I just opened an account and So far i have been given the run around about scanning the initial receipt for $4. I'm ready to give up, i use Fetch and they are so easy to understand and awesome, way more convenient and fast. I don't have time to play around for too long on these things, if it's too difficult, not worth my time.

Hey, I don't want to be mean. That's not my intention. This app could be alright. It's got potential. I have offers that I know should be cash back on a receipt I just submitted with all the matching offers and it only gave me two offers. My firat time trying to upload a receipt, the app crashed on me like three times. If y'all could fix these issues, that would be so awesome. Thanks - Kirsten Gray

Update: still doesn't work after reaching out and sending requested items AGAIN. Used for a few months and even cashed out once. Then all of a sudden when I tried to upload a receipt it said I couldn't be verified and a token couldn't be sent to my phone. Emailed CS. They advised I had to upload my ID and it would take 15 days to verify and be able to submit again. I did that. 2 months later and I still can't upload receipts because of the same issue. Emailed last week and still no response.

You do get money, but it's WAY to low (2¢ a receipt) & it has to be an approved item with the correct brand. Not worth it at all. Get Fetch. Points for every receipts no matter what it's for, has, ATM, coverages if you smokes. And extra points for those other items. In plus it scans all emailed receipts no matter what & every Amazon purchase. Fetch is 100% legit. Go there. Tada not worth anything.

It's slowly become less and less reliable. Two days ago, Aldi dissapears from the big list of stores, and when I tap it in my short list, it goes back to Tada's main screen. Luckily, I was able to upload via the website. Today the Clorox FFFFF Sanitiser (which is an "ANY STORE" cash back of 150 SB) is not in the list of acceptable items for Walmart. When I try to upload it, it always fails, even for just the reciept for 2¢. And every time on my computer, it has some kind of upload error!

I am becoming less and less happy with this app. It seems like nothing ever wants to be approved, or the money will be credited then taken back a couple days later. Every item I have purchased was verified via receipt, yet it's still saying it's not a valid purchase. I have emailed customer support several times asking why items were rejected only to never receive a response. Overall, less than satisfied.

If I was able to give this app negative stars I would. This has to be the worst app I've ever used for rebates. It doesn't ever pick up anything when you scan your accounts and when you imput receipts it rarely ever gives you credit. This app desperately needs work! Customer service is also non existent. If you have an issue your best bet is to just uninstall the app bc no one will ever get back to you

I can't choose the correct store. It keeps changing at the top, and changing on it's own. Then When I scroll to try and find the correct store, the same stores are listed multiple times with the wrong info. And I can see them changing as I scroll before it finally lands on a random store name. This is all kinds of messed up, not working correctly....

Honestly, the app has much to be desired. So glitchy. It is not intuitive at all when trying Look through offers and when you go to scan receipts. So far I have been unable to redeem any of my rewards. I have tried on my browser, on the app, no success. Trying to even reset a password seems near impossible. It won't allow you to set up a help ticket unless you log in and if you forget your password you are out of luck. Please fix this.

The idea is great, but the system rarely correctly identifies the items you purchased from your shopping list. I almost always have to submit a ticket to get the credit. If it's one of the 2 cent items they generally just credit you for it. However, anything else and you have to jump through hoops to try and get your credit. I submitted one item for 50 cents. It was literally the first item on the receipt. They couldn't find it. I submitted a ticket with a screen shot of the receipt attached. I received an immediate replay back requesting a screenshot, date purchased, item purchased, amount of the item, my email, Swagbucks user name. If they had opened my attachment they would have seen that information. It's very frustrating.

App was decent at first. Now it's constantly freezing within the first minute or two. Plus when I am actually able to upload a receipt it misses pretty much 90% of the offers. Now I have to do even more leg work buy sending a ticket to the support address. That is when I can actually get the app to work long enough to perform that function. I'm giving it a few more days to be useful then I will just cut my losses and delete it forever.

Edited 4/30 I haven't had any trouble recently with rejected receipts! So I changed from 1 star to 4. So glad you fixed it! .......... For the second time my receipt was not accepted, I opened a ticket and immediately received an email saying they closed the ticket, and gave me a walk through of uploading a receipt, which I had already done. Exactly. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could...

I didn't want to give it any stars, but I had to in order to leave a review. I have used this app for a month and put every receipt I get through it. Ive ordered and bought items that were specified to receive the bonuses. I got to $19.15 total cash back and can withdraw it at $20. I had one last bonus I could receive for $2 and I tried to scan my receipt to get it today. It wouldn't let me. Then it locked me out. Now that the bonus is expired, I can get back on. App has no integrity. DONT USE!!

Lots of bugs to work out on this one. Even the auto scan of linked accounts will miss items or credit them incorrectly. I have this app linked to my MyPoints account. Last scan took "cream cheese" as "sliced cheese". When I put in a ticket request all customer service said is "sorry you are having trouble, try it again" even though it will only scan the trip once. Bad app with unhelpful customer service just makes for stress and loss of money. Don't waste your time on this one.

The experience is just so slow. I appreciate the extra few cents. But it's painful slow because you have to go through two menus before the camera for receipts even starts and then submitting isn't fast either. So many other apps can start in camera mode and submitting and adding extra images is super quick. But not this. I don't need to see a FAQ and EULA every time. Just take my data and hurry up!

Started out really well. However, suddenly it refused to acknowledge my phone number. I contacted customer service about the problem, and all I got from them was to attempt another form of verification. Nothing on why it happened or how I can avoid it in the future. Edit: I've reduced my review to 1 star, after numerous attempts to get the issue resolved, to no avail. I have almost $100.00 in my account that I have been unable to cash in. I've given up on this app.

This app is very glitchy. When it connects to the retail website, you can't log in to your account with the retailer. So you can't access your shopping cart, or use your saved payment methods. I end up going directly to the website to place my order and then submit a help request with the Tada customer service. They don't fix the problem. Also reward redemption doesn't work right. App needs a lot of work. Definitely a waste of time.

Sign up offer was great but I felt like I was tricked. There was a lot of deceptive info in the app. Support had an "I don't care" attitude. They've done great in the past 4ish months and turned things around. Support is quick and helpful, all the bad info has been fixed, and the app is finally "reading" my receipts correctly and I don't have to chat in all the time for my cashback. And they're the only cashback app that offers auto receipt scanning for my local Kroger affiliate.

There is 1 way to reach CS; you have to submit tickets through the app (or presumably online Idk). Helping the customer is quite clearly the least of their concerns. There's a up-to-30-day response time, CS can, & absolutely will delete your tickets. And your only 2 options are ("activity ?'s or "general ?'s). BOTH options REQUIRE details, AND a screenshot of the transaction you need help with. In other words, No general ?'s allowed. It's the all-time worst CS app interface/set-up ever.

Can't get logged into Chewy. Can't stay logged into Amazon. Every time I search for something, go to my cart, start to checkout, or try to pay, I have to log back in again. I don't have this issue with any other app. Frustrating to say the least. What's the point, if I can't use it? Trying to contact customer service is nearly impossible due to the limited options of available questions or issues. I'm only keeping it long enough to cash out. The way it's going, it's going to take a while.
