Haven't fixed the issues with this app in years and its last update was more than a year ago. Still can't filter, searching is poor, main page is old and poorly designed. Have to use the website for anything useful.

Great app and service. I have bought quite a few phones, tablets and watches from Swappa and have always been satisfied. The one time I had an issue where the seller made a (completely unintentional) mistake on how they listed the item i attempted to buy, Swappa support quickly was involved to nullify the transaction and worked with the seller to make sure it didn't happen next time. Very happy using the app and the service.

Went onto this all since ive heard about it long time ago, good for selling phones. All great, but linking my paypal has been hell, i have a paypal account created for ever now, it would not let me sync it, then it just almost created a new one, did not feel safe that my existing paypal was not being found but instead wanted to create a new one by even requesting my ss. Got turned off, most likely droppping this app and juust using offer up. Deuces

Nice app to search for used phones. It'd be nicer if I could filter out businesses like the iOS version and sorting by price indicated paid sponsored posts.

I have bought several phones and always had good luck but it seems the sellers are getting slimmer and the pictures are fewer.

Got a Kindle Scribe (good conditions) and Pixel 6 (mint). Both came REALLY FAST (USA to the Caribbean) and in way better conditions. Mint literally had 0 scratches on the screen and body (Pixel). Good has 0 scratches on screen (Scribe).

If you search literally you'll, expect to give ur thumb a good workout as you'll be scrolling for quite a long time, getting past the promoted posts. Or barely any listings at all, as only most popular models and items will have any. You'll be getting an email for everyone, single subs, and comments. For the website, i guess it makes sense even though they are several minutes delyed compared to in-app. But god, when im on the app, please give me an option to turn off emails for subs and comment

Swappa is GREAT, but this app is terrible. All sorts of errors, the filtering is unreliable, no discernible order to lists, etc etc. It's a mild inconvenience to have to use the website because the app is so bad, but it's still an inconvenience.

The app is good. But it has issue showing right lowest price available. Also the sort functionality is not good. You can see they are in order but as you scroll down you will see that sorting again starts from lower price. Looks like it first shows sponsored items without telling they are sponsored. I always have to keep scrolling tbru end to see if there are lower prices hidden down.

I'm not usually one to rate apps, but I've been buying used devices from Swappa since they first started, and I'm always shocked more people don't know about it. The prices are amazing, the protections for both buyers and sellers are particularly well thought out and effective, and I've never had anything other than a perfect experience purchasing devices through them. 10+ purchases, and every time the experience has been outstanding.

The best for buying lightly used and occasionally new tech. Everything is cheaper than eBay. They don't allow water damaged or cracked tech on the site. It's United States only. So no waiting months for something from China. Like is sometimes the case with eBay. I've boughten 6 items from here and the experience has been great everytime. I won't buy a phone elsewhere!

Latest version 1.2.4, App is absolutely horrible. Doesn't show anything. Doesn't work. Can't look up anything. Doesn't show Chromebooks and many other things. Just use the website if you have to. This is unacceptable for an app. Got a response from Swappa saying that the app was fixed to show all market place. I still don't see any difference. App is still horrible to use. Sticking with the web page if I even plan to ever use Swappa again

Maybe it got scratched by a staple in shipping. Really strange slice to top edge,, very obvious because it is on the front corner in the middle. I don't see it on the photos. The glass/display is spectacular. The pencil doesn't seem to work, or maybe just won't charge when stuck to the top edge? Maybe I am doing something wrong, this is my first iPad Pro. I do have another pencil to try, but was trying to get this one to work, first. The smart folio keyboard & power brick appears to work well.

It seems incomplete. The listings aren't the same as the ones online, like the two databases aren't talking to each other or something. Also when searching for an item it would be nice if I didn't have to click into the text box in order to add search parameters, then after I click "search" the keyboard should disappear on its own.

I find the app harder to navigate when you are the seller. It is very good for posting pictures, but outside of that use case, it's not much good for anything else. As a buyer, the app is adequate. An improvement I would like to see is that when you click on a notification for a listing message, that you go to the message. Right now, it just takes you to the listing.

Good seller, smooth transaction. Shipping, tracking was a bit slow. Great phone! My friend and I each bought one from Wireless Circle. The boxes were not sealed, but everything inside was absolutely pristine and untouched. I couldn't tell if the stickers were unsealed or just don't stick well. In any case we're both very happy with our purchase and would buy again.

The best way to improve this app would be to revert to the previous version. It's pretty much unusable since 2.0 update. I searched Pixel 2 XL expecting to see 2 devices come back to choose from Unlocked and Verizon, but they're all mixed together. So then I went to the mixed results and see no history graph, no filtering, no sorting. It's a hot mess. Thank God for apkmirror I'm reverting.

Like many others, the 2.x version of the app is unstable and buggy. Often I can't even click the icon to launch and most of the time when it does launch, it just shows a blank white screen with a green header. The listings for devices are either incomplete, mis-categorized, or inaccurate. I realize the intention was good, but the execution has made the user experience terrible.

Frustration... The app per se is useless. It basically let you sign-in and sign-out. Everything really happens in their website. The app doesn't have editing tools for listings, mistakes are common, but once you made them, there's no way to fix things in an intuitive way, The posts are revised before publication. Then you receive an email with the actual rules, pointing your mistakes and LINKS to webpages for you to fix them and once there the edit option does not edit everything. It's a mess.

The app used to be awesome. You could browse through devices by filtering manufacture, device type, carrier, etc. They have since updated and removed all of that. Now all you get is an unorganized list of phones or tablets with no way to sort or filter. You can't list devices to sell either. It's a shame as I've purchase devices through the app before and it worked great. Not worth downloading anymore.
