This app does a pretty good job at finding people's mugs. The problem is the 'sync' part is broken. It doesn't overwrite the photos of the google contact, it creates it's own contact that displays the picture on your phone. For example, if I uninstall Sync.Me, I will loose all of the 'found photos' of my contacts. Fix the ability to overwrite existing contact, then this will be 5 stars.

App does very little of what it says it does. First, it states that you can get a free promo of Pro or Unlimited status, yet when you sign up for the promo period and try to use those features they tell you that you need to sign up and pay. I shouldn't have to wait until the end of the promo period to use the features you are promoting to me. The whole idea of a promotional period is to ensure it works correctly and is worth the cost. I can't say this app is work $20 or more dollars for an annual subscription that doesn't work. Also, I signed up for the promotion and you all tried to bill me the next day. That isn't a 30 day promo in my eyes, if I am paying now then there is no promotion, this is a problem and false advertising, so is telling me I have a promo period but limiting the featrues I would pay for during the promo until I actually pay. This app also wants an insane amount of permission and access to your data given what it does. Also, never once blocked a spam or scam call from my phone and as far as straightening out your contacts...Good Luck, spent several days straightening out the mess it made of my contacts. I do not recommend this app in any way shape or form. There are better and cheaper apps out there, try Contacts+ Pro, they have been doing a great job for me so far, but there is a cost, but much less than this app is charging by far.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I was told in June that in the middle of July the feature to sync Facebook friends with phone contacts would be fixed. it is now the middle of August and it is still not fixed. Recently had 2 updates in 1 week. Facebook is not even an option to sync your contacts to. tech support keeps telling me this will be corrected, but I am not seeing and result. I am currently looking for a new app that will sync my Facebook friends with my phone contacts.

Aaand it STILL does not have the ability to sync Facebook profile pictures! Click on the Facebook sync button and nothing happens. Don't list Facebook sync in the description if you're app doesn't even support it! Edit: Got a message to contact their customer support. I did and got told Facebook sync is temporarily unavailable and it will be solved in a few weeks. Same response I got when I first asked back on Jun 1st. Let me know when you have an app that actually does what it says it can do.

No support from Facebook/Instagram. During my initial 30 day free trial, it worked just fine. After, it says I can access social media syncing with paid subscription. To me, it's worth it. So I pay, and update app. Still says Facebook and Instagram are unsupported. These two are the only platforms I use, and the only reason I paid for the app. Scam at best. They need to remove any indication that it is supported. Asked for a refund...we will se how this goes.

This app used to be a must have because of the social media integration, but Facebook and Instagram have not worked for quite some time I've held on to the app hoping each update would fix it but it never does. I appreciate the developer responding to reviews but it's no help when the response is the same each time and doesn't address real concerns. I will check in on this every so often to see if social media integration is fixed, but until then I'm finally uninstalling.

Used to be good. Like other reviews have said I too used to use this a while back to sync my Facebook contacts with my phone contacts and it worked pretty great never had any issues. That was until Facebook changed everything. So this app is pretty much useless. Stupid Facebook. Why did you have to disable this feature. It's my account and if I want to be able to sync my contacts to my phone I should be able to.

I upgraded my device from a Samsung S8+ to S10+. On my S8+ it would sync with my Facebook and Instagram contacts, but doesn't even show up the app when I put it on my new phone. It should be the same. I have paid for the the Unlimited Membership and it's a joke! When I've tried to look up a number that I don't know it NEVER has any information. I reached out to them and they said they would look into it and get back to with me and that's been over 10 days ago. AWESOME customer service! REFUND!

I used to use this to keep my contact pics synced with facebook. Recently, tried it again, but now you have to purchase an upgrade to do this, then another upgrade to pro to do that... I agreed to the trial for the upgrade for $19.99 to be billed after the trial was over. 15 mins into using the app, I got the notice to upgrade to PRO for $29 to do the one thing I wanted. Nope. That was it. Uninstalled the app, but got notice I was billed the $19.99 already. I have filed a review request with Google as this was agreed to on a 30 day trial. Not to be billed immediately. Be careful with this one. The app used to be GREAT! But now it seems more like a scam.

