I'm unable to add anything to a list or to the cart. I'm asked to log in first. When I cluck the "Sign in or Register" button I receive the message "Unexpected error occurred, sorry :), and a try again button. It's just a looping nightmare.

My Dearest Super 1, your App is useless. I literally have NEVER encountered so many problems trying to navigate a App for a grocery store. You should consult with someone about re-building it or scrap it all together and start from scratch. This is the WORST App I've ever tried to use. As a valued customer I am leaving this review in hopes that you will address the issue and use the feedback to make improvements for your customers sake.

They really need to make it easier to add items to your cart from the list. What is the purpose of the check boxes in the List section if you then have to go in and add each item individually? There are also items that the app can't find that I buy in the store regularly (e.g. whole wheat rotini).

Never is reliable to sign in. Even worse since November update. I noticed when you review mainly the good reviews get some kind of answers but others do not. Very disappointed this is my favorite grocery store ever. I guess Walmart pickup will be even busier. Extremely disappointed.

Edit: Just contacted the company to see if order history and lists are going to be moved over to the new account. The answer is No. All information was lost except your user name and delivery address. Pretty ridiculous. Used to be great. They're trying to update but obviously forgot the sandbox step of development. Someone should tell your dev ops team they need more help. Super one and Curbside is awesome. Currently this app is lacking. I'll update if it starts working again at some point.

The curbside pickup is AMAZING!! Love being able to add to my grocery list through out the week and check out when I'm paid! They text to make sure you didn't forget anything or if you would like to add anything to your order also. You text when you pull up and they bring it out and load it for you! such a great app and service! thanks!!

Sale prices are great! Pick-up options are awesome because the person doing your shopping is in contact with you to make sure you're satisfied.

this app has become more and more confusing and frustrating. they have a weekly circular but the prices when added to a online order does not reflect the sale price so I don't know what price I'm being charged until it's too late to change it

I absolutely love the idea of buying my groceries online and being able to pick them up without having to go into the grocery store, but the search engine being used for this app and on the website are both terrible. I use to be the pricing specialist where I buy my groceries from so I know for fact what the store has and does not have, but the search engine will tell me item not found. This drives me nuts. Walmart's app and online is much easier to navigate.

The best online ordering and pick up service! They texted me regarding substitutions to get approval. Really appreciated because at other places their substitutions are way off. For example, ordered a broom and their "best match" was a mop. And I was able to add items in real time that I had forgot to put in the original order. (can't do that at BigBlue) Great prices! Great deals! Fruit and vegetables always fresh! This is now my go to place for groceries!

The app is cumbersome. Weekly ad is horrible on app. Like that cart is categorized - need to make the list categorized as well. Not all items in store are listed in app (ie., I want Challenge Butter [Olive Oil/Sea Salt] - I can walk into the store & it's on the shelf, but it does not appear in the app). Figure out a way to accept coupons. Don't try to emulate Wal-Mart - there's a reason some of us don't shop there - be better. I would prefer my groceries be in paper bags.

I was able to use the app until I created an account. Now the app insists that there aren't any Super1Food stores in my area, even though there is. Kind of a bummer, too, I was happy to see there was a pickup and instacart option. I'm going to try reinstalling it and not logging in to see if I can window shop.

Not able to log in for over a month on App. No problem on the website, just App. I have contacted customer service twice through App and wrote just that. There solution was to changed my password. What?? Always says 'unexpected error :( try again... I can't even get to the part to enter password. I said that also... When will they FIX IT?

Both this app and the website are really awful, especially with the filters. What's the point of having filters if they can either 1) Do only one option at a time or 2) Don't work at all so you still got to sift things out yourself? I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and hoped it'd be easy to find food for me. Tell me, how is milk dairy-free? How do the filters fail to do the one thing they're supposed to? Even though they frustrate me, both Walmart and Kroger still work better than this.

Latest update has destroyed the app. E very time I go to use it, it tells me to update a new upload. Then I go there and it is already loaded. Try to open and it will ot load the flyer. Ya'll broke a perfectly fine app. Okay, deleted and reloaded. It worked this time. But you have deleted the show flyer page. Now I have to scroll through a bunch of stuff to find what I want. Total and complete waste of time! Guess I will go shop at Albertsons instead.

Downloaded app, created an account, signed in. App goes to a page with 3 options, start a list, pick up or delivery. All lead to a set location screen. I put in the city, I know there are 2 stores in the area. Get a notice there are no stores in the selected area. No matter what town I go to that I know had one! I even drilled down in the map until the actual store was shown with it's name even on the map and still it says no stores in chosen location. I have to close the app to get out.
