To get verified at first you jump through hoops to get paid. Make sure you write down at least one survey topic. And check your help section to get verified when you cash out first time

I'm very disappointed with this app they are not doing anything if they charge backs our accounts simply letting them to take back the appoints. Very hardly we qualified and in that also after few days they chargebacking our accounts. The superpay doesn't doing anything. This was not in the terms and conditions.

I first joined on your website,but had problems opening the survey's you emailed me about.Then your app came out, and I downloaded it immediately,but now I can't get into the app because the code you give me to login just doesn't seem to work! I changed it 3 times,but it still reject your code and I am not going to try another code! Why can't I just login on my own password????????

I don't know why I have such a low star score because the fact that I made it almost $40 on this app already and my husband has made almost $20 and I use this app when I just need a few dollars I don't use it daily! So I give it a five-star out of five because the fact you may have some issues with some surveys but there are a lot you can do and also there is games and everything, in the cash out is immediately if you choose that option on PayPal! It's the best one out there is this one!

If I could assign no stars then I would. This app had no issues with my creating an account. They had no issues authorizing or verifying it either BUT just because my name didn't match this email address (Nevermind it's my middle name with my maiden name) They will not payout unless I show them official name change documents. Not even for under 3$

At first, I was able to use this app without any problems. But, now I tried cashing my points for a tango card. Few days later, I got a message saying that my account was marked for verification. I had to wait for 60 days to see if my account could be reactivated, but then I got a message saying that there is a permanent ban on my account. This is stupid, I really don't understand what really happened. Terrible experience with this app!

I would rate it less stars if it were an option. This app is a joke. I tried to cash out $1.25 (my FIRST cashout) and have already had to answer some ridiculous questions to "verify" myself, just to get a follow-up email telling me that now they need a copy of my license or utility bill??? WTH people?? You'll have better luck with Just Play, Mistplay, or Rewarded Play any day. Don't waste your time here if your intention is to collect any cash 😵‍💫

I have been using this app and website for a while, in the beginning I was qualifying for higher paying surveys or higher points for survey but then after a while it becomes harder to qualify for them, and I also end up owing back money or points which is bogus as y'all are the ones that credit the money or points to my account and then let me cash out to then sign back on and then owe. For that reason alone is why I gave a 1 star as any of the other apps that I have used has never done that.

If I could get past the registration screen I could give it a shot but as is,I have tried registering an account three separate times , ensuring all info matched and was correct and each time get an error message saying either "your first or last name can only contain letters", or" username already taken" . then it freezes up, and takes me to a homepage where it asks you to log in, but you can't because supposedly your information was inaccurate or it must have used whatever typo for your usern

Earned enough to cash out , then says needs to verify account and says that account does not exist and can't send a request because I can't get into my account. They do not want to payout

😡 not impressed did a survey and it time out at me at the end so far wast of my time don't bother with the stupid survey company called CPX research complete waste of time the light to egg you on until you get to the very end almost to the point of starting a survey and then they disqualify every single time!! ... Time out on surveys not looking too good for super pay me lost a lot of time and rewards that could have been mine

This App has just gotten worse. There has been times when I've finished a survey but then the app signs me out on its own so I don't get rewarded. What's with the signing out by itself it is CONSTANT.

Site doesn't ever pay promised funds or respond to support tickets. A cleverly designed scam is what SuperPayMe is. I even sent a request from my PayPal account requesting the $3.54 owed to me; it went ignored as all support tickets do. Try Qmee or Atta Poll, both guaranteed to pay any owed funds.

Other garbage of app you'd spent time and data completing offers without getting your points credited but it shows you completed the levels accordingly Surveys at the end they shows error been start on 1 points to withdraw everyday I take offers n Surveys just to end up not getting points credited

This app used to be ok but recently it's been awful and a waste of time. In the past 2 days I've been ripped off for more than 3 bucks which was 2 different surveys... Would get me all the way to the end than bring up web page error with no pay... This app is total trash and don't waste your time.

Update: only been on 3 days and it's already a bad app. I've only made $2 today and have been at it for hours. Alot of apps are like this, they let you make money when you are new then it stops. Support doesn't help when you complete a survey but don't get credit, they tell you to contact the survey provider, but the survey provider tells you to contact Supers support. BS. Great app! I made $7 off just 1 survey!! Just downloaded this morning and have cashed out $27. Hope it stays this good.