I had originally reviewed this in 2013 as it was a really good app at the time and probably still has some really great features. It flat out stopped working as of a few days ago and since attempting to get it fixed, I've been bombarded with advertisements. The last straw was when I placed a phone call and right at the end of my phone call, I get another ad. That's intrusive.. So I uninstalled it for the first time since 2013.

It's good. I only use it for Facebook sync and it does it's job well. Instagram feature, idk if it's just me but I tried MULTIPLE times to get it to work. I can log in just fine but syncing would stop always around 40-50%. I suspect it has something to do with friendcount. Anyway that's that, I'm sure the other accounts work fine but Instagram still is a wip. edit: fb is unsupported. had to reinstall apps on my phone and when i went in to set this up, fb isnt supported. outlived its usefulness.

Update: No longer supports Facebook or Instagram Sync, and now requires an annual subscription. Deleted from my devices. Facebook made a bad decision with this policy change. This is a simple, effect, free solution! Incredible design. **Note you don't have to upload your contact to the Sync.Me server, it will still sync your Facebook contacts.

The app used to work good but stopped working. The caller ID used to tell me who was calling and whether it was spam. After it stopped working, I uninstalled and reinstalled. It still didn't work and when it did, it told me I had no internet connection. Emailed customer support which took 6 days to reply and they were not helpful. I had deleted the app a few months ago because it wasn't really helpful. I stopped getting spam calls down to about 1 per week. I just reinstalled it recently to sync social media pictures to my contacts. Less than a day after installing, I get spam calls all the time, from all over multiple times a day. I'll be uninstalling again.

Pro subscriber who cancelled. The app had a conniption. It stopped syncing contacts, tells me various services are unsupported, and refused to actually answer calls Overall it has become more trouble than it is worth. this used to be a great app for me. It probably can be for someone else. I'm simply unwilling to spend additional time trying to make this work again. Based on what I've found it's down to some change Samsung made. Shocking.

The app is great for updating photos and blocking spam calls. However, they have changed it to where you need to pay and upgrade to get the same features it use to have for free; such as, scanning social media profiles for new/updated contact photos and merging contacts. When I changed phones a month ago and downloaded the app again, it told me I could no longer sync with FB because of their updated privacy settings. At this point, I may start looking for a new app.

This app used to be fantastic. Used it for 5+ years and it functioned well. It has a nice, intuitive, and polished UI, but its downfall is the features for Facebook contact photo syncing being ripped away. This was its main selling point. The replies to others' complaints on this matter about how collecting data from Facebook is restricted seems misleading as I am now using "CoSy," an app that does what Sync.me used to without issue.

I have been using this app for a few years. As of recently though. I found a better, less battery using app. Also, I hadn't been able to keep calls from actually coming through I don't want. Telemarketing, soliciting calls. The other app, stops calls directly that aren't in my contacts. Phone never even rings. While syncme has been great at giving me options to block calls and giving the names or location as to where the calls are coming from. There are calls, I just do not want to even be bothered with.

I got annoyed with the app's interference in my call screens & logs a few months ago & uninstalled. Today I noticed a lot of my contact pictures are outdated or missing, so I figured I'd give it another try. When I went to sync with my Facebook friends, I got the same error message other reviewers have been mentioning: "Facebook is unsupported" - so there's no point of the app. Uninstalled! Again.

Not sure what this app is supposed to do. It didn't add any contact images to my Contacts app on my Pixel 3. BUT, I can see 10% of my contacts' images in the Sync.Me app (does me zero good). It seems you must grant the app access to every aspect of your communication platform to enable any functionality- which i have no interest in doing. This is a no go (from a mobile developer). Thanks

Don't get this app. Worked great for years, now with the new S10, Facebook and Instagram are not supported. I bought the subscription thinking that was the reason. With in minutes I cancelled my subscription, after finding out. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Tell us this right from the start. Good luck contacting support. Very Disappointed, I'm giving it 1 star only because I have to. Update. I was refunded. Still disappointed in the app. Upgraded to 3 stars
