this app has come a long way since I first tried it out a while back. it's easy to tell the developer put a lot of work into it and I really like the app. and I've used just about every dating/hookup app. my favorite feature is "history" where you can go back and see you who have swiped left or right on and even change you swipe right there. the apps user's have also increased quit a bit too

The only issue with this app is the same issue with other dating apps and that is the people in your area. This is not something they have control over. In larger areas you have better odds of finding someone. There is also the problem of fake profiles, which is countered through the apps profile verification feature, which let's you know who is genuine and who isn't. Yes it is similar to tinder, but because you get more for less I would argue it is better.

it's a great app with lots of different guys to look through, the interface is kind and easy to use but I noticed the private message system sometimes doesn't show me every message I've typed unless I reopen the app. I'm not picky though and I've been enjouing the ap. Be yourself and after you wait a few days after using the ap, swipe right! They hide people who've right swiped you in the front! Just sayin'.

CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE! Once you're in, you're in for life I guess! And, AUTOMATICALLY Upgraded from FREE to PAID version... First I cancelled my subscription but that didn't work, so I tried a second time to cancel it. Well apparently that didn't work either because they continued to bill the account. With no other options available, I deleted the account and THEY ARE STILL BILLING THE ACCOUNT!

The vast majority of users seem to be scammers from Nigeria or other places with a few real people sprinkled in. I'm not sure why Surge doesn't require the photo verification from everyone in order to use it. The "show only verified profiles" option is only available to users who pay for a premium account, but the app is pretty much unusable without this feature.

The app itself is good. I've met up with some people from this app, nice/okay guys, and it seems as though each person is looking for something else and it doesnt feel like an exclusively hookup app. Matching with people who are verified is a bit of a reassurance. I wish there was an unsend message button and an option for (video) calling.

Builds on the successes of previous apps & surpasses those old standards. It's not perfect, but does a good job of geolocating people & estimating physical distance to minimize isolation. Now if we can have autodelete settings for messages sent to unresponsive members... we may actually get a surge of focused chats. Thanks for the free trial! Let me get on here when more people get on board.

ok so this app isn't bad but not good either. you have unlimited messages!...but can only message people if you both liked each other's profile. You can look through almost hundreds of nearby dudes!...but it's swipe method only, no way to openly view people and if you accidentally dislike someone you can't go back and undo it. Not bad of an app though.

This app hosts a very user friendly platform that's well organized and easy to navigate. Useful tips provide quick direction without being intrusive. I have used other dating platforms, and this one is the most straight forward. If I could make one improvement, I would add the ability to be able to zoom in on pictures, but with all the other great features, this is definitely not a deal breaker. I have made connections with others quite quickly and look forward to meeting more people.

Full of the same scams as all the rest, dark mode would be nice, the white background hurts. The UI is not intuitive, I was advised to change my search filters, they don't have them available to change. And it's extremely disappointing that almost all features require a premium membership when they are profiting from our data.

Pros: Very clean and simple interface. I like that users can be verified and all the premium features would probably make it well worth it. Cons: Free version is very bare bones and to be honest almost no one enters anything in the bio/info section of their profiles. You just swipe left or right on their pictures. This also makes it very trans unfriendly despite the app description because there's zero ability to identify or search. I imagine that it's great for cis gay men looking for hookups.

Being required to buy the premium pass just to see who likes you is irrelevant. Not only does it limit you from using the app, but it doesn't give you much of nothing to use. Search a large area and your only giving 10 if not that, options to choose from. Highly recommend not downloading this app. It'll be a waste of your time just like grinder has become a waste of our time. Edit— How about addressing my entire commentary instead of a small bit. Your premium feature doesn't increase the odds.

The dashboard of the app is clean, simple, and easy to navigate. Profile verification is appreciated and it's method unique; not a simple link click or CAPTCHA. You can use the free version of the app, but it's really designed to be paid for. Premium fee seems cheaper than most mainstream dating apps we're all familiar with. My experience has been overall positive. Which is more than can be said about other dating apps.

The app works well at the moment of writting. I didn't have problems with it, except for the option to add your favorite artists seems like be buggy for me and doesn't add my artists. But the experience has been good, how other people has said, i would like to suggest a UI improvement in the dark mode and the addition of the reply message option. Please, consider it!

The app has been working well. There are only 2 snags I think, and it could just be my opinion. The first was it took me a little bit to figure out where the filter button was. It's right in the area when you're swiping yes or no, but I just didn't notice it. The second is that there isn't an option to choose gender. I'm in to men, so the app works fine, but I'm also into other trans women, which there isn't a filter for. Otherwise, the app works great, but pay for premium. It's more transparent

Allows you to do a lot with the free version; like and pass and chat with matches. Premium allows you to see who likes you, which is useful to know because you may have accidently passed or filtered out that person. Premium also let's you store a few after match photos; so I upgraded. Would give 5 stars but app sometimes does not allow you to post a message, forcing you to have to restart the app. Once that bug is gone I will change to 5.

Nice layout, but unbelievably slow. Switching between profiles took 2-3 seconds, so if you're a rapid swiper like I am, it's annoying; I couldn't rapidly switch between profiles because the app got stuck. Switching tabs sometimes crashed the app, and the app frequently didn't register when I went into my settings. I'd tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, and restarting my phone, as recommended by support, but nothing changed. I didn't feel like giving any more chances, so I left. :)

This app is great...IF you like the Tinder-style interface. (I don't.) The best part of Premium is being able to see who has selected you, sort of a curated list of already-interested people. -- The problems are largely outside the control of the developer. Completely empty profiles, fake profiles, or advertising their "services". And once you've been through the stack, there's nothing else to do. No reason to come back, except wait for someone to Like you and come see who it was. No thx.

Way too much blurring and lack of visibility to see people intersted in you. Jack'd gives much better infortmation on people interested in you to move forward with. The swiping part of the app is nice, but limits who you you can contact. The app need a serious upgrade if you are going to connect with someone! Also, they don't have that many subscribers so you have to go at least 100 miles out which is a distance to connect! App needs major work to work, nice try, but check out jack'd first!

It was mostly fine but now I'm completely unable to use the app. I can't see any new profiles since it just keeps telling me to turn on my location permissions but they're already on. I've updated the app, closed and restarted the app multiple times ect. Disappointing. Editing: I deleted and redownload the app with the same outcome. Its really unfortunate cause I kinda enjoyed the app at first.
