Just launched the star rating has been destroyed, even though in the game you can't swap and the swap requirements must be VIP 1 and there's no point in pre-registering if you end up being told to make a deposit first.

Won't connect even with good signal coverage. Always shows error "cannot connect to network". Another error encountered "Failed to acquire server". Pls fix

Why it's always say log in failed..I updated the game but it's keep on saying log in failed..Im vip 5 in the game ..I cant play the game if it's making errors to log in..admins and developers please make your game convenient to all ..please fix all the errors of your game..I can change my review and rating if the game is playable again

This game is very unfortunate because it has a developer who is not responsible for taking care of system maintenance. It has been 4 days since all Android players have not been able to enter the game, only iOS has entered.

No clear comms of how to take care of recurring log in issues and no response to clients who are investing in game. Worse, the server just opened a week ago and multiple accounts encounter log in issues. Pls fix

The games goods and enjoyable but the problem is when you log in the games failed to acquire, please check your network. I have a good connection but not still access the game can you fix it thank you.

The game is fine but I'll give it 1 star for now,because i can't enter the game once i exit it and enter the server the game is stuck on the loading screen and it took forever there,hope you fix that problem thank you

i just downloaded this game and its stuck in 26mb of additional 597mb of file downloading. is this really happening or i just need to wait for more hours to finish? more update on my review after i play this game but for now 1 give this 1 star cause of problem.

The first time I played it, I was very excited and purchased the VIP package. After a while. I was very disappointed because the game couldn't be opened. And finally I deleted it with very deep anger. .

The game keeps crashing can't even play for 1 minute and then it chrashes so I have to launch it every time just to play for about 50 seconds then crashes again and again and again really disappointing

worst game ever. when you do maintenance . make sure the server is totally down. how come some players are still ingame while there's bug issue or whatever and you leave others ,like us hanging. that's just unfair . I'm Givin you 1star for this. how about that? by the way, i don't even care if you dev fix this or not. i just un installed the game. YOU CAN SUCK ON THAT!

the game was great until they did a miserable update! idiot devs if u really wanna increase the value of the token stop giving it away!!! and also make the swo more usable in the game to increase its value!!! cause it's very limited what u can buy using swo inside the game! add some more important stuff to buy with it! that way u will increase the value of the token!

Soon as I install the game and letter to the update it says with the box that has tips on it it says failed to connect server check your network and I have data and Wi-Fi and it doesn't work with either it's unfortunate because this game looks promising

Full automatic. My impression is that the P2W part is not as evident as in other games, but what threw me off was the low intensity of the fight scenes. The game in general lacks some more action. Otherwise it's an interesting game

The game is pretty solid but it feels like it has lost developer support. The servers are pretty empty, The packages dont refresh or change, matchmaking doesnt work for any pvp functions, and in dungeons youll always get bots because theres no one playing. This game badly needs to merge its servers down to bring the few active players together in fewer servers.

I waste two purgatory keys not just once, maybe 5 times already, guess it's a bug, when I open purgatory 4 it send me to land of liberty line 2 and a key is wasted, so I need to open again in order to teleport. Hope the developers can fix this.

Rating 2 star . Im very disappointed i cant log in the game. Is there a bug? why Android users cant log in the game please fix this issue. Rating 3 star overall in game. Graphics are good. Theres a bug purgatory requires key sometimes can go in even without key. Rating 5 star if you fix this issue and update the game.

Didnt know if it's a bug or not because I cant connect my main character to the game, there's always an error saying reconnecting to server, the problem occur when my levell became 40+. Then I try to create another character and then boom it can easily connect to the game. Fix this problem.
