I know the receipt submition isn't the main part of the app, but it is the easiest. But the update made it frustrating to use. I would click the submit a receipt button 3 times in a row and have to wait half a minite for the window to pop up, so i can finally submit a receipt. I used to be able to submit a receipt in seconds. Other than that, the aop seems to be pretty good, would be nice if the cash out requirement was lowered by 300 points tho.

(Edit) i previously put 3 stars but i have lowered my review to 2. There was a double bonus where whatever surveys you completed you got double the amount listed. It was supposed to be going on for about another two weeks and randomly stopped saying anything about the double bonus or giving you one. After that, the surveys all got really low as far as rates of points, and at the same time really high on time. On top of ALL THIS, i cant even get through a single survey without it kicking me out.

I've played many different games to earn points only to be kicked out when getting close to a goal for points. It tells you the time has expired or you've completed the challenge when neither is true. I've emailed support but they tell you to submit through their activity logs. You can't do that until you wait a week from the date on the activity. That just eats up your time to achieve the goal without being able to play. It's more ridiculous every time. I'm gonna switch apps after cash out.

This app is overall a great app! I've already cashed out hundreds of dollars over the past 6 months. However I am having an issue with the games recently. I've been downloading them through the swagbucks discover links and opening them through Swagbucks but for some reason it's not counting towards the goal. This has happened with 2 games already and I've never played either of them before downloading.

I thought this was a great app until I started having horrible buffering issues with the videos. Hopefully that will resolve soon. -2016 I discovered this is still around so signed up again. The app freezes whenever there is a higher point survey. I don't want to think that's on purpose to avoid giving out the higher points. -2024

Utterly broken. Games like merge gardens don't track your progress. I've been ripped thousands of SB and dozens of hours invested because achievements I unlocked don't appear in the activity list. When you use the help system to talk to somebody about it they say you have to use the automated system and not the support system and close your ticket. Then you go to the automated system and it says to contact support for help with missing reached goals. Total waste of time. Avoid avoid avoid.

At first, it seemed like a good app. I was able to easily get Swagbucks and redeem them for money on a virtual Mastercard. But then everything stopped working. After months of trying to redeem my Swagbucks, I finally contacted customer support. They have different contact information for every glitch in their app, and finding the contact information I needed took another month. Only to be told no one else has this issue and dismissed me. I put in a lot of hours for $150 that I never received.

I played this game for months! Because it ranked in the top 10 as far as paying out! I thought! Tried to cash out several times verifying my identity! 2 times went through, then stopped! Saying picture numbers wasn't clear! Read reviews about other people's posts, and more than half had the same problem! Don't bother wasting your time cause you're not going to get paid!!!!

Starting to doubt the legitimacy of this app and SB in general. 20 minutes into a 60 min survey, the app froze and crashed. Had to log back into the app and all progress is gone. Happened 4 times with 4 different surveys - freeze, crash, and can't go back to the survey I was working on. I have not been able to properly finish a survey. My phone is fine/up-to-date. App needs TOO MANY permissions. Frustrating. Is this a scam or just a terrible app?

"Glitchy" App I've been using this app for a few months. On more than on occasion I did not receive points for reaching goals on games. I reached out to customer service and was told there was a "glitch" and there was nothing they could do. On my most recent problem, the goals were to reach level 9, level 11, and 16. I did not receive my points for level 9, but did receive them for level 11.... but they "couldn't verify" that I reached level 9. This app has full access to your device

Took me weeks and about 15 emails sent into SB customer service before I could verify my account so I could redeem my points. At first I thought this app was a scam until someone at SB FINALLY answered me &helped me with the verification email or whatever it was that had me held up. So just be persistent and keep sending in emails until SB fixes your issue. It's not a scam, &they do have many options to redeem points. Also tons of gift card options! But the gift card redemption isn't instant 😢

It's best for matching purchases and getting cash back. That part is easy, The app tells you how. Sure, it takes time to add up, but I'm not looking to get rich or even supplement my income, I just think every penny counts. I find it difficult to qualify for surveys. They need to vet the games they offer - not reputable, not what they profess to be. My credit card was somehow charged without me ever putting in a card or authorizing purchases. Beware of games!

I like this app. It has a lot of different options for earning. My favorite is the trivia! My biggest complaint is that there isn't a "Current progress" tab for games that you're currently working to get points for? I have to scroll through the whole list every time and remember which one I'm doing at the moment? I also found out that Swagbucks uses the same receipt point platform as Inboxdollars, so if you scan a receipt in one of them, it shows up as a duplicate in the other ☹️.

So far, pretty decent. Rewards add up fairly quickly. The main issue is how often, after spending considerable time on a survey, it kicks you back with a "you don't qualify" message. Worse, too often, I've completed a survey that took a considerable amount of time, only to be redirected to an error page. The error message usually indicates the survey application tried to use a non-https URL rather than a secure one. That really is a waste of time, and I don't get credited, either.

Sorta scammy? Though I verified my email, I was unable to redeem any rewards with my "swagbucks". According to thr user reviews on the app, this is a common issue with many unable to even verify their account nor get any responses from support. I was able to contact customer support, but they were unable to help without proof of my government ID. I don't know if everyone needs ID to redeem anything, but it's interesting that they fail to mention that right up until the end point.

Can't get the new user gift cuz it only gives me two choices of games to play, and I reached both goals but it's acting like I didn't for several days. I can't scan receipts cuz that feature glitched out and nothing seems to fix it?? Most of the possible rewards from games cost more than you'll earn, or are impossible to reach without spending $$$ in game. It's not an earning money app, it's like tripping over dollars to pick up pennies.

I get a push notification about 20 times a day that says "finding new survey opportunities." Can you please get rid of that notification or give us the ability to turn it off?! I always get it while I'm out driving, never when I'm sitting at home. if I'm out driving, I obviously don't have time to do a survey. It's incredibly annoying to get this notification constantly throughout the day.

Way too much effort fighting for 1-2 cents when the system fails or decides not to be compatible anymore. The receipt will clearly state an item and it still gets rejected. To do list includes trivia which has never worked and I was told it'd be removed from the list, but it hasnt so I can never finish the list. Very long surveys get to end then tell you no credit. Payouts are taking longer and longer too. When it works points add up quick just by doing swag codes, any item offers and daily poll

This is the best survey app I've found. I've gotten a lot of gift cards from it with few hiccups. Skip the games, though. Goals are too difficult to complete in the timeframe given. You can spend hours playing a game for the same number of points you'd get from a 20 minute survey. Half the time it doesn't credit you. Support is useless, too. And the ads are misleading. It doesn't "reward you every time you play," and it's far from the only app that offers gift cards for playing games.

This app and customer service piss me off. I've had the same pop up "unable to send emails..." since I downloaded this app and I am verified, but still continue to get that pop up almost every time I go into a different screen. I have filled out 3 tickets on this specific issue alone. Still haven't fixed it. There are many many glitches & issues with this app and it is beyond annoying. It's not worth the little bit of money they work out.
