The latest update just rendered the app useless. The only way I could log in was from a notification which took me to 1 account but then I could not scroll or go anywhere else in the app - it was frozen.

Trying to transfer money to my solicitor for an urgent matter and they put the payment on hold for 24hrs to 'give me time to consider whether it's a scam'. Ridiculous. 🤬

The latest update won't allow me to pay bills. I enter all my card details then scroll to the bottom to push pay now and the screen refreshes as I'm scrolling and I have to re-enter my details again and again. Hopefully, this can be fixed before my bill becomes overdue other this the app is great.

With the recent changes to the login process, the app will only let me login once and with subsequent logins it says my credentials are invalid. The only way to access my accounts is to uninstall and then reinstall the app every single time I want to login.

up until today I've only ever had minor inconvenience problems with the app. 16hrs waiting on a maintenance update, the. can't access the app with correct user name and password and token. can't reset password either. I can acces my account online but but transfers take hrs to go through.

This new update is terrible, I can't even log in now. The app has made me jump through hoops to reset a password and then, after resetting multiple times, continues not to recognise it. What was wrong with the two pronged identification? I'm all for security, but what a way to make a simple thing difficult.

Great bank and app, was a shame that you took away the pay in four service, that was great for helping people like me (on a disability pension) buy groceries and some higher priced things....hope you bring it back, even if it is a payed service like afterpay plus. Other than that, everything is great 👍, keep up the great work.

I'm literally stuck out and about with no way to transfer between Accounts! What is with this latest update. Can't even enter your birthdate without scrolling through every year, have an old phone number for verification! Just a disaster, how did this get approved? Time for another bank after 20 years it seems.

Mostly a good app but scout only serves to frustrate. It doesn't understand the simplest of questions such as "how do I find my maximum daily withdrawal limit." it's response "what would you like to know about your withdrawal limit". Re wording only gets the same response and sends you in circles. My perplexity ai app gave me the answer immediately.

The app is as expected from a big bank. However, the widget is almost useless. It does not update at all rendering it pointless to be used as a widget. Furthermore, for some reason it takes up an extra grid slot for no apparent reason. For a simple widget, it is completely pointless, however could add of so much value with a simple fix.

Once you get it working it chugs along. I only use because I have to. Lacks tools and options. If you are not with Suncorp avoid, there are way better apps and banks than this one. EDIT: I have been contacted by SUNCORP and they what to know what I am having difficulty with. How arrogant. That is the problem. They have not read or listened to any of the other reviews or real world feedback. Asking customers to do the research is just lazy. Zero stars Edit: 2025 Nothing changed

Since sold to ANZ Suncorp has bad service, changed credit card without notice, sent cards to wrong address, and can't transfer between credit card and other accounts to make payments. Be warned l, Stay Away

All good but annoying bug on Pixel 5. If Suncorp App is running then proximity sensor under display is flickering constantly. Sensor still flickers if the app closed and stops flickering when forcingly stopped via settings. P.S. looks to be pixel 5 issue, not the app.

each time there is an update there is a loss in functionality, down to the bare minimum. clearly ANZ not putting an effort in keeping the functionality due to their buy up and decommissioning of the Suncorp brand.

Beware downloading and using the app. It no longer works through a VPN which makes it a lot less safer.

frustrating when I can't transfer money out of my accounts for weeks on end due to some glitch. tried it all, uninstalling, force stopping. no bueno. app is pretty though

Their internet banking site has been offline for weeks, stuck on loading when attempting to logon, they are fully aware. And the app doesnt allow activating of new credit card. How can a bank operate like this? atrocious. Just have to open a credit card with a new bank

Nothing but problems using this app. No matter how many times I carefully check all my details, resetting passowrd etc I keep getting 'invalid credentials' despite changing them and ensuring they are correct. I've had this problem for months now, and also my wife finds her app just as bad. Not a serious bank when they cannot fix such basic issues.
