You can't access the app until you have either paid $29.99 for a quarterly subscription or $79.99 for an annual subscription. You can't test the app, once installed you have a useless block of memory holding space on your phone unless you pay to try it.. Update: I followed through with the subscription, however once I subscribed it continued to stay on the subscription screen telling me my account doesn't have a subscription. It would not let me go any further. Now I will cancel and uninstall.

This app has everything I want! It suggests fitness routines, has body weight routines, dumbell and kettle bell routines, targeted routines and a monthly challenge. I've been using Sworkit for many years and was lucky enough to be upgraded for free when they got rid of the free version. That's the kind of company I want to support! Even though I didn't have to pay for the premium, I definitely would have! Highly recommend.

Used Sworkit for a little over a year, very easy to use and smooth navigation. However since the latest update (7/18/20) the screen starts to flicker black and white shortly after a workout has started. Reinstalling the app also doesn't work as I tried so myself I am sure the application will be fine in time, however I did want to express this problem is happening with other users, be they current or new.

Have been using the app for several years and it keeps getting better! The initial draw was ability to easily choose length of exercise (as short as 5 minutes). Now you can choose a track based on your fitness goals, follow monthly challenges, or select from pre-set workouts including ones for home rehab, yoga, and quiet home workouts. They're open to feedback as well. Thanks Sworkit!

I've been using the app for about 3 weeks and really enjoy it. The workouts are challenging and leave me sweaty. I love that I can listen to whatever music I want in the background and also get a detailed description of each move to ensure I am doing them correctly. Perfect mix! Also, I love that this app is gender neutral and not focused on trying to "fix" the female body.

So relieved to have found this app! I spent the last week trying half a dozen workout apps, since NTC started sucking. Sworkit has the features that are critical to me: the ability to preview the exercises, skip a move that doesn't suit me, timers for the moves and workout, a video clip demonstration, and it runs from preloaded data, not a streaming video. Thank you Sworkit! I do wish it had the ability to toggle on and off a cool down/stretch. A great feature: every workout can be any length.

I've been using Sworkit since it was in its infancy. Throughout the years, I've gone through healthy phases of diet and exercise and when getting restarted, I always come back to Sworkit as my main exercise source. The interface is simple and user-friendly, you can pick your own music from one of their integrated apps like Spotify, and most importantly the workouts are very easy to follow at different skill levels. I will continue to stick with Sworkit, it's been a joy to watch the app evolve.

I am still in the thirty day trial period, and unsure whether or not I will keep it in after this is done. First, I'd not mind having a few free trial workouts to look at before deciding if you wanted to subscribe to unlock the rest, but I absolutely hate the mandatory free trial sign up that will continue unless you cancel before you can try anything. Now, I have quite liked most of what I've tried, and there is good variety, as well as a nice selection of focused workouts and customization. That being said, the yoga was dreadful. The routine itself was fine, but the lack of regularity in the cues forced me to keep looking down to check my phone and see if time was up and I was supposed to be doing something else. Cues have been great for everything else, so no idea how they dropped the ball so badly on this one. All in all, well worth a try, but know that you will be forced to sign up for the renewing trial to test it out.

I've loved this app since 2013, until this "mini- makeover" on Dec. 22. First, they did away with the voice cue I liked. Second, the audio cues now interfere with my music as I work out, and that is extremely annoying. Third, the rest periods I set between every 5 exercises are not working, which messes up my custom routine. Fourth, there's been no response to my messages for support. This used to be a terrific app! Give me an option to go back to the old version, I am VERY unhappy! 😡

I like the app for the exercises but there are bugs too. If you skip an exercise during a workout, it often needs a good 30 or more seconds to catch up or it just stops dead. Simply seems like the app has hiccups whenever something unexpected (like pausing or skipping an exercise) happens. I like the monthly challenges but wish there was an option to have a monthly challenge with dumbbells or other equipment, instead of bodyweight only. For yoga, have at least 5 or 10 seconds between poses.

Honestly its the workout app I always come back to, it's like home. Reason being? It's the only one that helped me lose 60-65 pounds about 5 years back! And I've kept it off to this day. I was Always a fat kid and this literally kept me consistent to the point where it eventually changed my life. Obviously I ate healthier and made other life choices, but Sworkit was 100% a major factor. It's easy and clear to find efficient workouts, that fit any schedule and the audio and video is on point !

Great app. It's almost perfect the only thing that I found irritating is sometimes while I'm stretching or doing yoga the narrator will not say what pose or exercise is next and I'll end up missing out because I'm stuck on the last one. I guess I have to start paying attention more to the screen which can be difficult when you have a 2 year old getting in the way. Lol. Either way it's a great app and I'd definitely suggest it to someone else. UPDATE: It's no longer free and since I don't have enough to pay for a subscription now I'll have to uninstall. It's still a great app so I won't downgrade my rating. Hopefully I can install again one day.

I've been using Sworkit for about 4 months (free) and I love it! However, I recently realized how inaccurate the calories burned is. 15 minutes of easy workouts and 15 minutes of hard workouts both came out to 99 calories burned, which does not add up. The app does not take into consideration weight or height. If the calories burned was accurate this app would be perfect!

I'm enjoying it and really like that I can choose workouts for specific muscle groups. I just wish there was a setting for pregnancy. A year long subscription is a long time if you find yourself pregnant and unable to use the app. I know everyone's situation is different but how difficult is it to having a prenatal setting that shows if a particular workout move is generally recognized as safe or not for pregnant women?

Huge variety of workouts and stretches in convenient categories. The descriptions and videos are clear and helpful especially for the beginner who needs a place to start. You can change the timing on the workoutsand intervals including the time in between each position to give you enough time to move and not feel rushed or behind. You can also log your own workouts. ex: walking and choose music on the app.

I have been using Sworkit for more than a year and I appreciate the app because it's fully customizable and I can adjust it to meet my needs. Here are my likes - 1. Great technical support! They usually respond the same day. 2. Does not require equipment. I can workout anywhere and do it with my own body weight, even in smaller spaces. 3. I can select from a ton of workouts depending on my mood and fitness level. I've tried a lot of workout apps. This is the best workout app I have ever used.

Very intuitive easy to use app. using the free version alone still allows one to access many targeted and whole body exercises and a few "customized" routines. Syncs fairly well with My Fitness Pal and google fit. edit: they no longer offer a free stripped down version. So not ideal for a person like me who uses it along with gym routines but not often enough to commit to a subscription. too pricey.

This app is okay. It's easy to use, but the workouts can be boring and the format somewhat unimaginative. Most of the time, you do the same couple of exercises over and over again. I think this app is great for beginners and people who are trying to sneak in short, effective workouts into their schedule. I don't like how you're now blocked from all of the app's features unless you subscribe. (RESOLVED) Currently the app is not acknowledging my subscription, so I'm locked out from all features.

This is a nice, simple app that has really helped me stay motivated to keep moving. I hate working out, but being able to do it at home on my own schedule helps a lot. I'm not a huge fan of the update, there are more settings but not all of them function the way they should (setting time for each individual exercise, breaks after number of exercises) and have to be adjusted each time you switch categories. It's less straightforward, but understandable once you get your head into it.

Can't get to the workouts because the 'what's your goal' window pops up but doesn't actually let you choose anything. (Same on the web page btw) and when you tell it to never appear again, it does. Then the what's new window pops up. You hit the x to close it and the goal window comes back. Somethings wrong guys. It's unusable at this point
