The app doesn't allow me to register. It says I am not registered and when I try to register it doesn't allow it. It says my information is incorrect. It is very stressful.

Terrible app, it has soo many flaws, the app assigned me a phone number that doesn't exist automatically and if I want to change it (of course I do) I have to go to the bank physically (the lines are always super long, because you can't do a lot of things on the app) and the GPS is obligatory for using the app, terrible experience

The app tends to give a blank screen, not loading the balances nor the account info. Then when you close and re-open the app, it forces you to wait 5min to access the app because of a previous session still open (obviously! You didn't load my info) - I am also trying to obtain a SuperToken, and after inputting all the requirements, it just says "Try later" very unhappy with the App.

This update has some bugs that need to be fixed. When setting up automatic service payments you choose the account or credit card you want to pay with... However when continuing the registration of the server, the app changes the account you originally choose. You have to go back and forth until you get to get the correct account or credit card. It is annoying

This app doesn't work! It keeps closing on its own and it has been doing the same thing for quite a while now, it does not allow you to make any transaction, it keeps closing, even if you restart your your mobile, close the app, wait for over ten minutes, it has been doing the same thing for tree days now... It does not work!!?

Is the worst app ever. It use to work fine and actually it was the main reason to keep my self as a Santander customer, online banking. But for the past two months the app crashes the whole time. It doesn't allow to login and the rare times that I can access it works for about a minute or so. It doesn't allow me to transfer money between my accounts or make payments. It so frustrating. I am seriously thinking to migrate to a different bank that has a better online banking experience

I seam to get this glitch every now and then where all of a sudden the finger print feature doesn't work. I seen less modern looking apps that give me less problems then this app, and they have this feature working without fault. There are other things that can test a person in this app such as regular login, then either if you logout or not, loging back in after is usually a hassle because it sometimes does not properly figure that you ended a session. This bank has been nothing but trouble.

I had a very hard time changing my Super Token because I didn't write it down and I forgot it and since I hadn't used the app in about a month , it was a nightmare to change it. I hsd to uninstall and install about 3 times. I really hope they get a more user friendly service. Even their tutorials show it's easy, but when you want to talk to a live person for more personalized assistance , the automated system tells you to go to the bank's web page and watch the tutorial. Seriously?

Great!... When it works You essentially have access to all your online banking through this app, but it has some stability issues, some versions it works flawlessly, but others simply don't work. There's another app from the bank that has other features which is stable enough but does not have all the information nor all the services you have with this one.

It was great. But, suddenly it doesn't recognize location permission anymore. As soon as I enter my credentials and try to log in, the app says I must authorize geolocation, which is already allowed. If I check app permissions configuration, location appears enabled already. Other apps that require location are still working fine. I already updated and reinstalled many times and it won't work. At the bank they just say it's my phone and can't help me.

SuperMóvil is not working and it cannot be enabled in Google Pixel 8Pro. Unfortunately the app is the only one that can allow to enable the contactless only if you have an iPhone. So this App is only funtional with iPhone.

The app fails a lot on Sundays, the problem is that for some reason the digital cards are not available and this function is essential especially when the new cards are numberless, I hope the bank can fix this issue...

App version 8.2. I am on Android 9. Samsung A10. Yes, it's an old one. In the past I was VERY happy with this app. But today it's a NIGHTMARE. Very frustrated. Cannot pay an online shop provided the link because the lack of CVV. Digital card cannot be activated on SuperMóvil. App is EXTREMELY SLOW!!! 1 hour lost at the phone. The agent promised to call back. Didn't. You cannot expect to retain your 23 years old customers if your service and products get worse than before. Very disappointed!!

App is pretty unstable when performing operations that require you to complete a transaction using Santander's Dynamic NIP. Most attempts fail, with the wait cursor just spinning forever. Crash! Then, you have to wait several minutes to log back in. I have spent hours trying to pay for utility services with this but have yet to succeed. It's too bad, because for most reviewers it seems to work. But I'm ditching Santander for another bank because of this.
