App won't allow me to reduce my Roth IRA daily purchase to the $10 minimum. Update savings plan button is unresponsive. Bugs to work out. Otherwise, good and simple experience.

was difficult to get the account set up initially but the app is simple to use and support is responsive to any issues. good way to acquire real btc and not just an iou

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! My account was hacked $200 stolen from me and it's just gone. They told me it's my responsibility to ensure my email was secure. If you like losing your money this is the app for you, otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

Dont use this app!! This company sucks! It locks and holds your Bitcoin so you can't withdraw it from 1-30 days!! I requested they refund my $ & they closed my account ànd told me my funds would become theirs! Then they charged my card a day afte they closed my account!!!

Do NOT trust your $$ with these scammers!! Took my $, said it was locked for >10days, then closed my account after I emailed them asking what the deal was with holding/locking my funds. Now my money is supposedly trapped with them for 60days to "cover potential costs" on their end!! How does Google support scam artists stealing people's money like this?!?

The first $10k are free of fee, tranfers are free, the app is super easy to use, super fast, super cheap fees and this platform isn't a crypto casino. They have Bitcoin only. This is so far the best and most underrated Bitcoin app.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Swan Bitcoin. I opened an account, within 24 hours, their automated system closed it, citing a high risk profile without providing any specific reasons. This experience has been very frustrating and has left me with a negative impression of their service. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Swan Bitcoin to others. The customer service misleads users suggesting to open a ticket, that is not possible with deleted account or any reference

The app is easy to use. Customer service is polite and prompt, but they held my money and kept my account frozen for over 24 hours without cause, both times causing me to miss the best price opportunities. Also, their BC price is always higher than Coinbase and other exchanges at the same moment. I suspect a bit of manipulation here.

Frozen account. Tried 2 move btc eventually due to the 60 day rule that states Swan can take your funds at any point after that.. Attempted validation. Clicked on frozen account information & followed instructions. Auto response emails returned stating we shall be in touch . I have like 40 of these automated response emails. I have tried everything. I tried moving funds into my valid btc wallet. Of course, your site says fraudulent activity detected. Follow instructions. It' been 3 months...

It seems like I have to run an update every time I log in. Maybe it's just been a while. If you see this, please respond with how many updates you've pushed in the last 12 months. From my perspective, the goal should be ~3 a year or one per quarter at the very most. Thanks

Pretty good. Bitcoin only, 1% fees, pretty easy to buy. Logging in is super annoying, having to enter your email in every time, go check your email, click on a link and then get in. Withdrawing is also rather a pain. You can't do it in the app which really sucks. So you have to bounce to and from web and app for full functionality. So yeah, a solid 3 stars.
