Returning the cameras, I'm a techi and the instructions and installation were very confusing. What device is being talked about in each instance? Terms are too broad. Why is there a monitor, is that my phone? Where is the QR code to "add a camera"? Is that on the box? QR code on brochure doesn't work to find app.

This company is a fraud and every positive review they have is a sham. Masquerades as a camera app, which it is not. Cons you into paying for a product that doesn't work. STAY CLEAR!

so far so good this camera is doing what it is sopost to do. even a few extras I new nothing about. if I could have none before now u bet ur money I would have gotten this along time ago it captures everything I need and never misses anything

Signed up for this by mistake and now I am trying to cancel and get a refund and I am not getting any response!!! Even copied Google on the email and they arent helping either!! Do not purchase this!!

App says there's a 3 day free trial but they actually charged my card immediately. Good luck trying to contact them to cancel.

I paid for the subscription and it cost me $19. I went to the app to open the camera and it's asking me to pay again for the subscription. I want to cancel my prescription on this app but there's no phone number or method in which to cancel the 19.00 that they took from me for no good reason.

Took me 5 days and I got a refund Ithanks to all the comments I sent copies to my credit card company letting them know what this company about and they refunded my money. Don't fight with the company complain to your credit card or debit company about them. 😁 I deal with koho when it comes to on line purchase and they are only there for there customers.

Requested a refund because I accidentally downloaded the wrong app and cancellled the app less than 24 hours and I've been ignored. I will never use the all and I've been in contact to tell them I've paid the yearly subscription and the app doesn't even Register to my camera! I would like a refund please

Want to cancel the subscription as I didn't realise I was downloading the app, I thought it was for the new eufy cameras I got. But I can't. There is no one to contact or button to press. I just want to cancel, please help

Purchased the yearly plan. downloaded it on my other phone with the same google account and my subscription wouldn't show up at all It said that I had to chose a subscription and when I clicked the yearly one It would say I was already subbed but kept kicking me off so I ended up having to purchase the weekly version as wel. and have been getting charged every week for months now even though I already purchased the yearly subscription . App always crashes, camera doesn't stay live for long..

What an excellent application that provides you with safety and comfort. You can watch what your children and family are doing at all times, and you can see everything accurately. I recommend downloading it.

Can this be used in the background? The problem I found with this app is you have to start the app on the camera phone and that's a problem because what if the phone locked or the app is not on the screen anymore or restarted? Are you going to add a background option? Like a hidden cam or spy cam so you don't have to click on them every time?

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I searched for a camera app, and when I saw the proper app, this app was downloaded. After I thought I had downloaded the correct app, I purchased a year subscription. But when I tried to connect multiple cameras, I realized the error. I tried to contact them and cancel the subscription the same day. I have not heard back or received a refund with their so-called money back guarantee. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Very impressive. Easy quick setup, I went outside to test it I set off the alarm, it works just fine I had to run back inside turn it off , I didn't find where to shut alarm off with my phone. So far a wonderful app, a good price for a yearly subscription.

Hello! Sorry, but it doesn't work on Xiaomi, Android 12, 13 and 14. I use to phones with the Android sistem. I just tested by locan network and data-network and nothing works. It must be checked by devs, and to try to create a function that always checks the status and refresh it in case is not working... So it's not stable. I cannot recommend it!

I found the Visory camera great an application with an excellent offers and convenient photo experience. Very nice app monitoring. The interface is very simple in use. There are no complications. Also this app has some opportunities like a panoramic survey and Filter effects. This allows easy to improve and edit quality of your photos with available tools. Great Therefore I can control my home while I'm outside. I highly recommend this useful app. 👍
