The absolute WORST and most useless airline app on android I have EVER used: slow, screens don't load or take ages, stalls in the process and abandons the user and doesn't even seem to have a Google tramslate level of English for its Bot. Swiss Air should be humilated releasing this to the public!! I work with teams building native apps and we would NEVER release something in this state to the public, NEVER.

Unusable on Pixel 9 Pro. ...Last 3 flights, using this app has been a highly frustrating experience. It's currently unreliable to the point where I am actively considering other airlines for future travel, simply to avoid the uncertainty this app creates. Top critical issues: *Constant Freezing: app hangs, especially during crucial moments like check-in or when trying to access my boarding pass. This adds unnecessary stress before a flight. *Contradictory Status: Checked-in & error. *Font sizes

Broken; cannot progress beyond check-in step 2 (empty, white window is displayed), cannot progress to get boarding pass because no next step is displayed, only exit button? It's way faster and easier in the browser. That's embarrassing

It is very slow, loading for ages whenever you select an option. Can't add bicycle baggage in the app or homepage, have to do it on the homepage, then call their service center over the phone and then give them your credit card information over the phone, what year is it? 😂

Total joke: "we are 2024 worlds best airline app" 😂 sorry another bought award like Skytrax? United Airlines App is light years ahead, showing animated transfer maps when connecting between flights, sends notification when luggage is loaded onto aircraft. So how could Swiss be better? 😂 but decent app, they corrected the requirement for a LX-Travel ID you can now login with Record Locator and Name like any other Airline App.

The app needs to remember downloaded boarding passes without needing an internet connection. Suddenly at the gate I couldn't show my boarding pass anymore because it wanted to reload it. Advice to other users: take a screenshot, don't rely on the app.

this app used to be extremely good but since moving over to this travelID login it sucks!! always a technical difficulty with boarding pass, crashes a lot, won't let me change seats. often prompts me to do something then tells me it isnunable to complete process. bring back the old app!!

Unable to check in or modify trip details due to app continually redirecting to a partner airline for check in, even through check had been completed with that airline.

Very smooth flying. Excellent updates on the app and email so you know where you need to go for a connecting flight, the time and distance you're going to catch your connection flight

Frustrating app!! Some salutations are missing.Travel id message keeps popping up every time you access the app. Unable to login. Prompts to send email links but never get sent. Error messages galore. No help centre/ customer service.

Tried to log in for my husband on his cellphone. He has his pin (not password) when he signed up in January 2025. But everytime you log in it always ask for password not hte pin. so I tried to reset it and it request to reset the pin (not password). It does not accept the pin only password. So the requirement is not really clear. Very confusing.

Your support is horrible. Bad infornation, bad process, I got no emails the app showed complete nonsense I couldn't cancel automatic checkin,I spent hours on phone trying to refund a partly cancelled flight. Do you guys have any testers for processes or just roll down potatoes down the stairs and call it a day ?

Sometimes you get errors like "you may be a bot" and "access denied" when trying to view seatmap. Overall quality is low. Just does not feel up to par with other airlines. They were top years ago, not anymore... I recommend avoiding this airline.

it is hard to rate the app when I have never had a chance to use it on the plane. Time and time again I tried contact Swiss over multiple platforms, including calling, and they agreed to change my flight. However, a week before it was to take off, they told me they couldn't do it. This would have been a much stressful process if they didn't lie time and time again. I WOULD NEVER FLY WITH SWISS after this treatment

Buggy - doesn't seem to save information entered, even when I've logged in with flight number and/or miles and more information. Hangs frequently, most distressingly while processing a transaction, the result of which is then impossible to find. I had to call customer service to check the info, which defeats the purpose of the app.

I've had a very difficult time retrieving boarding passes with this app. This was a large contributor to a non-refundable missed flight a few days ago. I was running late, so I tried to use the app to check in before arriving at the airport. The booking wouldn't show up, so I arrived just barely past the 40min check-in window. I would likely have made my flight, but we will never know and I'm out 100 Euro. 😑😑😑

One of the worst airline apps around. All of the LH ones are sub standard. It doesn't store your boarding pass and you have to download a new one every time you open the app. When flying international that's a real pain, especially as SWISS doesn't have good onboard wifi either. Why can you download the boarding pass to Apple and not Android? Get your act together.

They are trying to fool you when using the credit you have with them for a canceled flight due to Covid. The flight that I wanted was available on their website and was way less than the credit I have. Because of that, in the first 30 minutes of the conversation, the lady wasn't able to find the flight in the system. I got mad, asked to talk to a manager, the flight suddenly appeared, but there was no pricing. I was put on hold for 40 minutes, to hear that they can book only a more expensive.
