Neat app but feels like they constantly let surveys come through that just "randomly" close once you completed them or just don't reward you at all because they freeze on the last page. Bummer :(

I wish there was more to do on the app. I can't not play the game it says it offers please fix the app I can only watch videos. The app does pay within 1-2 days and the surveys aren't working. I cannot do the surveys. I never write post offen please fix i love this app

They are glitching surveys on purpose. When I finish a survey it always crashes and never rewards. Then customer service wants to make it seem like it your fault.

When i first started using this app it worked really great and was able to cash out twice. Problem now is there is only one survey at a time and it never goes through! Please fix this or the app wilk be getting deleted!!

They are not paying on the time they say they will. Or they're not paying at all. And this happened to me numerous times back to back. It's getting quite aggravated and it's very unprofessionalism. So please before you download this app you better make sure they everything is verified and secure because they will take a hell of a long time to fix the issue

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS IT'S A CON I started playing the games which I was loving but then all of a sudden the games dissappear and won't reload back on plus the surveys don't work properly. Absolutely gutted, plus everytime I message them I get ignored and when I cashed out it never gave me the reward

Survey companies are scamming you here. I don't believe it's Survey Spin itself. But they don't appear to monitor their partners. After spending 10 minutes answering 40 questions about pasta sauce to get sent back to the app for a 2 cent payout is completely wrong. ( This type of thing has happened several times in the short time I have had the platform. ) If you do manage to complete the Surveys and get to the minimum withdrawal , payout is quick, and that is the only reason 2 star not 1.

Hey survey spin I just have one concern. About this app I've been using. for quite some time. I've been noticed on the app a while back. that the 6¢ cent check ins on this app never works at all. and I was wondering to myself why is this even available on the app if it doesn't work which it never did. But if possible hopefully on the next available update. that 6¢ check ins would work properly. or maybe if possible another option that will work better. ☺️

These guys were a 5 star for the first 3 weeks then something changed the surveys stopped working, they started a promo to double your money then would give you surveys that weren't working or not paying period. Just recently after getting several cash outs before all the sudden they don't pay. I received $20+ dollars from them in the past to the same exact account but now their like what we don't have this information. They don't respond to email requests either. It's good I like it but the survey attend to get stuck and won't move to the next question I'm not share with others until this app is fix. It crashes it won't pay plus surveys attend to not come through or simply closes before I'm don't and makes me lose pay. Please fix these issues. For some reason I can't get in it just keeps loading and I'm not getting anything I deleted the app and installed it again still is not working all it does is loading or it stays blank I love this app but if I have to keep doing this I'm going to have to delete it, it was good in the beginning what happened once I get my $5 i'mma cash out and deleting it.. this is giving me anxiety frustration I'm very disappointed😔 my friends and family are having a hard time too they about to delete it too

Deceptive Beginning; at first the app did really well for me. I was cashing out every other day for over a week now maybe two I have not had any surveys any of the options to register or they sign ups four points I have reached out to customer service via email with no response. Great way to go from a five-star rating to a zero star rating in no time flat! I do not recommend this app

This was great at first. Instant payouts (once per day). But after a month, everything just stopped working. All of the offerwalls disappeared as well. The only thing I received on my home page was a 10 cent survey. Sometimes that survey didn't even work. Just like many apps that seem too good to be true, This app is only useful for a couple of weeks before it abandons you without any say.

At first this app was great! I was in love with it, but after a while whenever I would click on a survey the only thing it would say every time is "the survey has been declined by the researcher" and whenever I was close to finishing a survey, on the last few questions it would kick me out and only give me 2 cents instead of the price given. I hope this problem is fixed soon so I can actually enjoy this app again.

This app looks like it has potential, but unfortunately it is hard to qualify for any surveys, with it constantly being declined and disqualified. It seemed like a cool app until all the bugs that need to be fixed. Or another fact seeing a survey for 7 cents for 25 minutes survey, which is ridiculous. Update: can't qualify for any surveys, if do the amount is so small and the spins always land on nothing. This app is trash and isn't worth downloading.

I like this app sometimes.... it is hard to complete surveys without getting disqualified and then not getting paid. You can actually cash out and get paid but it takes a while to get the $5 minimum to cash out. The paid games dont work most of the time, I have completed several and never got paid for them. The first cash out was easy but it just went downhill from there. It dont pay much anymore at all even when I complete everything I'm supposed to. Some surveys dont pay after you finish them

HORRIBLE!!!!! Don't use. When I first started using it I loved it. It was great and low cashout. NOW it SUCKS never any surveys and when there are right as you finish the damn thing you either get all the sudden disqualified and it freezes up and you can't"complete" it and get your compensation. The rest of the time it will bring up a survey and when you click on it it is either full or broken and they take forever to remove and you end up clicking on the same ones a million times.
