Please check the app there is bug with new updates we get notifications after minute of dispatched, but who got the older version work perfectly, they see the new rides a minute before those who updated

The application is slow & badly lagging behind because of which even after a booking is accepted it gets assigned to another supplier. Kindly look into this immediately.

The application does not work properly & notifications are delayed due to which the bookings even after acceptance are assigned to other suppliers. Escalated the issue multiple times but no concrete feedback received till date. They have selected suppliers to who the rides are sent & when we write email asking the reason for it, an illogical reply is given & no further actions are taken. Extremely disappointed with the teams approach as well as nobody supports with resolving the issue raised.

Useless App. You get notification about a ride but the ride does not shows up on screen, and efter few minutes after the notification you get the ride on screen but it's not available to be accepted as it's taken by T-partner favourites first. What a joke 🤣
