Downloaded the app to pay the bills on their credit card. Paid the first bill 5 days before the due date, and it showed that it went through, and I had 0 balance, now the bank called and told that the payment wasn't accepted. And guess what... they charged me 27 dollars in late fee. Just because the app (or the bank they're working with) is so slow and didn't show the rejection of payment until past due date.

SO frustrated! First, since I first got the card I spent about $2,000 with it, all paid off right away, but never got the rewards. They weren't able to help me in the store either. Now, I'm trying to open the app and it just keeps crashing repeatedly before I can sign in. Really bummed out. Will probably just cancel my card; at this point it's just an extra payment step for no reason without the rewards.

I won't purchase online here again, be sure to take screenshots if items are a set. Had them send just one piece of the set then change the item picture. It was obvious they had separated it post purchase, the picture of the one I purchased was relabeled as the "top" but I received the bottoms only, it was not listed like that when I purchased it and didn't have a picture of just the bottoms, and I would've had to pay $11 to send it back for shipping.

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with the tjmaxx help line because my rewards aren't showing up on the app, only to be told they could confirm I had rewards but didn't know how to resolve it. That was after talking to 3 different people. And I had already signed out & signed back in, deleted the app & reinstalled it. The app is convenient for using rewards - no printing out or remembering to take them to the store, but when a company can't fix their own app, it's so frustrating!

The app will not let me sign in at all. I go to log in so I can use my rewards in store but every time I attempt to log in, it automatically closes out the whole app when I click "sign in". I uninstalled then reinstalled the app to see if the download was just bad or it needed an update.. but nope still is happening. I know my log in information is correct because I am able to sign in online just fine. I'm disappointed.

Not very user friendly. The app is very slow to open, often taking several minutes to open. This is really frustrating when inside their stores and wanting to access rewards since they can't do it from their register checkout system. The app frequently freezes the phone while trying to open, requiring the phone be restarted to clear the app and regain use of phone. It's very frustrating.

The app will not let me sign in. I can't use my rewards. It is very frustrating! All of my log in info is correct. I've just changed the password AGAIN and it took HOURS for the reset password email to arrive in my inbox. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times. Nothing has worked. When I go to log in it either spins for a very long time then completely closes out or it just closes out automatically. All of those is very frustrating being a TJ Maxx cardholder.

Keeps closing so I can not pay my bill. Inconvenient, the only reason I downloaded it was to pay my bill. I'm going to delete the app, pay the card off, and close the account. I dont need the hastle for a couple of dollars off of a purchase. Not worth it. If I can use the card and have a working online option to manage and pay the bill, fine... but that's clearly not the case. Seems like I'll end up with late payments and uneccesay incurred fees. No thank you. App isn't worth the storage space.

App is horrible! It is tremendously difficult to sign in. Every month that I have tried to pay my bill the app doesn't recognize my password. I've recorded it each time with no success. So I reset it, problem is that the app also won't let you use your last 10 passwords. 10! Ten months, 10 new passwords! Nope. No more. I'm done. Closing the account.

Worst ever, I had to change my PW three times. It still didn't work . Couldn't ever shop from the app, still can't the page won't load. Even when I try to shop from the website, it won't connect to my card, it says error in verification. The app is horrible. But I can make purchases in the store with no problem. I wish I could give a -star. The app doesn't deserve even one star. How you have a app, but can't shop on it. I've downloaded/up graded it 4 times with the same results

I keep getting emails telling me to use the app, so I tried again. Exact same issues I had a year ago that others are also describing. Read the comments and fix this! --------------- Complete failure. Half the time I open the app, it freezes. When I do manage to get in, there's nothing in there. I go to set up my account and it never sends to verifying email. It's a good idea with HORRIBLE execution.

Buggy, slow to open or doesn't open at times, moving between screens is NOT streamlined. The app doesn't even track how close you are to getting the next reward. Or if it does, it can't be located in the maze of buggy screen changes. No reason to have seperate apps for TJM, HomeGoods, Marshalls and Sierra that ALL don't work. Merge into 1 app for the credit card and rewards with a link to each brand would make much more sense.

The app has many shortcomings. It does not have the ability to zoom in on merchandise. It"s necessay when you're accessing by phone. It has a weird swipe feature when viewing merchandise. There are only 2 view screens; a front and a back view. If you accidentally swipe right a second time, you'll end up on the menu page and lose your place and browsing filters. So frustrating! Additionally, there are no size charts. If you're a shooper like me, you know that measurements vary by manufacturer.

The idea is fantastic. The functionality, ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I have an android and NOTHING works. It constantly crashes and tells me I systems are down when I try to log in. If I do miracuasly get in then it either tells me I have no rewards (when I know I do) or crash when I click on it. I have friends that have apple and it seems to work bug free. However work needs to be put in to make it work properly for androids. So frustrating. 40mins monkeying around and still cant get my rewards.

Been stuck on: "please bear with us. We're currently making the site more stylish. Please check back soon" for weeks. When the ap does work, it really doesn't. Hitting the back arrow from the product page takes you back to the home screen & clears any filters you may have had. Very frustrating having to re-select all the filters and scroll through tens if not hundreds of items to find the place....

UPDATE: It got better for a short time. Now there is no Back button, so every time you view an item you have to start all over again because the app closes. So frustrating!!!! Horrible! Will not load, completely freezes up. Makes shopping & paying my bill extremely difficult.

Cannot use the back button or the app closes. Items taken from wish list w no no notice, ie , out of stock? Often, the website is unavailable, frozen, and can't open at all. Used to work better. I use frequently, very frustrating. I've reinstalled app several times on Android, same problems.

The back button closes the app. If you select an item and then hit 'back to search results,' it removes all of your filters! This makes shipping take longer than driving and going to the store. Also, you can't search your order number. The screen remains blank. I think it is time for an update please.

EDIT: 5/21/24: it's been three whole months and still no update? the app is unusable!! cmon, at the very least revert the update. EDIT 4/22/24: app is absolutely unusable in its current state. how is there still no back button!? I know bug fixes take time, but there 100% should have been a hot fix by now. insane. ORIG 4/4/24: black screen after returning to app. and theres no back button equivalent on the item pages. if I press my phone's back button the app closes.

Can no longer log into app, but same logon works fine for website. App frequently will not have a back button when you are looking at an item, making you start all over. Update - finally was able to log in and got back button back - but now it's gone again!!! Wth??? My fav online place to shop and I'm at the point where it's just not worth it because each time I want to look at an item, I can't go back to where I was & have to start completely over. Developer show ppl on app longer but no buys.
