I placed an order around 12.44 PM. The app continued to show that the restaurant is preparing food. While I had to call the restaurant, delivery guy and customer care multiple times to get the delivery. Received it at 2.40 PM. Almost after 2 hours. Even when delivery guy reached me, customer care said that the item is not available and we will not be able to deliver. I had to tell them that the delivery guy is standing next to me. Very pathetic service and app experience.

It used to be a better than Zomato, now they've started copying them. 1. "Trynew" 80 off coupon when used once reduces to 50 off just like Zomato. 2. With Membership free deliveries within 7KM earlier it was 10KM changed just like Zomato. 3. Late deliveries it takes 1+hour to deliver within 3 KM distance. 4. No small amount as minimum coupon value for offers.

I don't understand how swiggy has become this much bigger company. Even with this small loop holes. I have ordered something from swiggy & then someone has called me from customer care that order has been cancelledue to some technical issues. The real issue is that wrong delivery partner has pickup my order. due to which now I don't received the order & wasted my 30 minutes by just waiting for the order. Also I have wasted like 15-20 mins just to explain the swiggy care that I want replacement.

The worst delivery app I have ever use. Pathetic. Tge order took more than one hour to reach my location and later when it reached swiggy app automatically cancelled my order. I waited for long, paid money online, didn't even get the order.My order got cancelled on its own and didn't even get any refund. Is our money a joke to you. Its a fraud app seriously.

My refunded amount for a cancelled Instamart item is less than my paid amount for that item and another item which was discounted has an inflated price in the bill. Swiggy shuffled prices after order placement and reduced the refund amount. This could be a purely technical mistake but is a bad one. I may not trust the app if such mistakes are happening

Worst experience as it shows instamart doesn't deliver at your location but my wife having same address as mine instamart delivers. Such stupid app bugs are a waste of customers precious time. I hope swiggy technical team will resolve this. No common way to raise this issue to anyone as swiggy has automated responses which sucks. Had an option to rate in negative I would have but it is what it is.

I have had quite alot of bad experiences with swiggy instamart. And they denied to provide any support. If I am ordering something I want that item to be delivered atleast. The item was missing and they didn't give any solution. Just simply said that they cannot replace or refund. Do we earn to waste our money. Quality of fruits and vegetables have degraded really badly. Very poor experience. Not going to order groceries from here again. Blinkit is way better. Their customr support is quite good

Such a worst customer service. I said items are missing but they never respond and say we will get back to you to registered mail which is a big scam. The restaurants are also taking advantage and not sending full order. It's happend to me many times but this happend straight three times. If I say want refund I want it for missing items. What's telling get back to you and never solves the problem. Such a scamming app. People be aware of this app

It's a messy app. There's no provision of raising any complaint. The delivery partner spoilt my dinner plan by cancelling the order at the last moment. And there was no provision on the app either to rate the delivery partner or the restaurant in this pathetic experience. I tried this app for the first time after so many insistence of peers since it's launch. But this is my last time. Pathetic experience

Please try to have the option of adding location in the first before ordering which is actually a basic feature I thought....wasted my 2 hours adding items to instamart just to realise they don't deliver at your location which also isn't conveyed clearly. After making me add my location several times is when they decided to let me know they don't deliver at our location....

Very bad experience with dominoes. Orderd my food and paid for the same. Restaurant refuesed to deliver and pickup futher calls. When contacted for help swiggy personnel said they couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't get my order or cancel it and get my money book. Swiggy personnel was saying they couldnt do anything about it.

It's one of the worst food delivering app. I faced lot of problems like it's taking more than 3 hours to give the order, if the restaurant is just 4km distance from place order delivery location. Then swiggy contact number is not also available for the customer like everyone can search the help line number from Google but if you call in that number, it's either not a correct number or not available. 👎👎👎👎 Wrost app ever. Even you can't connect to agent if you face any issues.

This app is ridiculous. You wait 40-45 minutes for food that is shown to be delivered in 15-20 minutes. It shows early delivery times and then keeps updating their track time showing that your order arriving in 5 minutes, 2 minutes and then stays stuck at it. When you call the delivery executive, they say that ohh ma'am actually the restaurant is still preparing your order it, it will take 20 more minutes. The customer service doesn't help either. I have their one membership, this is what I get

Worst app and worst service ever. There's no coordination between us and the delivery person's. Repeadly we give instructions to them and they do hear it properly and deliver it somewhere else and we have to cancel the order and still do the payment in terms of cancellation fee . Stupid customer support team also Won't be able to attend customers properly.useless app and staff

Review update July 2024: It took over an hour to resolve the issue since I first reported it to customer support. The customer experience is slow. Old Review: They don't take any responsibility if the wrong items are delivered and your event is ruined. After the huge waste of time they want me to write an email about it . The app. also spams you everywhere from youtube, to notifications on your phone, to emails, to texts. Very annoying.

Customer support is extremely poor. Most queries get auto-closed and are redirected to email..also One membership is no longer worth taking as the order value is 199 and distance is 7km. I almost always find ordering directly cheaper.

Food delivery and subscription offer are fine. But I am giving bad rating because of the new credit card being offered. After filling all the details and waiting for 2 weeks, my card has been rejected saying the address proof is missing. But while applying for the card in the app nobody ask me for the address. There is no proactive intimation of rejection. Until I reach out to the bank.

I added a food first time payment was cancelled. I made payment second time. the ordered added multiple times I tried cancelling the order. it says the cancellation fee will be the actual prize of the food. worst application. this is cheating. After writing email they refused to refund the money. The mistake occurred on their app. however customers are getting cheated.

Swiggy is the worst of all the food delivery apps I have used. There have been many incidences where I have received bad quality food and due to there excellent chat bot ways I never get a refund for that. There is no option to contact the customer support via call and even after mailing the issue several times they never ever respond. The chat option is useless to the core and its outright 'bakwaas'. No issue resolved even after uploading pictures of the items multiple times.

"Disappointing experience with Swiggy's service lately. Despite ordering from my favorite restaurants, the delivery has been slow, and the food has arrived cold. The customer support team hasn't been very helpful either. Swiggy, I hope you're listening! Your service used to be top-notch, but it's been a letdown recently. Please work on improving your delivery times and customer support. Worst experience ever
