The app has limitations on it that make it almost not worth the time in using it. For one thing, you cannot make legitimate quizzes using the app: there is no way to score questions and no way to set the correct answers. Along with that, the type of questions you can create in the app are dramatically less than what is available on the web platform. You also cannot delete quiz pages from the app for some reason. I'm no developer, but these functions should be simple enough to put in the app.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! If you plan to have more than 25 responses you have to pay a minimum of $300 for a yearly subscription. Absolutely ridiculous business model and way overpriced. They could charge to enhance individual surveys or offer monthly subscription but they choose to bill yearly only. Made a survey for a group of 50 ppl and can't see results beyond the first 25 responses. Wish that was specified when creating the survey but nope.

Warning: the free basic account is limited to 10 responses. It's described in the fine print, but not obvious when you create your new account. To retrieve responses beyond those 10 is expensive. If you're willing to pay, it's a good survey system. Customer service is good.

SurveyMonkey has been a great service overall thus far. I have only had it a couple of weeks and have earned about $10 in credits. Not a good way for massive amounts of quick credits, but a good way to make a few dollars is savings with minimal time expenditure.

Overall I am very frustrated with Surveymonkey. The paid subscription does not add much value and does absolute nothing more that what you can get for free with google forms. You pay way too much for what you get. After subscribing you always have to pay extra for additional simple features. Moreover, this app is useless.

The app allows 40 answers only on the basic free mode (and that sucks), but there is a monthly subscription of 24 USD aproximately, that expands that amount to 1000 answers. It was difficult to get to the monthly subscription option though...had to google it. With that done, the app is super useful for a quick usage for over a month at least. Cheers

Amazing app for students. Making surveys with this is easy. But I have only one complaint. The price is too high for a student and the free account has restrictions. I am a college student and I need a better app than Google Forms since I do not have a laptop. My study required to conduct a survey of 100 people but I could only see the result of 40 people!! And to see the rest I have to pay Rs 1k+ is just too much for a student. Wish there was an option to pay for each survey separately.

This app both sucks and is great at the same time. It is easy to make a survey and easy to share the link. But the thing that sucks the most is that you have to pay a subscription to see more than 10 of the surveys answers and the price for the subscriptions are just rediculously overpriced. Im serious, its just me looking at this and the basic price is 99 a month and the cheapest one is 23 a moth but you can only pay for this one a year which is around 300 and im only using this urvey app once.

Do not recemmend. Can't send invites ! No solution before weeks. We can't conduct research because of a bug with email sending. Used to work then the invites got screwed up ( the subject they receive gets a lot of code) and the brand name canno be displayed in the email body. The problem has been going on for a week and support is suggesting it will take weeks to fix the problem they caused. Unprofessional and not great for business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Initially from the outset, the app looked good, but I found the options severely limited, getting other options appears to be quite an expensive exercise, and worst of all my basic finished questionnaire didn't even work properly! So I recommend not bothering with this, saving your tine (and lots of money!) and trying some of the other better (and free) survey apps instead.

It only allows 25 (responses) on free version which is a scam and all efforts have been wasted since its not opening 40 (responses). The trail version with limited feature holding my responses is beyond understanding. I should have mentioned this in note about the trick played to compell you to paid version. Instead of user going to like and love to upgrade at liberty! An equivalent of cheap misleading tactics! 😢

Wonderful app but watch out for the offer of "Free surveys" - not everything is free and once they start billing you it is difficult to stop or get a refund

Used the app to do an end of year survey as a one-off. Paid for a one off month to get the most results, and then chose not to renew my account. Have now found 2 months later I have been charged for another 2 months, account says it is in free mode, so being charged for an upgrade I am not using or subscribed for. The app and the website are both useless when you want to cancel anything, and now I have been charged an amount my small business can't absorb. Terrible.

App works fine, pricing is outrageous. We created a short survey for event feedback for our nonprofit. At no point in the creation and sending process were we informed we would only be able to see the first 25 responses without paying $400. SM is holding the other 3/4 of our survey responses hostage. We don't mind paying for the service, but not having any less expensive options is ridiculous. We only need to send one short survey per year.

I try to edit a question or share my survey and nothing loads. When I did share the survey the multiple choice boxes didn't even work. Maybe it's just a problem that specifically I'm having, but I want to let people know that it is possible this app might just not work for you

OH NO! Will NOT complete ANY more surveys!! They come with a "Reward" at the end, which usually requires just payment of shipping and handling for the item of your choice. HOWEVER, I've gotten burned by selecting rewards that turn out to be "trials", although that was NOT indicated. After receiving my reward, I'd get huge charges against my card for the "Remainder due", because I did not call to cancel the trial AND return the item. I do NOT recommend this app!

App has one major problem. When analyzing survey results, I am unable to view individual respondent results. I select the people icon in the upper right corner. I then choose which respondents survey to review. 90 percent of the time there are no details, just a blank screen. If I click between respondents occasionally the app will populate results. This does not occur on my PC. This one issue defeats the purpose of installing the app.
