The app doesn't recognize my account with this update. Possibly, I lost my progress during this course. We don't need this terrible update. Please, come back to us the old version.

Why did you change? Bad user experience, I didn't love that. Also, where are the quizzes? Why did you delete all the databases? What happened? Please back the old app

Was perfect on the older version but on the new version of it I couldnt login to my account so please add the database of the older app then every thing will countinue better. Thanks.

The app as a whole is tremendously good, but there are some problems when I'm trying to open any lesson & the app is too heavy & take time to load. by the way, even after the update

İt's the worst version you did it .. i had finished the first level and contiue the second i had finished phonatex , reading and grammar but now i have to start from the beginning 😭 and there is no quiz or pdf to study from it . İam really depressed

There is no test or quiz on each lesson like before and that's so bad. We can't take the level 2 before knowing if we were good at the level 1 💔 There is also limit for the watching

The latest update deleted all my previous progress in the course, and the app doesn't work (not showing any lessons). Please fix those problems as soon as possible

5 stars for the content (well deserved), however, after the last update I couldn't log in to my account, it keeps showing [invalid log in] I checked my email and password several times and the problem persists, please fix that.

This application is fantastic for anyone who wants to study English without paying. However, after the last update, I haven't been able to open the app for a month. Today, when I tried to resume studying, it seemed like I had to start from the beginning, and now I have to pay. You always said this app for everyone and free.

The new look is great, the colors are wonderful; but there are no questions for test like the old version, and it's allowed only two lessons per day unlike the old version (two for each course).

The app was working wonderfully till the last update, there used to be a little test at the end of each lesson to apply what I learned so everything would stick, I used to know how I improved and how to keep going up instead of stale, And now when I logged in the app deleted all my process and I have to start again from scratch

A wonderful program, and the new update is nice, but I was in the second level at Lesson 16. Now, after the update, I have returned from the beginning, and I am allowed to skip only two videos. I want to complete the lessons, and this is hindering me. Thanks

my god, what a Disappointing update It's used to be the best app for learning English ever, For example ' Sentence arrangement, word pronunciation test, filling in the blank, etc... But now after the update, it has become lifeless, even with a paid subscription, there is no feature that makes you want to subscribe and pay, please Mr. Adel reconsider for the change that you made, I think you did not succeed in your choice, because your app used to be a whale not a small fish. The new update doesn't work. And i can't access my previous account. When i enter my email, the app says there is no such account! I have this account since 2021. I don't want to lose it!!! Please help me fixing the problem. Thank you for your consistent efforts.

It used to be the best app but not after the latest upgrade. First, I don't know about the others but my account is no longer there, it has been deleted or something else happened.. I have no clue. Second, you can not change your level after you sign in, so I think the level you have chosen when you registered in would your fixed level and you have to complete it in order to be able to go to the next level, but what about someone who want's to go back to the first level?

I cannot log in to both applications, Zamrican and Taleek.. even my brother is complaining about the same problem. For your information, my device does not have a problem, as the storage space is more than enough in the memory and everything is up to date. I will update the rating to 5 stars after fixing the problem.

The new update is horrible all my progression is lost and I have to repeat the whole levels again even without a test to determine my level . In the last version there was a quiz after Evey lesson but in this there is no quiz . In the previous version I can study any number of lessons I wish in a day . In this one you are allowed to only 2 lessons daily and have to subscribe to be able to have more. The worst update ever.
