Alot of reviews are saying just switch to.youtube but you never know what your child is watching on there. I'd rather pay for this knowing all my kid is watching is super simple songs. Definitely a new app for this family

I paid for a month$7.23. A week later, they want another month payment because "trial period is over Ok, fine.so I give them another $7.23 or whatever the amount is. I can see its taken out of my bank account, ok, great. Then it says on their end that my card was declined and that my account is on hold even though my bank cleared it.now they want ANOTHER $7.23. they seem to want a month's payment every week. This feels like a scam and I'm so pissed off with this app

It would be nice if it was free having maybe one or two videos you can watch and then having to watch an ad for maybe three more is sad why make something that helps parents and kids alike cost money

This app is only good for Iphones and Apple products. Not good if you use Android. You pay for a whole year and can't use it on multiple devices. Customer Service is not much help. They send you codes that stops working after a couple of days. Just not worth all of the back and forth hassle.

Updating to say that after you cancel they will message you every month with invoices to get you to renew that, upon first glance, make you think they have already charged you. Not cool guys. If we cancel, let it be. We know how to get back if we change our minds. It's more of a turn off than anything. No one likes it when brands do this.

If you just want ad free videos you're better off subscribing to YouTube. Can download as many videos as you want for offline playback. And you get YT Music. Also over multiple devices including Android and iOS

Thank you everyone at Super Simple. We have subscribed to this app for a year now and our toddler twins consistently choose this the most on their android tablets. The app functions great on their low-end tablets and consistently has fresh *original* content and the interface is regularly updated and is totally ad free. Our kids have had SS from birth through Amazon and youtube and we are picky about what we allow them to watch, yet SS still entertains them through age 4.

Love Super Simple Songs, getting the app was something I saved up for, since our economy isn't the best. The content is five stars, but the app is too heavy to run for my daughter's average tablet. She doesn't have the patience to wait a full minute between actions in the app. So, feeling like it wasn't worth it unfortunately.

App is great but £40+ a year when it's on YouTube kids for free it's a lot

Love the songs, trying to use an old Samsung SM-G920V for my daughter on a plane trip and in the car without a cell plan (Wi-Fi only)... we managed to get some songs downloaded but can't seem to get anymore even though we have about 60 favorited (16 of these show) and the option to show more than favorites selected (5 more are viewable offline with this selected in the offline section of the settings). There is plenty of memory left on the phone. How do we download more content to the phone?

I love Super Simple and have used their songs for years in classes. It's high quality, and pretty much perfect for English learners. But €46 a year is way too much for access to a few songs ad-free! You can access Twinkl for the same monthly price - a website with hundreds of thousands of teacher resources. Why a subscription? Why can't I just buy an "album", for example? What happened to buying things outright and not having to use my limited salary every single month to keep access?

Super Simple has really nice songs and easy. That's why it's called Super Simple. Lots of other Super Simple video brands cooperate with this. Also, Super Simple is in four 4️⃣ languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese). The harder language is Japanese because all letters are different, it's all Greek to ppl who don't know Japanese and it's NOT Latin. All the other three are Latin. Some examples of really nice Super Simple Songs are: One Little Finger, Counting Bananas and Mystery Box

It's a great app. Works perfectly on my phone, it has worked on the tablet as well for a while ( both android) but it crashed and I can't seem to be able to fix it. The downloaded content keeps disappearing and not off line mode not available. Not sure why, but extremely frustrating.

It's a good app, helped me during travel a lot. Lots of songs, no ads. But there are a few things which make it a bit inconvenient to use: 1. Playlists are not available in offline mode. 2. Search is not available in offline mode. These would be so useful when I am on a long hault flight. 3. "Repeat" button would help as there are few songs which make my baby to fall asleep faster but I need to play them on repeat a few times and it's a little difficult to do so without attracting his attention.

Not free Most of the videos are locked and have to be paid for. Not secure if you do not have the package and your kids hits one of the payment plans on the video and you have that info saved purchases will happened. Doesn't work without a connection also which would be great if I had to pay. I'd expect the video to still play without wifi or data if you had to pay to watch them. I'll stick to you tube were I can download the video and it plays on airplane mode. But great idea for an app

Why would I pay a yearly subscription when you can get all the songs on YouTube for free? Not worth it at all.

We love super simple. I trust the content wholeheartedly. Great app easy for my 3 year old to navagate. Has most of not all videos plus games and stories. Amazing, you guys are real stand-up people, and it's super cheap and super WORTH IT!

Hardly anything available to use for free on this app, you have to subscribe to use it. I may have considered it if it was a one off payment like a few of the apps my daughter occasionally uses, but not a subscription.

My toddlers favourite YouTube channel and now I can bring it with us! High quality music, animation, performing by the host Catie, etc. I don't have enough space to write how much I love Super Simple. I don't feel guilty about my kids screen time with SSS and she is learning along the way! I hope she loves it forever. Access to their huge catalog of songs, stories and games is totally worth a subscription. I subscribed from their site to ensure SSS gets all the profit.
