Needs a loyalty program. Sometimes glitches. Aside from that, this is my go to place to buy clothing. The returns and refund works well.

I paid for an order and later received an email that my order was cancelled, ever since I did not get refunded. I sent emails, sent bank statement, made calls but nothing helped. until now the matter is not resolved.

Am unhappy. Twice now that I previously bought items (that were not even low on stock) but I never received the items due to "item on hold" . Am not impressed that I only find out right before delivery, after a week of waiting.

This app has recently had an issue where if you add items to the wishlist and close the app, when you open the app again the items will be removed. This has really hampered my experience please fix.

Since the most recent set of updates, my home page doesn't load. This is off-putting and as a result I don't use the app. FYI I'm using a Samsung S24 (if that helps with finding the problem).

Superbalist can delay youviciously,Bought clothing and all theclothes didn't fit a logged in a return n they kept on saying that thelocation is another province .But they delivered to the same address when you buy but when you log a return they beat around the bush it's as if the map pins the wrong location and that same location that they went to when you search on the map it doesn't exist basically what in saying be sure about ur size,when you buy from superbalist they not like takelaot.

First time user, saw something I really liked and was about to purchase the item and stock is really low. App and website has not worked for the past 4 hours. Plus the set up of the application as well as the website design is bad, not a pleasant experience.

Love shopping on Superbalist. Easy, fast, reliable. Amazing products to choose from. No option to review items purchased. It would help customers when buying online regarding quiality, size and workmanship as not all items (carpets, runners, furniture ect) has measurements indicated or in descriptions.

If I could I would give zero stars..With your new updated version which was updated on my phone without me consenting..Its horrible please fix it or bring the older version back..I've tried several times to checkout but the page keeps loading for about 15mins then it kicks me out and I have to go back in again..NO COME ON Superbalist you CAN do better than this!!!!

Well till now? Love Superbalist, but costumer service is terrible. I was missing an item from my order and have struggled for days to get ahold of them. Emails does not help. The phone line is on hold for the whole time. Still waiting for my missing product. The website does not specifically state what happens when your items are missing from your order.

Overall I have had a good experience. The size system they use works for the most part but it depends alot on which brand you are buying. The wait list option would be a nice feature if it worked. They have never notified me about any product that I waitlisted. This forces a user to have to check the app all the time.

I'm beyond frustrated with this app. It constantly gives me errors about my connection, regardless of whether I'm on data or Wi-Fi. Strangely, I can search for products just fine, but the normal menu and sale options don't appear. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it didn't help at all. This has been an ongoing issue, and I've had enough! Is this a bug?

firstly, the website keeps showing errors every time. secondly, funds were deducted from my account, but my order status kept showing that I needed to pay. my bank reversed the funds. thirdly, my order status said delivered, yet I did not receive the parcel. but I must admit that during the previous years I had a wonderful experience with superbalist. I don't know what's happening with them recently
