When I make a payment I only and always get a message "Payment failed, there is not enough money in your account" when there is. And there is no information whatsoever to fix this. Very bad.

Quick and easy to use. I just have one request. How does Swish work for dual SIM card mobiles with two phone numbers connected to two different bank accounts? Is that something on your roadmap? Thanks!

Cannot use the tap and pay(blip) feature on my OnePlus Nord. Phone doesn't recognize the app as a payment app/digital wallet. The blip or the tap and pay feature doesn't work at all. How can I solve this?

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. There is no even a cusyomer care number available to call and sort it out. Moreover, in samsung galaxy it doesn't allow to make screenshots.

I would love the option to choose between different accounts so I could used it instead of needing debit cards for different accounts. it is such a great tool!

You should be able to toggle between send, receive or both within the app. Sometimes you need to block the receive and the only way to do that is by deactivating the account which is not practical.

getting better and better. almost 👌 (nice to have a nice app that you can spend on... ;getting ever faster and faster.. 😉) PS Swish prompted to donate - are those organizations that are in listed in the application swish's preferred choices? donations are going to help - for real - ? would you like to shear your own personal org of choice? Ⓜ️

Why don't you make this app top up via credit or debit card instead of connecting it directly to one's bank account? Just so it can be used in other countries or with non-Swedish phone numbers. Thanks

Since last update app does not work. Keeps crashing when pressing recipient or other field. Tried to reinstall but now it crashes everytime "continue" after the get stated screen.

Great update to request payments. Could you also fix so you can request multiple at the same time? I mean so you select all contacts that you want to request to and write the whole sum. And it will automatically divided the sum depending on how many you have selected that should pay you. I would also suggest that the message that are with the request should also exist as a message for the person who pays the swish.

A lot of payments in sweden are done via Swish, but as a foreigner, its impossible to use it. Please add the option to just link a credit card (like paypal or google pay or any other modern international payment system) so us tourists can also pay for things without the need for cash.

It's just simply not working. It's the second payment I am trying to make using the app, but it's just simply not doing it. It says either my internet connection is not working, or the service is temporarily unavailable. Very annoying! I tried to buy something that I can only pay through swish and it's crashing on me in the middle of the purchase? It's unacceptable, fix your app guys!

Useless if you need to access your payment history as they delete it after a short period. Edit: The fact that the backend system for Swish has the capability of storing more data does not change the fact that Swish the product as used by users does not store history. I have max 12 months of history, something Swish could have fixed as a condition for using their brand. That swish does not protect their brand and will let the bank remove transactions after a short time does reflect bad on the brand. It's your choice to not store this for longer. Sorry, but you cannot separate Swish the technology from Swish the product as seen by users. It's the latter that counts.

It used to be excellent but now it's only good, because it suffers from feature creep/bloat. it's getting unnessecary features like the card things. But that is true for every app/program these days no one keeps to the kiss rules. Which is sad i am looking into alternatives but sadly there are no equivalent apps at the moment. I will stop using it when they add an instant messenger feature. It's a payment software... stop adding stupid functions it doesn't need ffs.

when it comes to app it works fine and how it should be. There is just one huge issue for me. There is only few of the picture cards you can choose and all of them are ridiculously bad, maybe one is good. so either give us option to capture a picture with camera or give us more pictures cards. PLEASE

It is simple and easy but I would like to have to option to show how much money have been swished to me on the lock screen. Without having to log in to bankid. Like venmo! Show the message, amount and username of the sender. This would make the app PERFECT! Edit. OMG I can't believe you did that! NOW the app is EVERYTHING! I LOVE THIS! ❤

Overall an efficient payment solution. There's only one killer-feature missing and that's the ability to take a snapshot and attach to a transaction as a visual reference /receipt. Instead of the green confirmation screen the image can be used as the background. This makes navigating "history" easy because a quick glance refreshes the memory of the transaction in question. Swish developers if you're listening, add this feature and you instantly earn a 5-star rating.
