Walmart has a better, and simpler app, this app is very confusing. Who would have thought, that it would be so confusing to clock in and out at work?! I have never, in my life, had a problem clocking in and out at work, and I'm not the only one, at my workplace, that is having issues with this system, there are many others having issues with clocking into work, clocking out for lunch, clocking back in from a lunch, and clocking out. And why do we have to have the Bluetooth on? Never at other job

This app is unreliable for even the basic functions of looking up a work schedule let alone logging or clocking in and out. Our work place is trying to move towards this mobile app but how when something as simple as opening the app is difficult (the credentials are not working properly). Whom ever came up with this app has to go back to the drawing board or just scrap the whole thing. I would rather be paid more than to have our hospital waste money on this.

Glitchy as hell. I can log in, be on the main screen, click on the schedule button, and then it logs me out. Says I don't have authorization. But I do, I just logged in!! I can try to log in, but it says I don't have credentials. If I log in correctly, it says I have to put my password in again to be allowed through, and even then, it might still not let me in. It is by far the worst app I've ever experienced.

I clocked in and out correctly and to exact minute for 2 weeks and then signed off of my time card, and it showed everything correctly. And then something glitched and it added a second duplicate clocking for one day that I did not make. It is a flawed set-up and it's ridiculous that it has to be to the exact minute every day. Ex: you can't clock out for lunch break for 29 minutes. It has to be exactly 30 minutes. I did it perfectly and it still messed it up! it's FLAWED!

I used to be able to punch in fine. Now, I have to enter my info 3 or 4 times before it actually logs me in. I have to start the process at least a minute before I actually have to clock in or I'll be late. Also, I click the 'stay logged in' box every time, and it logs me out every time. Annoying!

The application gives you an option for biometric login, but does not save the info. In order to clock in for work I have to input my email 3 separate times along with passwords and MS authentication. Engineering, please step it up. Our hospital has switched to your time keeping application and program in good faith that it will work efficiently, and it has not. Please fix!!!

Not bad. Would be better if it would save more than one AP. You have to use one APP to clock in and out, but another AP to view your schedule and it only saves one AP number so if you don't have them memorized or a quick way to reference them you're unable to switch back and forth between viewing your schedule and clocking in and out.

Whenever I try to enable the biometric sign in, it never works. I go to my settings, turn on the biometric sign in, but the next time I go to sign in it tells me to "turn on biometric sign in" again. It wasn't doing this before the latest update. It's a pain to not be able to use this feature, if this app error is fixed I would give it more stars.

Horrible Horrible app! Have never been able to clock in or out always says out of range even if im touching the beacon. I have an android S22 and apparently that seems to be a big issue. I've already tried to get help from administration, IT, payroll, HR and no one was able to troubleshoot it to fix it. So now I have to spend 5 extra minutes looking for an available computer to clock in and out. Wish they would fix the issue with androids!

App is terrible and not "simpler". Does not make sense when I read time cards. Does not show in and out hours until 2-3 days after the time punches. Does not always record my punches. I do not feel comfortable verifying my time card because I can not clearly tell if it is accurate. The online version is even worse. I was signed into the computer and opened the online clocking system. It automatically signed into my co-workers account who was not even working that day.

Trying to clock in at work is awful. I have an android and it picks up the sensor to clock in/out maybe 40% of the time. The other 60% is spent trying to find a "sweet spot." So I can spend 2-3 minutes trying to use the app to clock in and then it still not work and I have to go to a computer to clock in. And now a new problem today has arose where I can't login. I've tried on different wifi networks at different times of the day and I cant get in. Honestly the pros are outweighed by the cons.

Extremely unreliable app. Struggles to log in even with good internet connection. Struggles to acknowledge proximity to a clock-in beacon. Any button you select comes with the risk of waiting indefinitely for no effect. If your facility has an alternative method to clock in and out, just use that instead of this app. When it comes to clocking in at work, wasting time is wasting money. This app literally costs me money.

It is ok. I would like to see different colored dots for different events on the schedule. For instance, I am a new graduate and work nights. I also go to some trainings during days for my residency program. I would like to be able to have the different types of shifts different colors. This way I would know without having to actually click on each dot to see what time I work. I would also like to see an add for vacancies available so i could pick up an incentive shift if I wanted to.

Make sure you get logged in well before you need to punch in. The login process is trash. Biometric is supposed to be supported but it doesn't work 95% of the time (and neither does "remember me" for that matter), so then I get to enter my info not once, not twice, but THREE times (plus the authentication) in order to get in. Every time. (okay almost. Sometimes clocking back in from lunch works okay. Sometimes).otherwise I'm going through this whole process 3 or 4 times a shift. Unacceptable.

Complicated. If you want to open up a separate calender on your phone to make sure you don't work that day or do, then this app is for you. Shift selection is a simple yet more work than it should be since you have to do week by week instead of monthly view. The constant logging in every single time I open the app is annoying. Forget about any notifications. If something is moved around or an event is happening, you'll miss them unless you go on your work email. Overall, not worth it. 🤷♀️

My job just started using this in place of Kronos and I'm not a fan. Kronos was fast and super easy. I don't even get an option to clock in! This is an app specifically for logging in and out of work, and I can't do either on the app. As others have said, you need to get on the computer in order to use it. It logs me out every minute or so and will tell me that my log in is invalid, despite having just used it a minute ago. Also, why add a "remember me" box when that doesn't work either. Ugh.

App crashes on a daily. "authentication failed" multiple times a day. It is definitely simpler. The clockings are extremely difficult to figure out how to do properly. There is no "in or out" it's just a clocking. Have to fix your time card daily. It is hardly ever correct if you don't have a normal 8-5 schedule. Does not recognize beacons unless you are almost directly under them.

I have mixed feelings about it. In some ways it is nice but I'm having more issues then convenience with it. The clocking In/Out location option malfunctions 99% of the time idk if it's the hospital Internet or something else, and trying to see who I can trade shifts with is really difficult having to flip through page after page. It would be more convenient if they did it by shift and by license. Finally, I can't see my total hrs worked for each paycheck. Fix these and it will be great!

Not helpful in the way it should be. I want to just click the app, see when I work, and who I work with. The clock in/out feature doesn't work and I got signed out and now the Impravata sign in that my hospital uses just won't work. There's no use in me having this app. If it wasn't such an aggressively secured log-in and if I could automatically import my shifts to Google Calendar, THEN I would use it.

Unreliable!!! Our employer switched from Kronos to Symplr and it has been a disaster. Thousands of missed "clockings" and my manager showed me today that the app has an unreliable connection to the corporate timekeeping system. Punches in or out done in the app are often missed by the system, and critical errors and omissions in the system are often missing in the app. DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP!
