it says no network connection when I am connected to mobile and wifi and can no longer log on.

Hate how long it takes to down load I been trying to redownload past two days.. it disappeared on me one day and I never got it back yet I really need to get to my money to order my stuff .. Once again it won't download I need it bad too omf...

There is a glitch when trying to choose e transfer account to transfer from, forces me to close the app and try again

This last version has made the app 100% better. No issues with logging out now or depositing. Great job. increasing stars from 1 to 5.

Takes way to much time and patience to log in. Account#, access code, access #. What's wrong with fingerprint ID. Good enough for the progressive financial institutions. Our Credit Union wants to make It's members jump through hoops to log on. Wake up

Does what I want but the E'Transfers still take half an hour to go through. I can recieve them sorta fast but sending them no matter to whom and how many times it's always half an hour...

App keeps saying no network connection after going from wifi to data. Have to uninstall the app and reinstall to be able to use it everytime.

alot more limited then afew other banking apps, occasionally glitchy and long transfer times but good enough for daily use. The single worst banking app out there, several times it's almost made me completely leave credit union.

This app does everything I need it to do except for e deposit cheques. I'm unable to uninstall the update that made the change. The camera button to take photos of cheques has moved to the "home bottom" on my screen. So every time I try to take a photo it just closes the app. Please fix this. It's been months, my community is on a lock down, we are unable to deposit at a bank.

Very slow, login is painful, No option to use biometrics. Menu/layout is ugly and makes no sense.... they did update and speed is better but now with a new phone, they used a default biometric location and will not allow use of fingerprint if not in iphone location.

If I could give this app negative stars I would. It used to work great even if it did take 30 minutes for e-transfers, however since the new 2 step verification started 3 days ago I haven't been able to log into my account. No code has ever been sent to my phone even though I've requested one multiple times, and an email code was finally received EIGHT hours after I requested it but it was no longer valid. I receive verification codes from other apps all the time but not from this one.
