Love my credit union - I still love my credit union, but the app won't let me sign in anymore...what gives?!? There are too many app updates! And almost every update , I have to reset my password! The latest update now crashes the app at every attempt to open it. Grrr. Very frustrating

3-16-2022 And just like that an update comes through and everything works perfectly!!! Thank you for updating the app😁😁 Just need the update for the app to work on s22 ultra Verizon model and I can access the app again. 3-9-22 No update as of yet. Still unable to load the application. Your last update was October 2021.

The app is great and does its job I have no issues with it. but please if someone reads this can you change the name from mysunwest to just Sunwest. When it's organized in my app list I keep forgetting that that there's an M in the beginning instead of an S...very annoying. Other than that love the app!

Pretty good app. No major complaints. One thing that would make the app much better is, on internal transfers, the ability to add notes. You can do it on the computer but you cannot do it on the mobile app.

Easy to use, transfers are easy, but the mobile deposit feature can be problematic. It doesn't always read the endorsement. I've used a Sharpie, and it still doesn't work. Its hit and miss with the deposits.

Great when it works. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the app though. The recent update has caused log in issues every time, and I have to go to the website instead and do the verification every time. The app worked completely fine up until recently and it almost never lets me log in.

Constantly experiencing technical issue error messages, affecting the ability to log in. This continues for hours. Alerts have never worked at all, since I turned that feature on, yet I have zero alert issues with my credit card apps, on my Samsung Galaxy mobile.

I like the ease of the app. Transferring money from my savings to my checking account is easy. I just wish that I would get notifications about when the card is swiped and when my paychecks are pending so I don't have to keep checking to see if it is in my account. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to lock your card in case it gets misplaced.

It's good, however the zelle feature is having trouble loading as well as the app itself, even when connected to wifi. I do like that it gives you info on your credit score. I also use the zelle feature to pay all my bills which is very convenient.

My older phone is no longer compatible with the app, so I got a new phone; installed the app, and it keeps force closing. I'm now in central America and fear that I'll be stranded here if I can't access my account and get my flight ticket to travel back to Arizona. What's going on here? The online page is also not working.

worked great until up 2 mos. ago when view deposit history doesnt work now and just shuts down app when u hit on this particular tab. Then you have to sign in all over again. reported over 6 times and it still not fixed. Uninstalled/re-installed app and still same problem. Installed app on 2 different phones and still same problem. very frustrating

It's a pretty cool app when I can use it, now it just shuts down before it completes opening the first page. ***Edited I wish there were transaction notifications each time I pay for something. And I can't get any help from anyone unless I make an appointment on how to link my utility companies to pay my bills for me. The only thing useful in the app is Zelle© which sends me text notifications to let me know someone sent money.

Only issue I have is it doesn't allow you to use the app and developer mode so I have to disable that in order to use this app

I have been with SunWest FCU for over 30 years now and could not imagine having a better bank to work with. Now that I can have my home mortgage with them, all my accounts are in one place, making it so much easier to see everything in one place. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

UPDATE: Some new things have been added. The app works now often than it did. Still have issues with not being able to click to see all of my accounts. When this app works, it works beautifully and intuitively. Unfortunately, more than half the time when I open it, I can do nothing. I can see a little, but nothing is clickable. Tried updating, force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling. Still. Same issue.

Banking apps have one job - easy, uncomplicated access to my money. Not this one. This app is frequently offline with no notice and uses security theater that resets often. Trying to use Zelle is a nightmare through Sunwest. I use it because it's the only access I have... Not because I want to. Before someone asks, yes, I have reported it to the bank and both the OS and app are running the latest patches and updates.
