They're never able to scan my reward qr codes, and even after spending money I get "0 points earned!" :/

Twice I ate at this restaurant and received 0 points from my orders. Both orders were about $20.00. Very frustrating. Very Disappointing.

Replaced my punch card with this stupid app only to learn that they expire your rewards points after just six months. Total garbage. They should have just killed the "rewards" program, that would have at least been honest.

NEVERS COUNTS UP THE POINTS. Scanning barcode always says invalid. Entering the receipt number fails. DOES NOT WORK WORTH ANYTHING! Update: STILL BROKEN, months later...

Had an issue with a scan saying I earned 0 points for a 19.42 purchase. It wouldn't let me rescan or enter the code again. Not looking to be reimbursed but I thought I'd mention it.

App will not let me pay for an order. I tried 3 credit cards and all failed. GPay or PayPal would have been great but only CC is allowed (and they don't work). Total waste of time.

Store wouldn't even allow me to use the app waste of time. No consistency at the franchise. Prices all over the map too, stickers over old prices looks bad.

I signed up on Saturday April 30 and tried to scan the bar code off the receipt the same day and it kept saying invalid Then tried to enter it manually and same message. The food was purchases just minutes prior to signing up

The app itself is well-designed and had a couple of great features that I really liked when using that to place my order. Although I had such a bad experience at the Lynnwood location off 164th, I've never been treated so bad in such an unprofessional manner. I was patient with there language barrier and the struggles they have to endure but the manner in which the employees lied & then proceeded to belittle & take advantage of me was disrespectful & they should've made the correct meal paid for

Difficult Entering in for rewards is a hassel and has been since this app rolled out. Punch cards were better. Again I have a receipt that doesn't have a QR code or a barcode number so I'll have to go back to the store to sort it out. Ridiculous!!

Unable to connect through Facebook, which is where my points were. I lost my vip status or w/e it's called and a ton of points. My phone number is registered under it, but I can't recover the account because it hasn't linked through Facebook for months now. Will not be going back until I can use the points I have...

BEWARE ADDED FEES. I installed the app today and very quickly discovered that you're overcharged on a lot of items. Added guacamole in-store is $0.75, but $1.75 on the app; two tacos in store are $8, but $9 on the app unless you want corn tortillas, then it's an add'l $4 for the second taco for a total of $13 (w/o guacamole or add-ons). Any discount you earn isn't much because you're paying more and more for your items. I paid full price in-store today and still paid less than in-app. Hard pass.

I only gave 3 stars ONLY because Ive had problems adding my receipts (scan or manual) when I leave the restaurant.On several occasions I didn't have my phone w/ me or it was dead.I was told I could input the receipt later in the app and be rewarded accordingly, but all I get is an "EXPIRED" message saying my receipt is old to receive credit. I understand a timeframe should be in place and think 7 days makes more sense considering today's busy world. FOOD is fantastic ! 5 stars

I go in every Wednesday, and get the same thing, and for this I earn 123 points. On December 28, I scanned my receipt, and was given 0 points. I tried to scan it again, but the app said I couldn't scan it twice, so I got screwed out of 123 points. I can show a screen capture from the app to prove it.
