miscommunication, and ride cancellations, causing inconvenience for both passengers and drivers. I now find myself needing to manually confirm ETAs via chat, which is frustrating. I urge TADA to fix these issues to ensure a better experience for all users.

Used to be our top choice before other ride hailing apps, because Tada's pricing was reasonable. Now since recently the menu of car options to choose from is more extensive, but on the other hand it seems they also took the opportunity to bundle new, higher fares for the most basic car option, that are often higher than the competition. We're disappointed, expect less bookings from us.

Overall great booking experience. However, backend customer support is thoroughly lacking. Sent an email about a driver experiencing a flat tire and unable to cancel the trip halfway, thus having to charge me for an uncompleted trip. Asked for a refund and have waited several days with no one replying. Unable to get through their phone hotline as well. Unable to submit another ticket through their website contact form. Zero customer support available online.
