The scaling is terrible. The attack chances are terrible. I can put all of my points into attack chance but the oppent will ALWAYS have a very high defence stat. A 80% chance of landing an attack means getting blocked 10 times in a row, untill you die. The arena isn't complete. The image ends at a certain point and is very ugly. You have to repair your armour. Didn't like this game.

lots of bugs, even on a galaxy S9+. after levelling up, the screen would go black and I would have to restart. same after winning an arena fight. the game would also randomly glitch during a fight.

Nostalgic S&S user. The game defintely incentives ads. On many occassions the game will freeze as well, forcing you to close it out. After finally getting into the groove of the game and building my character up, I can no longer load it. Disappointing.

The game lags terribly and every now and then it stops responding. Worse part is it stops responding when I just leveled up. Can't assign stat points. Can't assign skill points. I love this game since a decade ago. Now I'm giving it a 1-star...the ultratus package is great until I find out at the end of the chapter, I get the rewards from the final boss but there is no point spending them cause all access to the dungeons and arena is gone after that. Please FIX this in the future S&S games. THX.

i love this game. the o ly problem is all of a sudden i cant go deeper into the hypergeum. ive done the quest and battles etc. when i go to the stairs to go deeper my avatar just dissapears. yet i can move around tge current floor im in and fight critters. please fix. i even bought the upgrade to play the full game. i want to see the whole storyline! lol

The story is phenomenal, and the combat is good. I love the game itself, but there are some problems. The advertisements can be loud despite the game having sound turned off, and the game will crash completely upon leaving the ad. This would have been tolerable if I was not recently met with a game crash every time I try to load my gladiator.

Good game and all, havent had any complaints while trying to re-play the swords and sandal series... the fifth one has played fine but im not able to use items in the dungeon anymore... really sucks because I cant light a torch, eat, or drink a potion even... would love it if someone fix it plz? screen goes blank after pressing use item... Update: sold all my junk materials and it seemed to pop back up? dont kniw if thats what did it or just restarting its good now I guess

ok so.... I want to say I love the idea of the game but a few things, 1. there's a bug in the dungeon sometimes when u get in a fight u dont have the controls on the right side anymore for some reason so u can't rest or do anything if u out of stamina which means u need to restart game. also I'm stuck at second champion, can't beat him and can't get anymore xp from monsters to get strong to beat him, also can't afford maximus :-( and nothing even say what the maximus armor is? plz make solutions.

loved the game, paid for the ultatus edition, now my menus quit working, the item to eat and make light wont pop up, even in the main gladiator menu I cant etch runes, bought the game was great until I purchased the full version and it became unplayable. please fix or reimburse. If I start a new gladiator the menu works again, but I'm not interested in starting over now that I'm level 20, and grinding to get back where I was, and risk the items to stop working in yet another quest.

Bug where "boss" I have to kill stands on lever and I can't attack it, so I'm stuck. Gladiator Sprint mode not only costs money but sucks. Level 10 is almost impossible and some classes are just useless. That mode needs more balance and polishing. That guy has 1000 armor and 200 base attack + ranged attack...

Its like the original game but with a decent dungeon crawler concept. But 1 thing bothers me. IF YOU PUT BLOODY ADS IN A GAME AND PEOPLE ARE FORCED TO WATCH THEM YOU SHOULD MAKE THE WHOLE GAME ACCESSIBLE FOR FREE PLAYERS. It infuriates me that you have to pay for a premium version just to play the whole game. Its either letting people pay for the game or make the game free and put ads in it. The game itself is decent, not the best but still decent. Dont get me wrong. The makers are just greedy

I've got to play a previous version of this game and I need to say that in this new version I miss the level capping when it came to the EXP earned from fighting in dungeons. Usually it would get lower and lower the greater my level was. Now it stays the same and makes the game too easy for grinding based strategies. That's why I gave this game 4 stars only. Also good job with making it harder to find the pieces of grail. Ut used to be straight up boring. Now it's better.

I've solidly loved the whole series but this just takes the piss. The quests are okay at first but you quickly realise it's simply a filler and a massive waste of time not to mention the whole dungeon mechanic is boring and annoying at best. Then the fact that you absolutely HAVE to finish quests before you can fight the next champion.... Oh and if you want to break the game just stay in the dungeon as much as possible you can level up infinitely as far as I'm aware...

When I first downloaded this game everything was fine, but now I find I can't go deeper into the hypogeum. I pressed to take the steps down, which it does, character disappears down the stairs but my screen does not follow. I have to go back up to town via the portal to get my character back. Very frustrating as some of the quests are based in the hypogeum and I can't do them.

Main story: Awesome, no doubt! But Gladiator sprint: kinda unfair i think. We get to choose 1 of 3 perks after a win, but the enemy in next match seems to have improved in all 3 things. They are at full hp, better armour and weapon every next match. Maybe its just me but then it means its much harder for most of us players. Dungeon Crawl: Challenging but may be tough for many. a difficulty level should be inserted in this mode.

After every battle there is an ad which crashes the game and you lose whatever you got in battle. Not true what the devs said on March 25th. This is March 30th, 2021 and the ads break/freeze the game! Just happened 3 times in a row. That's 3 times in 4 mins. So not fixed and ads not removed. Also just looked at their other games. WOW WHAT A SHAME. such a good game and series and all has avg. 3 star reviews. Wow did the dev really screw this up big time. What a waste and ruin of good games.

Game breaking glitches! Among several, progress haulting glitches is one where an event occurs before it should. I have 250 moves to get to the next place but I can't because I am still in the pyramid and can't fight a champion to progress. Nothing left to do but take 250 actions in the dungeon forever. Given the age of the game, I doubt it is getting worked on and as old as this game is, this shouldn't be the case.

Overall the game is wonderful! Love the campaign and the difficulty makes it where gaining experience or harder. But, one thing I will gripe about is the higher difficulty, enemies could just ignore my armor entirely. I could have five thousand armor, and the enemy could attack and take just my health. Unsure if this is a mechanic or a flaw, but it is tiring when it happens a lot.

You can feel the spirit of the franchise in this game, but as always, way too many bugs and vague rules/items that never give you the answer/resolved and can result in lethal consequences. I'm still not sure what the last artifact does, and can't finish the Twin Bubbles quest after the main quest completion unexpectedly closes out all fighting options. Would have loved to fight either Belgrave or HeChaos when choosing what to do at the end, and ppl with arachnophobia shouldn't play this game.

There's a glitch where the game will sometimes freeze during a level up. This causes you to have to reset and you lose the stat and ability points for that level. Also, I've stopped getting the prompt for the choice of Maximus armor or 5,000 gold upon the first visit to the armorer. Other than these issues, I enjoy the game.
