All my tries to pay by tabby had been failed, I linked 3 different cards. Although your support guy did his best to help me through this but still unable to see my tabby credit card or even make a simple payment. It is one of my worst experiences through applications.

Application is good Needs improvement in case that you want to send money Through the same application to a friend Or someone in need from family or the children, but that is not available The only way to use it is through the card and that is very difficult Especially if someone is away and in need hope tha application would be improved to that extent.

I tried to buy and ever time am facing a payment fail and once i contact the support they informed me " you need to buy something not expensive at the beginning and that to build a trust between you and the app" This is ridiculous which is not mention in their conditions and terms and already mention that we can buy up to 6k ,Telling a client such a thing and after blocking the account and not accepting any purchase is totally not professional and this is a bad step of you to start losing client

I am changing my review to 1 star as I do not find it useful anymore. It keeps on rejecting all my transactions even the amount is less than 500. I had no existing purchase and even if I had one delayed payment I paid the late fee. The CS agent does not even know how to explain the reason behind this. If this continues I may had to delete this app and switch to another similar app. I used to be a loyal user but not anymore. I sent an email and got the same rehearsed and robotic response.

Not able to place order. Tabby card not approved. There is no banner showing get tabby card. I don't know what's wrong. Used debit cards and credit cards of popular banks in the UAE. Still there is no use. Customer care cannot help as they are saying it's completely automated process. Already using 2 credit cards and Tamara as well without any pending payments. But Tabby 👎

I can't buy with this app!!! I contacted customer support, and they said to change a bank card & try again!? So I tried 2 debit cards & 2 Prepaid Mastercard. Still, my transactions are declined automatically. (Application not Approved) [automated decision can not be reversed] Note: I try minimum limits for the test 102AED. I didn't find this app suitable for me and others who suffer like me.

Glitchy mess. I purchased something two days ago and I have 3 future payments. I buy something else today. Instead of creating a new order, the app processes next month's installment. My other order? Stuck in Payment Processing until it got canceled 30 minutes later. During that time, I reach out to their CX and the only thing they do is apologize and say they can't refund the amount although all I'm asking for is to resolve the new stuck payment so my order can get confirmed!! Bad CX, bad app

It is a useless app. They don't have standardized for purchase, they will choose for you what you can buy. And when you need something important, they don't allow it. I have tried to make some purchases for items I need now, the reject the transaction without reason and to do the purchase again I need to wait for three month do it.

Ive used tabby in noon apps just once and ive settled my balance before the due date and the item was already delivered to me , and now i cannot use it, i want to purchase and split my payment, mostly they call my # about my request transaction but it was always declined and you want me to settle full amount pls fix this, im a good payer im so dissapointed

Resolve issues on your end, I'm charged for a payment and got confirmation from the bank and email from Tabby. It is available on your app that I have paid all 4 installments. After 20 minutes you're sending a SMS that payment isn't processed. In past I raised a double charge issue by email and this issue wasn't addressed but with a generic response without properly checking the email for the actual issue.

The application first will accept payment of 100-200 AED and you have to wait 4 months, then will increase it to 1000 AED and wait another 4 Months. So if you plan to buy something with high amount through the application, you better start before purchasing with 8 months and might be declined because it's automated system. Why I use an application for splitting 100 or 1000 AED ?

Realized it as worst. If have "0" option, Ip would have rate it. I paid may previous order in just less than 3 months. Then I placed new order but suddenly during checking out my order, its says "Pay in Full One Time" instead of 4 months payment. How many times I tried and it insist to pay in FULL ONE TIME. I thought it was 4 payments with zero interest. Like it was VERY HORRIBBLE EXPERIENCE also the chat Costumer Service. No to recommend to a friend

Had such a bad experience using tabby when I wanted to buy a item online. While confirming and processing when it came to the payment mode,the automated service declined it many times and it blocked my card for almost 2 months now.still I couldn't proceed anything out. When I ask the customer service agents what they say is it is all automated services they can't help us. Such a bad experience.

It's really a big help to manage your expenses. Because of tabby. you can divided your money for other things. It is a great help to buy or pay the dues that are not too heavy on the pocket. You can still use the other money that supposedly you have to pay in full for other bills.. but because of Tabby.. everything becomes easy.

I've been using Tabby for a while now and it has been of a great help , I haven't run into any Hiccups so far I am on my 4th purchase and everything's going smoothly , Customer Service responded almost immediately when i had some inquiries . However I wish there was a better rewarding System that would reward users for completing purchases and then reward them with some money or some gift cards of their choice . Overall my experience is positive so far , I'll update my Review when necessary

Very disappointed with Tabby. The first time I used it to purchase something, I was very impressed at how easy and quick it is to buy items and pay later at my comfort. Little did I know they only let you buy once in 3 months despite me clearing all 4 payments within the first month itself! Today I wanted to buy a bunch of things under 1k AED on prime day sale and I was like hey I haven't used tabby in over 2 months now and...shocker! Rejected without any explanation or way to reach out. 👏🤞

Just in the first month itself, they blocked my card without giving any reason even before making a single purchase. The only purchase i tried is less than 200, which also failed due to some technical issue. Tamara is far better, I have been using it for a long time now. This app is not useful at all and has no help from customer service. Uninstalling

While the service initially seems good, they impose limits and suddenly block you without any prior notice or information. They asked me to stop using the service for 3 months and suggested starting with smaller amounts afterward. It's better to use cash or card for payments on the spot, as other alternatives offer better customer support. The support here is unhelpful, often providing automatic replies that don't address the issues.

Kinda hit or miss experience with its so called automated approval process. Sometimes they approve a 4k purchase and sometimes they deny a 200 purchase. No missed payments with them or any current pending payments either, so I guess our history with them is irrelevant. But overall tabby has the most variety of stores to shop from (if and when it works) compared to its competing apps. Try TAMARA, most people had better chances there.
