I would give this game a rate of 0. I dont know if this is a problem of the game because it didn't seem to be happening to others, but i can't even start the game. First it asked me for permission to access my files and contacts, when I gave it the permission it had to download the files. It took like 5min for the pourcentage to go up by like 10%. The moment it hits over 50%, the app would ask me to retry the downloading and when I do so the app completly closes on me??

Recently I can't download songs I wanted to play. Even I can't download the newest song. I want to join the event but I can't even download the song. So I ended up didn't join the event. I hope you fix the problem.

I have noticed it for a while now that all my power up cards (10%-100%) are nowhere to be found. Not only this, but every time I complete something where these cards are obtained as rewards, the game would hang everytime I try to claim the reward. I've lost around 5-10 power up cards. What's the point of getting them when I can't even find them to use. Am I the only one with this issue??

This is frustrating me...😤. Every time I receive the rewards it keep on loading for several minutes. Then when I restart the app. It say that I already claimed the rewards but did not receive any. Specially the percent power up card. It won't credit it. Just resently i brought the worth 100 diamonds 50,000 RPs plus the percent power up package then it loads too long when i restart the app it didn't credit but it deduct my diamond.

I attempted many times to open the app for a week now. I even uninstalled and install it but it keeps on saying to relaunch the app.

it's a nice game, it's just that when playing songs the tiles are first thrown faster at the background and slow down when they come closer.

superstar yg is great the only problem of it is whenever it updates, it's disappointing cause babymonster is not yet added and I cant find 2NE1 too, so I hope my comment will be seen. thank you.

The update is so late... YG has a new gg now, but I couldn't find them in this app. And how if you change the interface also for Superstar YG? Because you've changed the whole interface for Superstar SM.

I really like this game I have been playing this game since 2021. But it never showed the problem of login. But now after playing for one time it always has that touch to start option and it does not work when i login with Google.

UPDATE:(Says "Not connected to network:)I assume it is a problem on there end.(First part) At the moment it is almost 12AM USA time EST. All Dalcom games are having several issues. I have tried loading into YG a couple times to finish the BLACKPINK event quest. I can not get past the "Faild to connect to severs" screen. The one time I did I was trying to sign back in. Put the proper information in and still failed to load me in. Have tried well on WiFi and we'll off. Please fix this soon. 😭

What's wrong with the app? When I finished playing a song a popup that said "Please relaunch the application." will appear. I had to restart the app and it happened repeatedly. The song that I played to complete daily mission is also didn't progress after relaunching. Please fix this ASAP!

There should be AUTO-COLLECT for REWARDS or SEND THEM DIRECTLY to our MESSAGE especially the events rewards in case players forgot to collect them. Or there should be an OPTION to COLLECT REWARDS EVEN AFTER THE EVENT. I was saving the best rewards to be collected last but I lost them because I forgot to collect them and the event already ended. There's so many rewards I forgot to collect (the most recent once from waterbomb and summer event) that I'm losing interest playing the game anymore🙄

Been playing since release date and I've seen the loading interface greatly improve after recent update (May 23, 2024), but at the cost of gameplay. Power up cards don't show so I had to reinstall the game, only to be met with another annoying spectacle. I've been able to FSP and 3-star hard songs in the past but after the 'improvements', notes missed go over 10. Perfect notes reach the 100 range and the ads load twice, AND it only plays when using data. Touch controls suck more than ever.

UPDATE: THANK YOU DALCOMSOFT for fixing the problems! I really like this game in general, but compared to, say, the SMTOWN counterpart, I feel like it's much harder to obtain RP and diamonds and it just feels more tedious to have nothing to do but grind songs for resources... and I do wish things like special R/S/A card ticket draws are rewarded for the Monthly Challenges.********************************************* Battle mode is so much fun and I'm so glad they added PvP for the very first time! BUT it is SOOO INFURIATING when you factor in all the glitches and bugs! 1) The game will disconnect right after you are matched and BEFORE entering the game... and automatically counts as LOSS... sometimes I try to avoid this by playing at least 1 hr into the 2-hr window to hopefully sidestep the busy traffic. 2) This is a fresh bug with the new update... the game will disconnect right at the very END of the game, with a little red caution message of something like "the game has lost connection and will count as 0 points"... but your LOSS COUNT GOES UP automatically... which is fine if you actually did lose the match BUT FRICKING BULLCRAP IF YOU JUST BUSTED YOUR HEINIE AND WON. 3) AND MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE... every other game or so, after I have WITHOUT a doubt WON the game, I immediately check my win-loss ratio and the LOSS COUNT GOES UP ALONG WITH THE WIN COUNT. The first few times I thought I was just imagining things but now it happens with almost clock-work consistency (every 2-3 games) that I know I am definitely NOT imagining this!!! Every time my loss count goes up for one of the stupid reasons above it takes everything in my power not to throw my phone across the room. ****DALCOMSOFT PLEASE FIX THESE GLITCHES ASAP WE LOVE BATTLE MODE SO MUCH****

Very fun. I'm not super competitive, so it's just fun to try and level up the cards. I'm a fan of all the groups, so it takes a while to level up each group equally because it takes a lot of RP & diamonds. Sometimes it's hard to get the limited cards even when you buy the card packs. I think the drop rate should be better when you buy the card packs. Overall it's fun and challenging. New songs are added each week, which is great. Wish 2NE1 songs were available, but I understand.

I love this game it is really good however for the past 4 days I have not been able to access the app. Everytime I go to open up the app it just shows a black screen for the longest time until I get out of the app. I have tried exiting the app aswell as turning off my phone and turning it back on and nothing has work. This issue has been fixed and I can now play the game again 😀

I've been waiting like 2 years for this, so I'm really happy that it's finally here. I wanted it even more when TREASURE debuted so I cleared up space and downloaded it. I like how it looks different than the other ones (except I haven't got Starship or Gfriend yet). The only thing is that sometimes the cards keep failing when I try to upgrade them.
