Orderd 3 item and all of them is available but 2 day later, all item was canceled because of sold out. The online stock is not real time, slow and suck.

Ordered 4 t shirts but got only one delivered. system showed transaction completed. Emails went with no reply. No call center or agent, just LINE app. Paid fully by credit card.

it's painfully slow to use. the shopping cart allow one to add items but no way to delete it. as in most app in this country app are not properly done

Needs fixing. Encountered data error and now it won't open. I've reinstalled the app but same error keeps popping up and then it exits the app.

What a terrible app, when ordering accept payment then later cancel order. No reason given. No contact center available. This is an awful company to order from.

So many times my order has been cancelled by Super sports, my value shopping time has been cancelled so many times., your active stock not updated the orders have been generated successfully but been cancelled so many times wasted times to visit and shopping.

I ordered something on this app with a free pickup option at a Supersport branch. Kerry called me instead of the branch and I am confused because I chose the pickup option. Now Kerry is attempting to change the delivery address because I am the person they called.

App too slow also never clear about shoes size difference using many methods no consistency some products can't add to favorite total experience still bad It's been so many years I don't understand why never make it better.

Cheaters. Offer huge discounts and accept orders with payments in advance only to cancel the orders a couple of days later. Refund takes 1 to 2 month. Criminal organisation!

App so slow to process and often error. It's limit your order with no reason, you cannot add more product on the list. Then when i refresh the app all my purchase list just gone. Really bad system

I really like the app and the product viewing experience.. but I was surprised to see that there is no filter for size ! that's such a basic filter in any shopping app, how could someone miss such a critical but simple basic thing... Please please please add the size filter and you have my 5 stars for sure...! It is so annoying to have liked some merchandise and then realize u cannot buy bcoz ur size isn't in stock most times🤕🤕 someone reading this from the dev team pls pls pls fix it...!

After the update, I cannot proceed to the payment page. It keeps saying to ticks the box of accepting "Terms & Conditions", but there is no box in the page. So, how I'm supposed to tick the box? It's also crash alot after the update on my android, pls fix it.

Downloaded app again after a long period of no purchases. App is completely unusable. They've added a multi-level verification check for registrated users. E-mail check link is completely useless. Can not log into the app to buy anything.

Terrible service. Ordered COD, then they cancelled it the next day, TWICE!! The number written in my order doesn't exist. The Facebook page showed in this app DOESN'T EXIST. Placed an order 4 DAYS AGO, click and collect. Still waiting, even though they have the item I ordered in stock already

Checked stock of multiple shoes in a store in chiang mai using their stock checker. Got to the store, and the staff explained that the app says stuff is in stock when it isn't. Not a single item we wanted to look at was in stock. And I'm not talking about a specific size either:- they simply didn't stock the shoes at all. No sizes available at all, even though the app would have you believe they have a whole bunch of sizes available in everything you want. Scummy way to treat customers.

The application looks neat and clean, easy to use, and easy to process payments. However, a few functions don't work properly: 1) Coupons cannot be collected. 2) The filter function resets after viewing item details, losing all applied filters. 3) The notification page is non-functional; you can't click anything or view purchase history. In conclusion, there are many areas needing improvement.

It isn't working when I changed the shipping address. Because after I changed it, and order my shoes. It still deliver to my old address. So I must cancel it, and the process of cancel confusing me in the form. 😔😔😔

Very bad experience. Failed payments, system errors, slow app. Tried to contact support on Line, no response. Vouchers don't work. The site won't accept VISA or Mastercard payments, timeout or system error. Website is the same. Can't login with email anymore. It's a 2 factor mess. The development team need firing or maybe hiring 😅 it's 2024... C'mon...
